This review is based on full-service wash only. I don’t recommend paying $35 for full service at all because I have done that a few times now and every single time there’s an issue.For example, I’m looking at the front of the car and there are water spots all over the headlight lamps and the chrome. Additionally no cleaning was done to rid of all the dead bugs on the front of the car either.The back windshield was never cleaned and there’s water spots on the back hatch as well.Nobody vacuumed on the side of the seats either.I’m just tired of being disappointed by this place and because the results are always the same, I can’t recommend full-service wash to anybody.I will say that the staff is very nice and pleasant but the quality of work is less than you would expect for $35. You’re better off running your car through the wash and doing the interior yourself

For a 35 dollar car wash, I would at least expect my car to not still have bugs splattered all over it. I’ve been to 10 dollar washes that have done a better job. Was really expecting a much higher quality wash for this price point. Very disappointed…

Great car wash! I like how advanced their system is, no sticker on my car the camera automatically reads my tag and signs me in! Fresh air freshener every visit and their vacuums are the best in town with great suction! Be careful that thing will suck your soul out if you get it too close 😂 no but seriously Ive sucked a thing or two up that I didnt mean too 😬 like my sons sock. And there is no timer on it like other places after a couple minutes if you arent done you have to walk back to the machine to press the button again. This one stays on long as you need it to. Love taking my car to scrubbles 🖤

If you just want to wash and vacuum. This the place. Wax wash, do not wax. My car came out dull. Attendants look cute. A tie in this hot heat smh. There are t-shirts with ties. Happy employees, happy work place.Scrubbles, yes you will be scrubbing your car.

Do not recommend the $35 service. Took way too long and the interior cleaning quality was below average. Stick to the wash and handle the rest yourself.

Love this place took my car here 3 times before I started working for them I really suggest this place to anyone ive never been to a better car was/detail spot.

Pro: You’ll get some much needed time to just sit and think because it takes so long to get through the line.Con: It’s double as expensive for a basic wash as other washes in town.

The only good thing about this place is that the had water and soap to get the dirt off my car. The detailing service was ridiculous and so not the place to go. No manager overseeing the staff, cars backed up and if I had not taken charge of getting my car addressed Id probably still be some six hours later. Oh and unless your SUV is a Road Ranger or high dollar forget your rear window and hatchback getting cleaned...saw it twice with my own eyes and one of those times was mine, or so they thought they were going to get by with. I paid the same $35 for my vehicle as everyone else did. Stay clear of this place!!!!

Very disappointed, the staff is very nice but the ultimate extreme service absolutely not worth the money.I didnt have time to check everything right there, but it looks like they didnt even open the trunk, even though vacuuming is supposedly included.Door sill not cleaned at all, exterior barely touched.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or go with self-serve option - you will save time and money.

Top notch, detail oriented even before I decided to tip. I especially think Kandace is a hard worker. I like how thorough she was. Excellent service and by far the best car wash for the money this side of Jacksonville that Ive been to.

Fast and quality service. Love the paper towels to clean the excess water and clean my windows. Vacuums work very well.

As an out of towner who was looking to get my Silverado looking good for an event later that evening, the operator was giving a rude look when I pulled up and sent a helper/worker over to my vehicle and he says rather bluntly, its quarter to 6 and we aint doing no more cars and just walked away. It seems that a really pleasant customer Service experience it practically non existent these days. You quite possibly missed an opportunity for me to say something good about your business. If ever asked about it Ill simply say their attitude and customer Service sucks

For $25 I would have expected my little car to shine and have cleaner Wheels. I had to go through a second time which literally took the wax off. I just gave up and went home

Ive been going to this location for a while. Their Xtreme Wash with the interior cleaning is a must buy. They always leave my car looking and smelling amazing. The lounge is always clean and comfortable.

They did a great job on my car. Unfortunately, I was there for approximately two hours. They need more help on the full service side. They only had two workers on full service on a Sunday. Probably 15 cars deep. This time of the year, more workers are required to meet the needs of customers. Someone to explain the different options and approximate wait time should be offered before entering the car wash. I had no idea it would take so long.Staff was very nice and friendly. My car looks awesome!

This place is a really good car wash I would have given them 5 stars if they clean the inside of my windshield a little better but they did a very good job on the rest of the car so 4 stars this time lets go for 5 next time

This review is based on the full service wash. I paid the $35 where you pull around and they vacuum and clean the inside. Granted my car was dirty but I thought they would be more detailed. The outside is still covered in very visible dirt. The wheels are covered in dirt still. They never opened the trunk to clean or vacuum and my windows were only cleaned on the outside. There are many visible marks where you can see it was never cleaned. The dash was not even wiped. I would not reccomend anyone goto this wash due to the fact theyre not detail oriented. My car was barely clean. The wheel Wells are still covered in dust and dirt and the inside was just barely touched.

