I just started going here for my nails and the service is always awesome. The pedicures feel so good if you get the deluxe. My nails are always bomb and unlike other places they dont pile the acrylic up to look bulky.

I went in with my lady for a pedicure. She has been going to thus place for years and finally convinced me to go with her. I had a great experience! Everyone was very nice and professional. I left out of there feeling fantastic! Go there if you need that kind of service!

Absolutely terrible service! I ended up leaving this establishment with messy and unkempt looking cuticles after getting an acrylic full set. My nail lady stated it was an additional “manicure” cost to get a simple clean up around the nails. Avoid this place at all cost.

I paid $75 for a manicure and pedicure that only last two day before the polish started chipping. This was my first and last time going to this overpriced, poor quality nail shop.

I always get my pedicures done by my girl, Tina. Shes the best and has an awesome and welcoming personality!!!

The Deluxe Spa pedicure is worth every penny. Ive been to several salons & this is the only salon around that offers so much included in the flat price. From the mud, to the sugar scrub, paraffin wax, hot stones & more all for $30. Treat yourself you wont regret it.

DONT GO HERE! They are over priced and I had to wait 45mins while people just sat around not even doing their job. Then finally a lady came to do mine and rushed so much and the next day my nails were chipping off and I got SNS dip too which are suppose to last 2 weeks...wasted my money and time.

They are all friendly and willing and eager to make corrections if needed. Prices werent too bad. I had a deluxe manicure with French Tips, added sparkle and had adeline pedicure including hot wax and massages and polish along with eyebrows for $77 I was there for only an hour and fifteen

The people are great. They do a wonderful job.

They treat me well and give me great advice on how to care for my nails. The neck massages really helps to ease my tension. Ive been going to Magic Nails about 3 years. Great place

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...The worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had!. I could have did a better job painting my nails and toes than what I experienced at Magic Nails!. Ladies and gentlemen do not stop here if you want a good man/ pedi.

They have a nail tech who tries to tell you what you want and she talks loud and crazy to people. If I would have been loud and crazy, I would been asked to leave. The manager Hannah gave me a card for a discount off my next visit because I am a frequent customer. That lady needs to be dealt with!!

Just went there with my daughter over the weekend. It was a little crowded so I just asked how long the wait may be if we waited. We both were getting full sets. The lady already acted like she was a little annoyed. She called my daughter after awhile and forgot that I was there for one too she called someone that came after me. So I had to ask her did she forget about me. Not only that this was my daughters first time getting her nails done. She wanted a simple design. I saw my daughter getting up she didnt even use the other color my daughter picked out. I told her that she wanted a design and again she looked annoyed. Not very friendly at all. Just trying to make money. Will NOT be going back!! Yes I still left a small tip. Wish I hadnt.Will not be going back!!!

They quoted me a price when I made my appointment then when I got my full set and pedicure then they wanted to charge me more. I got a full set acrylic and a deluxe pedicure. It should have been 25 and 35. They charged me 35 for my full set... claimed it was more because my nails were long. And my nails are horrible. Uneven and lumpy.

Hannah at Magic Nails is awesome. I am always happy when I see her for my mani. Shes done acrylic and SNS dip powder for me and its on point. I tried a couple different people / places and from now on Ill just be booking appointments with Hannah!

Had three different people do my nails in one setting. Nails didnt look good for price. And half of them act like they dont know what they are doing.

I have NEVER had a bad experience getting my toes done anywhere. I would like to think that I’m an easy customer. I don’t complain and I don’t tell people how to do their jobs. But tonight I had the worst experience ever!!!!! The lady who did my toes didn’t really seem to care about how she was doing her job. She rushed through it because there were other customers who walked in. My massage was not even a few minutes long. My husband and I got the royal pedicure which includes extra massage and I didn’t get that. My polish wasn’t clean and it looked as if a four year old polished them. She clipped my nails but when I got home I took a better look at my toes and my nails were hanging off on the side. She tried to clip my ingrowns on my big toes and instead they are still attached. If anything she just caused my ingrowns to be worse. I told her I didn’t want my toenails to be too short and she did just the opposite. They are now nub short. Not to mention they are all crookedly shaped. She scrubbed my foot with the pumice stone for a long time even though I don’t have a lot of callus and I had to tell her that’s enough more than one time and she kept going. At the end after she finished polishing my toes, I realized that they were messy and was missing polish. I asked the lady who did my husbands pedicure if she can fix them and she did just that. Once my pedicurist figured out someone else was fixing her job she came by and asked the one fixing me what happened and the lady fixing me said that it was smeared. My pedicurist then proceeds to tell the one fixing me that there was still water on my toes that’s why they looked like that. Funny enough if there was water on my toes she wouldn’t have been able to polish in the first place. She didn’t apologize more like she made every excuse there was to cover up her mistakes. Again I have never had a bad experience getting my toes done anywhere at all and nor have I ever left a bad review on any page but I felt that I had to. I will never recommend this place to anyone. First impressions are very important. They are everything. Literally wasted $30 when I could have had my husband do them for me.(I didn’t get the name of my pedicurist but she was an older lady with glasses and heavier set)

