My nails were in rough shape when I came in, and I left today with beautiful, healthy feeling nails thanks to Danny! A few of my nails had broken very short at home and he offered to add on tips to the short ones and got them back in great shape. Super friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented staff!

Very friendly! My nails are grown out three weeks they looked a mess! At this point I just needed them filled I don’t care what they looked like that Lily did an amazing job I didn’t even have to tell her the shape or how I like my nails she could clearly see what would look best. And Chi did my pedicure, No complaints and she gives a good massage!

Went there for the first time for a manicure with my 6yr old granddaughter. The staff was so pleasant, they conversed with us rather then just staff members. Over the years I have been too many nail salons, where they won’t speak a word to you, only amongst each other in their own language, laughing which made me you feel as though they are talking about you!Lotus Nails was clean with a calming atmosphere. My granddaughter loved her nail art and wants to go back there again! 😊Finally found a place with excellent service, cleanliness and great selection of colors!

Horrible experience, rushed, and rude customer service. I asked multiple times to get a refund and was told to come in even though I already said I do not like the service there. The transaction was done over Venmo where they can easily send me the money back, but refuse to help me and ignore my calls. Don’t go here!!!

Anna was AMAZING. She’s so so talented and so sweet. Her husband Danny was also wonderful. Such a pleasant and welcoming experience. I will definitely be back.

Way too much talking between employees, the TV blasting infomercials for TIME Magazine CDs from the 1950S. it was not a relaxing experience, Nail Tech made one of my toes bleed. Over priced, poor quality. Would not recommend
