Read the reviews before buying from them! They are all true! I should have looked at the reviews before purchasing any items. If you dont receive your items or have a problem with your purchase you can barely get a hold of them, and if you do, the ladies are particularly rude on the phone and dont appear to wanna offer any help after they get your money. Take your business elsewhere, dont waste your time with this place, they are crooks.
Bought a gun online via HiBid and have been attempting to get him to ship it to me for over 20 days now. This guy is dishonest and a fraud. I believe he is listing and selling the same guns over and over without ever delivering. Go to your bank and have them reverse the charges on your credit card. Buyer beware.
1) they never respond to questions emailed2) they openly bid against you to reach their reserves. Its even stated in the auction terms.3) they willing waste buyers times by refusing to mention their reserve or use the reserve as the minimum bid.4) the level of unprofessionalism is astonishing. They need to hire a business coach or have their FFL dealer license pulled.
BisManBids charged my credit card an several occasions then never sent me my purchases until I complained. Ive waited months to receive my items. In one case I waited almost four months and I received the items only after tracking them down, fighting for my purchases, and having to pay another chunk of money (which they claimed had not been paid in the original purchase).They made promises to refund my purchase price on a variety of items where they took so long I no longer needed the items (I had to purchase them elsewhere because they never shipped my items). They never paid the vast majority of the refund, and when I sought an answer, they suddenly didnt answer my phone calls, return my voicemails, or emails.They tried to pocket an approximately $800.00 restocking fee for some scope rings that appear never to have actually been removed from the shelf to begin with. I wouldnt wish for my worst enemy to purchase from this company. Stay Away!Oh, and here is the best part. After I advocated on my own behalf to get my items that I purchased shipped to me, they blacklisted me on the auction site. So if you have the gall to ask for the items you purchased or a refund of your money if they werent going to ship you what you bought, they blacklist you like it was your fault. Ludicrous!
I have had good service up to this point. I am not sure what has happened this month, but zero communication. I have e-mailed and called, but received no response to items that I have paid in full for. I hope this is just a blip in the system. I have enjoyed working with them in the past.
It has been exactly a month since I got charged for a firearm I won. Waited about 4 days and had to beg them to answer a email to see if my ffl had went through. Now its a month and Im begging them to let me know it Ill get a shipping notification. Ive had to send email after email to finally get a reply and Im not sure if Ill ever get my purchase. And nobody will answer the phone.
If i could give half a star that would be still pushing it. I bought 2 surpressors in January. After a paperwork was sent still nothing except they hadnt recieved it. Another month and the same even after i was given a copy of what was sent. Ya then they f3ot it and would go that week. Another month and 5 emails later and still nothing. What a joke...

They get 1 star because I cant give zero. I purchased items from the auction website 2 months ago. Only half of my items shipped. Its been over a month with NO REPLY to communication. Ive tried calling, leaving voice-mails, and emails to no avail.I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.Reply to owner reply: I was just charged $15.95 FOUR TIMES today. If the shipping charge was declined (which they were never charged in the first place, so thats a lie), then why did half of my order get shipped? By the way, I only had 1 order, not 4. I also checked with my bank, there were NO charges made from yall that were declined. I purchased a BCM lower on March 4th (all payments went through, no issue there like other reviews). I received an emailed on March 5th stating, “This email is not a confirmation that that your order is ready for pick up.” I sent an email to Beth on March 18th with no response. I made a second purchase on March 24th (again, all payments went through, no issues). I received an email on March 25th stating that my second purchase was available and ready to pick up on Friday. I responded asking if my March 4th purchase was in. Beth replied and said that both items were available. I responded and stated that I would be out of town on Friday the 26th so I would pick them both up that it was available for pick-up. I was not in town on Friday the 26th and did let them know that I would pick them both up on April 2nd. April 2nd comes around, I walked in and was given item number two but they could not find my BCM lower. I was asked if I wanted a lesser valued lower, at the same price which I declined. I was told that they needed a week to find a replacement. I have emailed them twice since then and I have gotten no response. Until now when they responded to this post.1) I was not refunded my $366.15 and have bank statements to prove it.2) I was not told that the item was available on March 5th and have the original email and all correspondence to prove it.3) My item was not re-listed and re-sold because it does not show up if you do a past auction search.I will be in on Friday April 16th to discuss the matter and pick up my full refund.
Won my bid on an item in December 2020. I was emailed the normal paid in full invoice. After setting up my FFL with Beth, all communications stopped. Have not been able to reach anyone by phone and emails go unanswered.