This place is unprofessional and horrible as hell ! I will NEVER go there again. I have been there twice before and got the exact same service ( mood change acrylic). This time I go in to get that SAME service and they want to slap 10 EXTRA dollars on the tab, freaking horrible ! Not to mention they waited till they took off my old nails which were perfectly fine but I wanted a new set versus a fill in b/c I was getting a new color. The lady told me 30 mins so I decided to get a pedicure which I paid 20 bucks for. So now Im out of 20 dollars AND my damn time wasted. Since the lady took off, yes ! She TOOK off my old nails BEFORE she told me she was raising the price... a COMPLETE waste of my damn time ! I caution all women to STAY AWAY from there, especially black women...if this nail shop treats people like that then they can go bankrupt far as Im concerned ! Ill try to post a picture of how she left my nails....

Who does a deluxe pedicure and does not tackle your heel? Save your money and go somewhere better

I was seated quickly and didnt have to wait at all which was awesome, but the lady was super heavy handed and was killing my cuticles and fingers. I got a gel mani and a polish change on my toes and my nails had paint on the skin which made the polish peel off within days and the paint on my toes is super clumpy and half painted. I normally dont leave reviews but this was the worst mani pedi Ive ever had and felt a review was worth leaving so maybe others dont waste $40+ like I did.

Worst place for manicure and pedicure. The person did not know how to use the nail clippers, therefore, he did not cut my toe nails at all and my nails were all different lengths. Pedicure and manicure were way below expectations. He did not take time to clean around to get the dead skin. No experience or good service from the person. I will never recommend this place.

DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED BY LINDA!! She razors your eyebrows instead of tweezing them after the wax, you dont realize this is going on because your eyes are shut and they already hurt from the wax, HOWEVER, you will know it when you get home after your visit and have bumps and swollen eyelids and they BURN from dry razor burn, and your Eyebrows are uneven and thin as heck Id give them no stars if I could

I was there on yesterday and had a horrible experience. After being sick for a few days, I thought that I could come in to get a pedicure and relax. FAIL !!! The tech was rushing on my feet the whole time. Then she cut the skin off the top of my foot to the point you could see white tissue. (She used the metal callous remover) She applied neosporin and a bandaid after she cut me. I was bleeding and burning on the area so I asked her just to paint my nails so I could leave. While painting she kept dropping the nail polish brush over and over. After almost 25 minutes of her trying to figure out how to paint 10 toes. I think I was more than patient with her. I got up to leave and she said my bill was 45.00. I asked for a manager and explained what happened. I told her after being cut with a metal blade Im not paying 45.00 when she didnt even finish the visit per my request.The tech got upset and was going back in forth in her language. She tried to say the cut was my fault, which really upset me. After 10 minutes of explaining, the manager then stated that she would only charge for the foot soak and polish. I told her this shouldnt have even been a debate. I will never come back here again!! I paid them 20.00 and left which was very generous after what had happened.I kindly let them know if I should need medical attention they will hear from me.#horribleservice

Since when do they just put clear nail polish over your gel fill in and put them under a dryer instead of lawyer and the UV light? I wont be back.

The shop its self is clean, claim and relaxing up into you get in the chair. One of the wrost pedicure ever. Frist she cut my nails to low in clipped my skin. During the message she used her nails in scratched up my legs GOOD GOD. Im not sure what was in the bag she wrapped around my feet but she burnt me. The towels placed on my legs cold as ice and hot stones yha right cold as while. Most shops have FREE water cant knock there hustle $1.00 not much. Now polish time. My 4 year have done BETTER.. NEVER AGAIN.

I was trying to find a good place to go get my nails done since the person I usually go to had surgery(NAILS 2000 #2) Kelly. I went in and the lady said she knew how to do almond shape nails. Well she didnt and she messed my nails all the way up I could of done this myself smh. I actually went home and redid it myself its not the shape I really wanted which was the almond shape but its better than what she did. NEVER AGAIN... ANGRY NATURAL LADY 8/25/2015I came back in 2019 thinking things has changed and it has gotten worse. This time I just did mani pedi and when the last colored my nails the paint was all over my skin. Smh!! Had to go to somewhere to get then repainted NEVER AGAIN. DONT COME HERE GO ELSE WHERE

Couldn’t do a simple design

I was hesitant to go here after reading the reviews but decided to try it anyway...this was the best pedicure I’ve had in a while.

I go in for a fill in and the guy first puts one coat of acrylic and then assumes I want the same thing I already have when I first came in. So I showed him a picture of what I wanted he then says I dont know how to do it. So instead of you trying or finding someone who can do it u just said I cant do it. Horrible service.

When in a hurry and getting a pedi and fill-in they always do it at one time upon request and if not too busy

Horrible service be very unprofessional. when the nail technician made mistake they told me its my fault. I get my nails done biweekly, they treated me like an idiot and tried to humiliate me in front of a friend I brought. I will not be returning here.
