AMAZING JOB! My wife and I could not be happier with the work and services we received from Tim, Chase, and their crew! Thanks to these great guys, we have a BEAUTIFUL home that we love. They helped to make it our own with their hard work and paid meticulous attention to all the details in order to make sure we were happy. Truly, what could have been a nightmare (a full renovation) was an ABSOLUTE BREEZE thanks to these men. Id give Tim and his crew more than 5 stars if I could. We will absolutely be using their services in the future. DONT WAIT, BOOK EM!!!

When you get Tim as your handyman, you are getting the BEST. He is honest and has years of experience to back up his reputation. I could not be more pleased with the results he produced and would not have anyone else work on my home. I highly recommend TLC Handyman Services for any home repair/improvements.

Recently purchased a home that had some extensive DIY disaster areas. I called Tim to help with repairing drywall, baseboards, crown molding, and to paint the entire inside of the house including ceilings. Not only did they go above and beyond what I originally wanted done, they also pointed out many other minor problems and fixed each of them along the way. These guys take pride in their work and it showed with everything they did in my home. I will definitely be using them for future house projects. Time was very professional as far as being on time and showing up everyday to get the work done. For everything I had done to my house I felt the pricing was more than fair. I have already recommended Tim to some friends and would 10 out of 10 recommend him and his guys to anyone!

WAHOO! No more caving in floor! We knew it was bad, we just didnt know how bad. We now have a safe and secure floor. Its a miracle the floor did not cave in on one of us. I originally thought it was just the flooring connected to the wall going into the bathroom. When the flooring was removed, we discovered 2 inches of water, no drip pan and an AC unit clogged pipe. Once that was fixed, new beams were ran and the flooring in the hallway and bathroom were secured, so we didnt cave in. I cant say enough about how amazing TLC Handyman Services are! The work they did over the past 2 days was top notch! I am so thankful that my floor is now pretty again. Now off to make a list of more repairs, so I can get this dynamic duo back up to make more fixes! TLC Handman Services

I am a real estate agent and frequently need to recommend contractors for small, medium, and sometimes large jobs. Tim never fails me. Gives the homeowners estimates quickly and is there to give the estimate when he says he will be there. He also starts and finishes the jobs in a timely manner and does not make excuses for not showing up when he is scheduled to show up like many other contractors do!! His prices are extremely reasonable and fair. He does good work and a good job! Highly recommend.

I,have been using Tim Collins owner of TLC Handyman, for five years he supplies quality workmanlike performance, he is tidy and leaves a clean job. I have multiple buildings he has assisted me in bringing up to quality condition. On a personal level after hurricane Matthew he showed up at my house unannounced to see how I fared through the storm knowing my home was close to a tidal creek. I was in fact flooded and he stayed to help me save my home. I, highly recommend his company. Thank You Tim.

The comment above is not accurate, and Ms. Patton is trying to get her roof fixed at my expense. She did call and inform me she had a small leak after we had a hard rain after work was completed on her home, I then went to Ms.Pattons to address the problem, I saw she had a qaurter size stain where we removed a skylight, when I got up on the roof I found a hole in one shingle. I made the repair on the spot I saw and anywhere that mightve been close to the problem, did a leak test with the water hose, and also waited until we had a good rain which was not much longer after the repair. When I called and asked if there were any more leaks I was told there was not. I did not hear from Ms. Patton for five months! After we had Tropical Storm Hemine, then Hurricane Matthew come through Savannah; she sent me a text with a picture of water stains. I called my roofer that I hired to do the job and he said he cant warranty work done before the hurricane if he wasnt informed of any problems prior to the hurricane. I understood and informed Ms. Patton of this but told her I would come see if there was anything I could do. She was belligerent. I then decided that I could not help her after talking to me in that manner. I would of bent over backwards to help her as I do to all my customers. I have been in business for 22 years and this is my only complaint.

** I noticed mr. Collins reviewed himself with 5 stars and accused me of lying. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself. I have recently had a reputable licensed contractor come out to view the damages caused by mr. Collins and his workers.I told him that Mr Collins was saying that it wasnt his problem because it was caused by the hurricane. The contractor laughed and assured me it was not caused by the hurricane and told me anybody who knows what they are doing could tell me it wasnt caused by the hurricane. The only places I have leaks are where Mr Collins and his workers supposedly did repairs. **I have posted updated photos. No, its not fixed yet. Im a single mother of 4 and do not have thousands of dollars to throw at people. Hopefully I am able to get it fixed before my roof caves in. - Hope your wife enjoyed her new FREE skylight, Tim. Im sure not enjoying my leak you traded it for.**Im not trying to get my roof fixed at his expense. Im trying to receive what I PAID for and get him to fix his shoddy work that is now going to cost me $7,000 to fix. Also if it was caused by the hurricane then tell me why I have pictures from August with the leak surrounding the obvious rectangle where he removed my skylight and the hurricane was October? Cmon people.Dont trust all of his familys reviews and his realtor friend that are trying to bury my review. We all have those in our life who would defend us regardless of our actions. These are those people. He had no reviews until I posted one.I think its also important to note that I have known mr. Collins for many years. He was considered a friend until this happened. I have absolutely no reason to lie or try to extort something from him. Also, I am not a malicious person. However, this situation is a serious problem that is only becoming larger & more serious the longer it goes without being fixed. Again, I cannot afford to fix it at this time or I would have a long time ago and also wouldve just let it go. He is a terrible, terrible, greedy man.I Hired Tim Collins, aka TLC Handyman services, to do work on my back porch and master bath. I needed a skylight removed and the roof over my back porch repaired.I contacted Mr.Collins one week after completion because I saw water leaking in my bathroom. Mr. Collins said he came out, (while I was at work) sprayed my roof with the hose and found no leaks, so most likely the shingles just hadnt sealed yet. (Although I wouldve thought he would need to come IN my house to say there was no leak. 🤔)Rained a couple more times, I would hear water dripping from the ceiling into my bathtub. Sent Mr.Collins pictures and told him I thought it was still leaking. He said he would see if he could get the roofers to come check it out. A month goes by, nothing from Mr.Collins.Now comes October and we have to evacuate due to hurricane Matthew. I left it alone for a while just out of consideration for Mr.Collins and knowing with the damage around Savannah he was probably pretty busy. However, my neighborhood was virtually untouched by the hurricane. A neighbors Trump sign was missing, but thats about it and we cant be sure that was even caused by the hurricane.Middle of November I texted Mr.Collins and reminded him that I was still waiting. What happened next blew me away......He acted as if he didnt know what I was talking about and blamed the hurricane. He tells me he wished he had known about it prior so that he could have had the roofers cover it under warranty. Seriously!!? I reminded him that I contacted him 1 week after completion. I reminded him of the photos I sent. This man is a crook. The photos I posted are the same photos I sent to Mr.Collins early September. I dont believe he ever came back out to look at the terrible job he did. He got his money and didnt care about the quality of job.