I dont understand why a company that handles sensitive items like firearms are so neligent regarding comunication?I won a bid on 3/31/21 and have yet to receive any confirmation of winning much less an invoice. I have submitted my FFL to the on the day they charged my card in full for fees and winning bid amounts. I will update reveiw as this process. I will have to contact the ATF and FTC if I donot hear back from them.
Its really too bad I am required to leave even one star as they do not even deserve that. I won a Dead Air Mask silencer in their auction back on January 12th, 2021. I received the invoice and paid via credit card. Since the item is a silencer it is a ATF NFA item that requires a form 3 transfer so I had them transfer it to my FFL/SOT. I waited about 2 weeks and emailed them to see if they had filed the form 3. On Feb 3rd, after several emails, they finally replied saying the paper form 3 had been filed and they were still waiting. I told them the E-file was taking less than 48hrs. I wanted to know how long the ATF took to process the paper form 3s so I called them and they said about 30 days. Ive asked the business for the serial number several times and they just ignore my emails and its been two and a half months now and still no response from the business. I filed a ND Attorney General complaint against them and disputed the credit card transaction because they havent responded to any of my emails. No clue if this item even exists as they havent provided a serial number or even replied to my emails. The business told the AG that they will be billing my card $199 for restocking and $200. They couldnt even reach out and notify me directly, honorably... they had to do that through someone else. In fact Im still waiting on a reply from them so I disputed the $199 and $200 charge also. I wont be bullied into paying unnecessary fees that could have been avoided with proper communication. Be VERY careful doing any business with these guys. They do NOT reply to phone calls or emails. If you have questions or concerns you might as well keep them to yourself. Looking at the other reviews I can see this is an on going issue with them. Please learn from my mistake and dont make your own.Update 7 APR 2021:I am doing a response to your response since Google wont let us keep going in circles responding to one another. So you outright admit to seeing my emails and not responding to them. All I wanted was the serial number to see where the item was in the ATF line. I sent emails over and over because no one was answering - I figured it might get someones attention, turns out it did, but obviously it was a major inconvenience for you guys to answer. Again, I called the NFA branch of the ATF and they said that paper form 3 approvals were taking a month, not two and a half months like it had already taken. Lastly, I wasnt found in the wrong with the Attorney General complaint that I submitted; the case was considered closed when I disputed the transaction on my credit card to get my money back for an item that was never shipped. Get your facts straight so there is transparency. Its really so simple to keep customers informed on the products they purchase by just replying to them when they ask questions.... All of this could have been avoided. I will never be doing any business with you guys again. Best of luck.

Been a loyal customer for years. Always paid for every item with cash, which wasnt good enough, they wanted me to pay with credit cards probably so they could over-bill me and I wouldnt notice it. I didnt want to pay with a credit card and my cash wasnt good enough so they told me to leave the store and never come back or they would call the police. Awful customer service for a loyal customer.

I won an auction and after I turned them over the the law they refunded my money.
I had many items consigned and waited for 3 weeks to get my check after they were sold. Called them and they said were working on it. Another week went by, no check. Had to come here in person in order to finally get my check and the list of the items I had consigned was incorrect. Some items were missing, and some items werent even mine in the first place.Aside from this, I found out that there is a TON of hidden fees. They charge for EVERYTHING: storing your items, setting them up on tables, even for donuts and coffee during the sale, etc. THIS PLACE IS FILLED WITH CROOKS, SCAMMERS, AND THIEVES THAT RIP PEOPLE OFF. BEWARE!
WARNING: BisManBids has people that bid against you on all their online auctions. If they get stuck with the item they are trying to run the price up on, they just re-sell it 3-4 weeks later. The ladies in the office are very unfriendly/rude/grumpy. They have a bad day and take it out on you.

Everytime you place a bid the company will literally have somebody come behind you and bid higher on it to run the price up. Funny because the person bidding ONLY bids on items that have already been bid on. For some reason they wont ever bid first, I guess they dont want the best price on it. Probably because all they are doing is running the price up. Dont bid through these people, find a reputable auction company and save yourself the headache.Edit to their reply: Funny how you have a ton of other people saying the exact same thing. Then why is that its always only 1 account, and that account only bids on your auctions. That account has NEVER won a bid on another account. Good try...
They have gun auctions which dont say anything about reserves, but they put reserves on their own guns if they dont get what they want for it. Crooked practices.

Absolutely great people to work with! Had an issue with an auction, there was a technical malfunction with the lot list and not only did they explain to me how to handle such things in the future. They forgave the bid and let me just pay the website fee! AMAZING BUNCH OF PEOPLE!! Bought from them for several years and never had an issue!

Would leave a 0 star review if I could. This auction house is crooked. They sell items with no reserve, but when they dont get what they want for the item, they just relist it. They conned me out of 4 firearms and then would not take or return phone calls when asking for an explanation of why they were relisted.They have been reported for unfair/unethical auction practices, to the ND state auctioneer license association.And Im not the only one, look at the other reviews!Liars and Crooks.
