We had wonderful service from Adam at this location. He replaced our (failed) traditional water heater with an on-demand unit, and managed to get it done on a Friday evening with an unexpected addition of the replacement of an ancient corroded gas pipe from our meter. I would recommend him for any plumbing job and would absolutely call him again for my own house.

I called Rotor-Rooter to stop by to fix a leak that I thought was in the crawling space. The price, of course, was not cheap but after all the work they did it was worth it. I attempted to hire a guy off of Facebook, and when he showed up he was trying to shut off the city water from the fire hydrant. I took it as a message from the universe, and called the professionals. The workers were professional, on time, and respectful of the fact that I work from home. I would recommend them, and I will be waiting for the quote to replace the whole galvanized pipes throughout the house. It sounds like fun.

Could not speak more highly of this company and the team member who came to help. Trey, I believe was his name, was a pleasure to work with. I had just bought a new house and was having issues with drainage. He explained everything he was doing and why. We were both shocked to discover half of a pair of tweezers in one of the sinks along with other stuff in the shower and tub drains. Once he finished doing his services, I had no problems. I unknowingly had a clogged pipe in my HVAC unit. They responded very quickly. they pinpointed the problem and fixed the clog in a couple of minutes. Dylan was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely call them again if I have anymore water issues!

This is our second time using Roto-rooter and we were fortunate to have Dylan both times. Finding a water leak can be very tricky, but he was successful both times, and with fairly minimal destruction to the drywall. We certainly appreciate his courteous & knowledgeable plumbing skills. I called Roto Rooter when my water heater broke and I was without hot water for several days. I was easily able to schedule an online appointment - because they don’t honor appointments made online. I called every hour to make sure someone was coming and was told a manager would call me back. I never received a call. When I called back at 5pm I was told “everyone is gone for the day but someone would call me tomorrow during business hours”. I asked if they had 24 hour service as the website indicated and was told no.I hope your house isn’t flooding because it will float away before this joke of a company ever calls you back. Epic waste of time

First I was impressed by mannerisms of the tech.. He listened to my concerns as they related to what I thought the problem(s) were. He then explained possible cost.Through out his presence, he was open to questions and explained clearly of possible causes of the blockage.

Had them come out and locate a sewer main. Gave me a lot of advice that I think will save us a lot of money on the sewer hookup. Very professional and knowledgeable. We are going to get them to do all the sewer work now.

Cleared drain worked good rest of the day. Drain clogged next day was able to clear my self, ran sluggish rest of day. finally cleared by evening.

I called and needed someone to repair draining issues with one of the homes I manage in Savannah. My drain lines were clogged up. I called Roto Rooter and they sent Mr. Dylan to fix it. This gentleman is very professional and friendly with excellent customer service also the most experienced plumber that I have ever met. Mr. Dylan needs pay raise now!

Had a broken sewer pipe and called them to see how much it would be to fix. $99 to get an estimate but it goes toward the bill if you get the work done. Where I live it, it is an $88 upcharge for travel. Luckily Tina in the office was extremely nice and made an arrangement for Jake who was already out my way to stop by just 10 minutes after I got off the phone with her. Jake came out, diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote and fixed the issue in roughly 2 hours. Both Tina and Jake were awesome! incredibly professional and helpful. In all to fix the line and everything it was $800. This hurts a little but I had been dealing with Thompson and Thompson and they quoted me $3000.10/10 would recommend these guys to anyone who has any issues pluming needs. Ask for Tina and Jake. Both will be the reason I return if I ever have an issue.

I scheduled a service more than 3 weeks out foer a slow leak. I had the contractor here to cut open the ceiling and was expecting Roto Rooter to fix the leak. They didnt call or show, and when I called to speak with a manager about it Shauntina had the nerve to have an attitude with me !!! Very unprofessional, a total waste of time and I will NEVER use them ever again!!!

I called the office in the morning to set up service for the afternoon. I was called 30 minutes prior to tech arriving to confirm service. Dillon was great. He was professional and polite. He walked me through the entire process of finding a clog in the main line and installing a clean out. He didn’t hesitate to answer questions and gave good advice. I would definitely recommend Roto Rooter of Savannah and request Dillon as a service tech.

Mike came in and I knew I had a major pipe issue, so he listened, I pulled the toilet, he went to work with the auger machine and cleared the line down past the clean out. He also explained the house system wasn’t built to use the low flow toilets. So until I change the toilets, I have to flush 2-3 times for there to be enough water to push everything down. Makes sense now.

Called a while back and had them unclog a drain at a business for me. Everything went fine. Called back and had them service a different business and asked that they call with a quote to be approved before service. They did not call and serviced with added unnecessary items. They unlawfully saved my credit card number from the previous job and charged it without pre approval like an open checkbook. Unethical and illegal!!