I love coming to Scrubbles whenever my car needs some love & this location has been a favorite of mine! I also love that it offers cleaning stations for both rubber & carpet mats. However, upon multiple different visits Ive experienced the employees making super unprofessional comments & cursing to each other about other employees & even guests, which they are often shouting to each other over the noise of the car wash. Im not sure if they just dont realize the self-serve area is right next to them so everyone can hear what theyre saying or if they dont care but it does tend to make the experience less enjoyable. Otherwise, this Scrubbles has everything you need to get your car looking brand new again!

When this Gate Parkway first opened I could not believe the awesome service and recommended it to all my friend and associates.In the last 6Months I have purchased the $35 was three times, very disappointing service, interior windows are not cleaned, dash not wiped etc.My last visit was Saturday, April 25, 2021 at approximately 12:00pm. It took at total of 50 minutes for the wash to be completed. The attendant did not declare the 2016 4Runner was completed as we just stood there for another 5 minutes until another employee announced, “who has the white Toyota?”Windows and door jambs were not cleaned. I pulled to the side and spoke with the Manager and he acknowledged the work was not done with no offer to finish or make it right. He said, “you are right and I agree with you it should have been done, sometimes they do a good job and sometimes they don’t. We are getting ready for new Management soon and are expecting a lot of changes for the better.”That was the end of the very sad conversation, I left never to return. I regret their service has become so sub-par, I really enjoyed the service and apologize to everyone I recommended this business to.

I always use the $15 wash which is truly what I need. 2 weeks ago I pulled up and requested extra scrub on wheels and lower sides of doors. After the wash I always pull car over and vacuum and dry and detail the car a bit. I get the passenger side and there was smeared black stuff on the car which promoted me to spend an entire 1.5 hours rubbing it off. I asked the attendant for help and wanted him to see what was on my car and his solution was me to run the car thru the wash again after half the car was detailed. Also the wheels were gummed up with soap and dirt. I always give a tip of $5-$10 and soooo disappointed. Not sure if I am coming back and I live in TC and like to spend my money here.

They have two lanes that lead to the car wash, and it’s not clear that there are two different lanes that merge into one when you first pull in. So most decent human beings will naturally pull behind all the other cars that are backed up in a line. Then you will sit there watching other cars pull into the other lane (on the far right) bypassing the entire line and cutting in front of you to the front to get into the car wash immediately while you sit there in line for 15 minutes.Can’t abide by a business that will create a system like this. Never using this place again to sit here and watch every person aware of the two lanes pass all the people patiently waiting.

I am very thankful that Scrubbles saved my car from a vomit inspired nightmare today. I used the Extreme Wash option and my experience with Lyft disappeared in less than 30 minutes. The crew worked on my car like a pack of bees...I highly recommend this.

There were an incident that occurred last weekend when someone hit my daughter’s vehicle while she was getting it washed. I was very pleased to see that DaeKwon which was the assistant manager on duty that day handle everything very professional and gave me a peace of mind while working with JSO.

Worth every penny! $35 for their extreme wash, super clean inside and outside, they take all the hassle of cleaning my car off my hands and have it done in a matter of minutes! Same detailed service costs $100+ at CarSpa.

Although they could not help me as I had a strange and peculiar issue with my interior they were a great help finding someone who could help me. Wonderful southern hospitality for sure.

The staff on the extreme side were amazing and my car looks amazing. Please get more stuff though they do a nice job and theyre was only 2 of them and my heart broke seeing 9 cars lined up for them. Professionally they never complained and kept smiling and working hard together.

I love the options of the different washes and the vacuum usage afterward that comes with the washes. Very smart to include it in the price.

Happy hours is $5 for basic wash, better vacuums, nice prices.

My visit was flawless. I got the extreme option, which included the interior and the wheel detailing. It was $30, which was half of what I usually pay for my SUV. Also, they finished almost as soon as I sat down. Well done.

Showed up for car wash and only 2 staff working with over 8 cars to wash. Waited over 2 hours while the staff was complaining about more cars coming in after 6:00pm since this is what time they close. This is super un-professional for this type of business and super awkward for all customers involved. Very disappointing for this low level of service for high volume area like Towncenter. Will not ever be coming back and not recommended.

