We had an outstanding experience with this company from beginning to end. Omar Gutiérrez did our tub/shower installation, and he was amazing! He did a perfect, professional job, and was so friendly! The new bathroom looks amazing! I highly recommend Bath Fitter!

Bathfitter replaced our old bathtub and tile with a new acrylic bathtub/shower enclosure and new fixtures. It looks fabulous! Their staff has all been a pleasure to work with; Isaac in Sales, our installer whose name escapes me right now (sorry), Lisa in customer service and Vince who professionally fixed a few small issues we noticed after the installation.Quality product, knowledgeable staff, top notch customer service and a company that stands behind their product; can’t ask for more than that.

They were very professional. They came on time. Cleaned up their mess. And left my mom with a beautiful walk-in shower. She love it. Definitely would use this company again if I needed to. Thank you for your services.

Too many questions just to get an estimate. My marital status. Was my husband going to be there, how long have I owned the home to establish home ownership. I have had work done on homes I have owned and never been asked all of these questions. The questions needed to be from me. Decided not to get the estimate.

I liked the workmanship at the first house so much I hired Bathfitters again when I moved. They were fast, efficient, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. High quality product with a lifetime guarantee so I already have a plumber should anything go wrong with this commercial grade system. I lived at the other address for a year and it still looked brand new when I left, all the way down to the caulk.

This is our second, and last bathroom, that needed an overhaul, and I did not hesitate to contact Bath fitter to perform the work for our tub/shower stall. Always friendly, no matter who you have to work/talk with. Always on time, and very thorough with the work performance. This time it was Vince who was the installer, and he was simply GREAT! I recommend Bath Fitter any time someone mentions remodeling their bathroom. We cannot be more pleased!

They were on time for all appointments. Explained what they were going to do. The day of remodel they worked hard to complete in one day.

The tub and converted tub to shower are great. The looks and quality of the fixtures are remarkable. These tub replacements were a bit pricey, but we are glad we got them. The installers were were professional, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. They arrived as scheduled on time and did excellent work.

They did a very nice job replacing a tub with a shower.

The man who installed our shower was amazing. He drove from Jacksonville to Richmond hill and managed to show up on time early in the morning both mornings. The first morning he had to drive into savannah to get all of the parts and then drive back out and he was prompt and right on time. He did an amazing job of installation He cleaned everything up before he left and it was sparkling clean. I would definitely hire him again!

Hasnt been installed. they promised to install by march 15, 2021, I paid them on Feb 5, 2021. I am not happy

Our new tub and enclosure are beautiful! Adam, the installer, was punctual, polite and skilled in his job! He cleaned up after he finished and made sure we understood on how to care for our new tub.

Well to be honest we waited all afternoon for a scheduled appointment that didnt come.

It was great they were in and out in the time frame promised. The installer was nice polite and we hardly knew he was there. He cleaned up after each phase. Thr finished product is great so far ( only a week in) The installer took his time explaining the product and how to maintain it. Overall good experience. A little pricey but the speed and clean up made it worthwhile.

Person working on my project acts as though it was his first time. I furnished materials to make the work space safe, he cut my electrical connections and a water line. Left demoed material in front yard, and floor filled with debris. Nothing like the first too bathrooms I had done by them. Production Manager not available.Waiting to see how this works out.

Made an appt with them knowing landlord lived out of state. They spoke with her & agreed to FaceTime at appt. No showed appt. When I called, they said no appt was made because homeowner has to be on site at time of appt. Never received a call stating that appt was canceled or made in error.

No problem from beginning to end — everyone with whom we were in contact was courteous and friendly. Adam, the installer, was neat and clean and helpful. If the shower functions as well over the long haul as it has thus far, we’ll be totally satisfied!

My 1960s bathroom had old ceramic green tiles and a pitted steel tub, all needing to be replaced. I am a handy man and could do the work myself, but would probably take a month. This would include a lot of messy demolition, purchasing and installing plumbing, new bathtub and surround, and new fixtures. My wife an I had seen ads for Bath Fitters and had checked out the prices. Knowing they were more expensive than a do-it-yourself project based on research, we decided to have them come in anyway and give us a proposal. Based on my own estimate (and not knowing until complete if my estimate was correct), we determined they would cost about double. However, after understanding all they do to get what we needed, and they offer a lifetime warranty on everything they install, we decided to go with them. They originally stated it would be a two day job for our bathroom, but the technician completed the install in one day, and we could not be more impressed! We feel it was money well spent and recommend Bath Fitters to anyone wanting to upgrade their bathroom.

Bath Fitter of Savannah is fabulous!!! I broke my ankle a couple of years ago & I was so scared getting in my old bathtub shower. I tried using the bench that sat in the tub & on the floor of my bathroom. It was awful & I almost flooded the bathroom. I called Bath Fitters in Savannah - they came right out, the installer was great, and now Im as happy as I can be. Thanks for making my life less complicated! I mean really, Patti White of Waycross

The workman showed up on time as promised, did the work in about 6 1/2 hours, cleaned up all construction residue and left leaving a brand new shower stall that we are proud of. Job well done!

RUDE, received a phone call on a Saturday and I requested for them to call me back on Monday. She said she wanted to give me information that I Requested. I said it’s Saturday and don’t call me back Monday because of your attitude and your very rude! She hung up....Despite there follow up comments, no one has attempted to contact me regarding my complaint but I have received 2 calls wanting to reschedule for a quote.

The product for our bath tub is awesome. The salesman was a fraud....he promised that our bathtub was to be with a Lifetime warranty that would follow on to the next homeowner. He said that the Bathfitter company was doing this for the first time. I will never trust the Bathfitter company sales persons.

Can’t help but feel like I just dodged a bullet. I have been trying to arrange an estimate for several weeks. The scheduling policy is not very consumer friendly, it took several attempts to reach them during the window when setting an appointment is possible. Just this step took a great deal of patience. Red flag #1. I finally phoned during the prescribed timeframe; waited on hold for nearly 3 minutes. Red flag #2. Alex, the sales associate finally picked up and we proceeded to discuss details needed to arrange an estimate. Alex seemed uninterested in addressing any questions I had, providing what sounded like scripted answers. Red flag #3. When I informed him the project along with any associated decisions (as well as the funds to pay) were at my discretion, he VERY rudely refused to set an appointment without my husbands attendance. THIRD STRIKE, BATHFITTERS! I will find an alternative bathroom update alternative. Note to self: do not ignore red flags along the way.Revision:I’d like to take the time to add to my initial review. Dave, the sales manager from the Savannah store, reached out to me directly to apologize for the way my call was addressed by the call center. He explained that the call center was preparing to move in house and hopefully improve its customer service. He was professional and sincere in his desire to make things right. My circumstances had changed since my initial contact, otherwise I’d have been happy to set up an appointment for an in home estimate.

Everything was as advertised. The job was finished in one day. Looks great.

I am enjoying it but the only thing is my foot stand is too high up to be a foot stand should be down a little more so when I have time Im going to look over the contract again and make sure thats what I asked for because all this extra stuff to cost they not giving you nothing free and dont get me wrong I dont mind paying for what I want but I do want what I pay for.

I have never contacted this company yet they call me nearly every day. Blocked 4 different numbers so far. Reported them to the FTC after having told 3 people to remove me from theie contact list.

Every thing was great and as promised but the hand shower leaks at the shower head. Also lots of silicone sealent fingerprints on the glass door and chime parts.

The reps were all friendly . I was disappointed that I received such a cheap poor rendition of a shower head for a 7,000$ shower.