Called in the morning and a tech was at the house mid afternoon. Tyler was the tech and he was wearing a mask came in the house we talked about what the problem was and he got his equipment. He was quick, thorough and did a excellent job of cleaning out the drain with first one snake then a longer one until the drain was open and flowing again. Tyler was a real gentleman very polite and a excellent communicator. He cleaned up like he was never there.

Dylan did great work on a big job where, unfortunately, he had to correct for a faulty installation (kitchen sink pipe drain was at the height of the sink and needed to be lower). He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it in a clear way, and got the job done an hour earlier than anticipated. Definitely would recommend.

I was given an appointment on Friday May 8, 2020 for a clean up of the main line with an installation of a two-way clean up. Tyler Tharp was our technician and I was very impress with the quality of work and the professionalism of this young man. RotoRooter is extremely lucky to have him. Tyler was tied up earlier that day with a big job and was a little late to our appointment but he assured me he was going to get the work done that night. I have used this company many times at my business. I am usually happy with the finished work and OK with the cost. Until today. Called for a clogged drain and they sent someone out. Wait wasnt too bad. Of course he didnt bring what he needed to do the job and had to return to work to get additional items. You would think after working in my place many times they would be prepared for what needed to be done. The cost for this was outrageous and I believe it is because they charge more to go to a business and most likely more just because it is a business. I am appalled at the fees they are charging and will surely be shopping around for a better priced service for future repairs. Im extremely upset by the feeling that I am being taken advantage of because its a business. Having issues with flow through our sewer main. I called Roto Rooter and they sent Tyler Tharp out and he was able to respond quickly to resolve the issue. This was not an easy fix and took several trips to fix all the issues. I would highly recommend him for his high level of customer service and his ability to get the job done.

Called for a toilet flooding my house. I was told it would be 1 to 2 hours. I have been up waiting for 3+ hours now. I called back to let them know I was still waiting. They said they would send another message out. I asked how long because I have to be at work in 4 hours. They told me they dont know how long. If you advertise 24/7 honor 24/7. Abide by the times you give and do what you advertise. If you cant deliver, remove your 24/7 slogan. Very disappointing, unfortunately I would NEVER recommend them.

Never showed up. Dispatch is no help. Unprofessional.- I called Friday night at 7PM with an emergency.- Technician told me he would come at 9AM next day (so much for 24/7).- Saturday at 1130AM still nobody. My calls to technician were unanswered. Called dispatch several times, but they were no help.  (Sorry for inconveniece. We will reach out to technician. - but no tangible results)- Technician called finally saying he would come between 4-5PM (!)- At 645PM still nobody!- I cancelled my request and went elsewhere.

I highly recommend Roto-Rooter in general and Camren Sims, my technician in particular. I had a blocked sewer line (backing up into the house!). I called on Sunday and Mr. Sims promptly returned my call and arranged a visit. He quickly confirmed the problem and cleared the line. In addition, he quickly and professionally reset the toilets he removed to access the blocked line. I appreciated the quick, professional and timely service. Although I hope I dont have more emergency plumbing jobs, I will certainly call Roto-Rooter Plumbers of Savannah if I do.

I called Roto Rooter to have a tech come to my home because of a drainage problem. I received a call from Omega to inform me that he was near my home. He introduced himself and asked me what is the problem. He cleaned up and put everything back in its place before he left. He was very patient, polite and professional. He got the job done. If I have any more problems, I will ask for him.

My rental company approved for them to come out for an emergency plumbing issue. They called me over two hours ago and said they were in route no one has showed up. Ive called every number on the website with no luck this has been a horrible experience all the way around. My bath room and bed room is still flooded I cant even take a shower or use any of the restrooms in my home they knew the extent of what I was facing!!!

After my friend used his 100’ snake for a few hours and couldn’t clear my sewer line we finally gave up and decided to call a Plumber. The 1st company was polite and professional but couldn’t get anyone to me for at least 24 hours. Roto Rooter assured me that although it was already after 3:30 pm and FRIDAY someone would be out to me today. We waited for about an hour, the Tech arrived assessed the situation and notified me of pricing which I accepted and got to work. After a few hours and 2 different machines later, the very determined Tech left to get the “Jetter.” The price of course increased from the original amount but I was notified beforehand and signed off on it before any additional work was performed. I am very thankful that he was so persistent. When I complimented his ability and asked if he was done for today, he explained that they don’t stop working until every job on the board for that day is done. Everything is back up and running as it should and they even give a 30 day warranty. Tyler Tharp was dispatched to our home this morning for our emergency. He called and said he would be at our home in about 20 minutes and was right on time. After he did his inspection of our water backup in the master bathroom, he was able to diagnose and fix the problem. We found him extremely knowledgeable and caring about his customer and his work. You dont find such a dedicated person too much these days. If anyone needs a great technician, he gets a rating of excellent and will be highly recommended by us.