This is my go to spot. I would like to go to scribbles for more, like exterior detail/wax and an interior detail. But there is no info and no one to talk to. I stopped today, parked, walked over to the customer lounge...looking for someone--anyone to help me. Eventually, I walked back to my car sat for a while...still no one. Guess thats it then.

Great car wash except for their water repellant. Doesn’t bead water and is seemingly wastful to get the higher packages due to this.

It was the worst car washing Ive ever dealt with.supposed to open at 8:00 didnt, open came back at 9:00 wasnt open, went back at 10:00 it was packed! one lane opened and then they opened the second lane and five or six cars came ahead of us and then the car wash was terrible kept stopping and breaking down took me 40 minutes to go through a drivable car wash not good!

Ive only been here once, but that seems enough for me. I pulled in to get my truck washed, and followed a fenced in lane that led to a gate requiring some sort of a badge. I couldnt back up because there were vehicles behind me. Next I heard one of the employees yelling at me from a distance telling me to go through. I sat there thinking someone would approach me to tell me something, but the guy in the distance yelled that he was lifting the gate and for me to make a u-turn. That led to the street, and I left. I still dont know if this is a self serve carwash or not. What ever happened to those friendly car washes, where you were greeted by actual people that opened the door for you, and invited you to a coffee while your vehicle was automatically sent down an automatic conveyor wash?

When it was busy I was worried I wasnt going to have a spot to vacuum my car out but the rotation of people in and out was fast and the equipment they had helped my clean my interior way faster than I expected.

One of the better car wash places in Jacksonville. They have a rubber floor mat station with large brush in soapy water, a garden hose, and high pressure air hose to dry quickly. They provide windex in spray bottles and low lint paper towels perfect for cleaning glass and dirty rims.

This little place is pretty neat! Boyfriend washes his truck weekly and I help! They have everything you need in one place with a bunch of different options in how you want it cleaned etc. from running through the wash to it being hand washed. On the weekend, this place is packed. Always a ton of people and they give you complimentary air fresheners that the scent changes regularly.

Initially was upset about a molding falling off my car in washbay, but luckily the mgr saved the part for a few days and I was able to snap it back in. My Concern addressed. Thanks!!

One of the best automated car washes around.

Took my car through and paid for the $20 wash. When I left the tunnel there were visible suds all over my car and I would have asked to run it through again but there was a line of cars waiting to enter the tunnel. So I made the best of it and vacuumed my car and left. The next day I noticed multiple new scratches on the side of my car that was obviously from running it through their wash. There’s no way of me proving this or else I would have reached out to them however, be very cautious running your car through this wash. Equipment is obviously very rough on vehicles and for a $20 wash, I expect the suds to be rinsed off. I will never be back.

We just went through this wash during which our car was bounced off the rail and kept bouncing us back and forth. We blew the horn for help but no one came until the car behind us hit our bumper and blew their horn. Scrubbles claim that their video shows our break light coming on. We did NOT hit the break. The car was in neutral the entire time. My car now has a scrape that was not there before but they refuse to take any responsibility and will not let us see the video. The owner and manager were called but they too refused to do anything. I have had my car one week. I am very annoyed and will never use them again and will spread the word. If there was a zero rating it is definitely what I would have chosen. No star.

The last time I was there it was excellent.. This time I paid $30 for the Super extreme and when I pulled around no one was there. Only a minute or so. Since I was the only car you would think they would have done a great job....No. the worse. Maybe that is why everyone was doing their own on the other side.

Amazing service. We purchased the full service wash and couldn’t have been more pleased. Our car gets very sandy from our dog, and the workers actually got the sand out and the dog hair off of the seats. The staff was so pleasant. Definitely coming back.

Great wash with a friendly staff. Car always comes out clean. They have extras to finish off your car such as drying towels, window cleaner and mat cleaners not found at many other car washes. They also have interior services that does an amazing job. Keep up the great work!!

This car wash was just alittle pricey but for what u pay u actually get more than any other car wash, they offer paper towels,mat cleaning machine,vacuums that clean and have the best suction than any other car wash I have been.

Today was my second time coming. I paid for the full 30 dollar service, and they did such a great job! My car was covered in dog hair, and they worked their butts off to clean my car. For 30 bucks, I am very impressed with what they did. I have family coming into town so I appreciate that they were able to get my car in decent shape for them. Thank you!

A carefree and easy experience

Paid for an Extreme car wash and I was not satisfied by the result. I had to ask for extra attention to certain spots, but the car still had bug stains after the wash.

Cheap car wash for 10 bucks and excellent in getting a quick clean. There are free of use vacuums here and despite me not using it since i noticed when i left, there are carpet cleaner machines you can use. There are more expensive options that Im sure are very good!

I used the Fleming Island location - they were new and offering free car washes. My sister and neighbor recommended I try you out, so I took the chance. Worst decision and worst car wash. There really should be a sign about how strong the blowers are - water poured into my car through my sunroof when the blowers kicked on. I have never had that happen at a car wash before. My other problem is that the young man who took my antenna off SCRATCHED MY PAINT when he used the pliers or whatever tool to remove it because he could not do it by hand. The front piece of my car under my grill was also barely hanging on after I finished the car wash AND MY CAR WAS STILL DIRTY. I called and spoke with the manager at the Jacksonville location since the Fleming Island location is open but has NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM to complain and my experience and mention that they should probably train their staff better as to not damage other people’s cars in the future. The gentleman took down my name and number and stated he would give my information to the manager/ owner/ whoever at the Fleming Island location. This all happened on Saturday (8/24) and today is Wednesday (8/28). I gave them a few days and no one reached out to me. Obviously customer do not matter and damage to property does not matter to this company. Will not be returning and will tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY FROM SCRUBBLES.

Go here ALWAYS. Once a week 4a 10 dollar wash. Do a little work after the carwash. Do a little work yourself on your interior then BOOOM. Once a month treat yourself...$30 carwash and then THEY detail ur car

I love this place. I can take my time vacuuming and detailing my car after the car wash! They give lint free towels and a place with water to scrub your rubber mats and air to dry them! Awesome car wash!

Love this car wash. Very affordable and fast lines. They give you a very good car freshener too. I go once a month to vacuum and get a nice quick 10 dollar wash.

My wife and I have been using this car wash for about six months and were generally happy. Seems like they installed some new equipment this week. Always have used the basic wash for $5 and it did a fairly good job for the money. Went there this morning and low and behold the basic wash doubled in price to $10. Only thing I saw added was they want to give you one of those perfume mirror hangers to make your car smell like a cheap $.99 perfume and some tire shine. Upon going through the wash when I got to the end the blowers weren’t working correctly and my car came out soaking wet. Went inside to tell the manager and he wasn’t very pleasant about it and just made an excuse. Having to dry my car off myself in 90 degree heat wasn’t something I wanted to do as I thought doubling the price should at least include something that was included in the previous $5 wash. I ask for a refund and a least he did that for me. Seems that most of the car washes in town has the basic wash at $5 and do a comparable job. Looks like we’ll be using one of those instead. On the plus side I won’t have to fight Town Center traffic anymore. Looks like Gate and some others are building more car washes around town. Looks like the competition dictate who survives.

I paid the $25 dollar car wash service and when the car wash finished my car was still visibly dirty! Won’t be returning! For $25 dollars my tires didn’t even “shine”. Terrible. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

This drive through machine does a decent job, kinda pricey compared to other drive through car washes around town for the same result. But convenient non the less

Good car wash. The guys pre scrub your bumpers and windshield. The auto wash does a good job. Good vacuums and a nice touch having paper towels to dry your car off after the wash. My fav car wash in Jax.

The best! The staff is very nice, hard working and professional. You get a new air freshener with each wash. The vacuums are strong and kept clear for great suction. They keep the car wash and lot very clean and stocked with towels and cleaning spray for your car. I have a membership and go several times a week. Highly recommend!

Great cash wash. $5 gets you basic wash and access to unlimited vacuum and the floor mat cleaning machine.. They do also offer differnt levels of washes above the basic.

Monthly plan is great, especially if you like to wash you car or truck multiple times a week like me!

Got my car washed here. Paid 15 bucks, which isnt bad price wise, but it included an air freshener. There is one cheaper at 10 bucks that doesnt include the air freshener, but I wanted the air freshener. Unfortunately, they had ran out of air fresheners. There may be other aspects to the wash that I am not recalling, but if were all being honest, there isnt much difference between a 10 and 15 dollar wash other than the air freshener. The man I asked about it didnt even offer for me to come back and get a new one, instead just simply said weve been out of those for a week and ran off. If you dont have them... then why are you still offering them in the kiosk? I didnt mind the wash otherwise, and I think 15 bucks is a fair price, but I didnt get what was in the 15 dollar deal nor was I offered anything to make up for it.

Best car wash in this area! They pre scrub your front and back bumpers and windshields. Wash does a killer job on the car. Light years ahead of any other drive through car washes around here. Vacuums are powerful and they provide window cleaner and paper towels. I have the unlimited monthly card and am there 3 or 4 times a week.