Adam Westendorff has been doing all my plumbing work for over 5 years and I recommend him to everyone. There was a major plumbing problem at my relatives house while they were out of town. Mark McKenzie went above and beyond for us. He and his assistant Jordan worked until very late at night and then the next day to have this repaired by the time they came back. What a work ethic! Mark is professional and thorough.

Tray G. was able to come out the very next day. He was thorough and clearly cares about the job he is doing. We will absolutely use him and Roto Rooter again for any of our plumbing needs.

The plumber was wonderful (would have given him 5 stars)! He came in and did the best he could (kids toothbrush in the toilet). A little disappointed in the amount I had to pay for not being able to resolve the issue. I know that the plumbers time is worth money, but I think it was a little much for me having to replace the toilet afterwords myself. The customer service was amazing, they were able to work me in within hours.

Wanted close to 300 dollars to unclog a sink. I sent them home, the only reason they got one star is that they were able to make it out on short term notice. I feel their pricing is preying upon other peoples misfortune and emergency situations. You can rent the same tools they use for under 50 dollars.Found a local company who came out and did the work for 80 dollars. Plumbing works flawlessly now. Remember to shop around.

I had several sludge clogs in bathroom drain and sewer pipe. I called and Adam and his assistant arrived in 15 minutes for a courtesy inspection with a cable camera and free estimate. They got the drains flowing clear, cleaned behind themselves and were on their way one and a half hours after my call. Very professional, friendly and helpful.

Adam & Wesley were professional & friendly. They fixed the plumbing at my grandparents home quickly and efficiently. Adam explained the issue to us, gave us worse case scenario so we wouldn’t be surprised. I appreciated that greatly. But it turned out the problem wasn’t a worse case scenario situation. So we ended up paying less! Which is always a happy ending. And even happier that my grandparents plumbing is working correctly with water in the pipes and not in the wall & closet.

Had a significant issue with water backing up in the drains.Spoke with Tina who was fantastic... she sent Matthew who arrived about 30 min later. Matthew came in and got the job done in about an hour. Very happy with the outcome and the people that I was involved with.

There were back-up problems and when the washer emptied, there was an over-flow. When I called, the woman said she would move things around and get someone out in the afternoon, which she did, The young man was courteous, serious about his work and was able to alleviate the problem, for which I was very appreciative!

It was Christmas day. Water was backed up in my sewage system. Rotor rooter responded to my call for help. The technician was very patient and professional. He did not try to sell me any unnecessary services to get more money, but found the cause of the blockage fairly quickly. Again, he was professional and patient, and did not complain to me about having to service calls on Christmas day.

My husband had to call last evening for a tenant who was having plumbing issues. The technician, Tray Galbreath., returned my husbands call promptly and let him know that he was at a job and had 1 more to go to before he could get to our tenant. He also sent a text when he was on the way with his name and photo along with the contact info for the office if we had any questions. After he assessed the issue he called to update with his plan of action. He was very thorough, upfront, and professional. He called to say he has to go back on Monday due to needing a part that he didnt have on his truck and arranged the time and date with the tenants. Main thing is that the tenants were taken care of until then. Tray even sent photos of the issue when he emailed us the invoice. Thank you to Roto-Rooter and Tray for the quick response!!!

Customer service was fine but the technician, William Boyle, was less than professional. Called the day before for a leak in the upstairs bathroom. Mr. Boyle diagnosed the problem as a leak in the toilet drain. Charged me $150.00 to reset the toilet but that did not solve the problem. Second diagnosis was a leak in the drain line of the sink. Wanted $500 more to fix that. When I suggested that the toilet was not the problem then, Mr. Boyle accused me of telling him he did not do his job. After a very short time working on the sink drain Mr. Boyle said I could save some money and fix it myself and he told me I could figure out how to do it. Called Henry Plumbing and they got it fixed the same day for $120.00.

Kyle Hagemes came to my home and did a wonderful job of repairing what was needed, even going beyond what was required. I plan to request him for future jobs.

I can not say enough how happy I am we called after hours we had a major blockage in our sewer stuff was coming up in every toilet and shower Tyler called me walked me thru it came right away and saved my floors and tile from being damaged he was super nice and again I cant say enough how thankful I am he came out. Very happy customer and thank you Tyler again for the great service.

This company is fantastic. From the lady who took my call to Trey who came to my house they were very professional. Trey took care of my problem and went the extra yard to explain everything to me. Would recommend them over anybody else in Savannah.

They were great. They were able to get out to the house the next day. The guys were nice & courteous. After finding & fixing the problem they tested things & found a 2nd problem. Instead of leaving after the initial problem was fixed, they stayed longer to fix that too. We appreciate the good work!
