Connie does an amazing job every time I come in.. I have been to many places and will always go to Bella Nails from now on!! They are lovely professionals Andrew whole salon is immaculate.. my nails last at least 6 weeks every time, no chipping or breaking ever!! 5 star service!!! I have a hard time believing some of these reviews ☹️ I love them!!! Maybe some of the people who did negative reviews were either having a bad day or should have spoken up when they were there 😎

Went in yesterday for a manicure . The lady who was doing my nails said she would make my nails look really nice and would “take care of them “ and I was excited to see that . But once she was done that’s how my nails turned out . Very disappointing and not worth the $49 I paid yesterday ! The nails look like a child did them . My cuticles look terrible ! This place is super unprofessional! My nails were filed way to much and the color looks really bad as well ! Will never go back !

So nice. I love going to this nail salon. Brought my 4 year old today. They took good care of her and painted her nails while I got a pedicure. She loved the fish pond too.

I got a gel manicure at this salon. The quality did not come out good. The manicure was painful. I paid with cash. I gave them a $100 Bill and the price was $35. The lady handed me back $55. After I realized I went in and they said they gave me the correct change. They asked me to count the money which I did. Then the lady said she must have miscounted and gave me back the $10. Why would I try and take $10 from them?

A very calming and relaxing atmosphere. REGULAR PEDICURE included hot stones and warm towels. They were super accommodating as I had to bring my daughter with me who was in a stroller. I will definitely return.

They take their time doing your nails and have sooo many colors to chose from. Very clean and great customer service.

I went to this place regularly but won’t anymore. They overcharge and the acrylics are applied poorly. they fall off very quickly. the shaping is atrocious. some technicians are good but some are not. also they confuse you and try to swindle you with the prices to get more money out of you.

They discriminate against and treat those with a disability poorly. Also their area is not set up to meet ADA guidelines. ADA is a law not a suggestion. You cant just treat someone poorly because they have a disability thats discrimination plan and simple. And to think you had the nerve to call the police like you were the victims.

I’ve been coming to see Lena for a couple of years now and I will never go anywhere else! She is so kind, remembers every color I’ve ever used and I always leave feeling refreshed and like myself again! Everyone here is amazing and every person who comes in is treated professionally and with great care. I could go on and on but I highly recommend!!

Love this place

To treat a disabled person as one of your employees did is sickening. Why would you make them get their own gloves because they are allergic to the ones you use and then only to have your employee remove them and throw them on the ground. Deplorable. That employee should be fired and your salon fined.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST. I have been about six times and brought three different friends. Ive had a total of 5 different technicians and they all do *phenomenal* work. They have a huge variety of polish choices and are incredibly friendly and professional, not to mention great at nails! I usually stick to gel manicures but Ive seen others get very intricate and impressive nail art that is absolutely gorgeous. Honestly cannot say enough about this place. If I could give them 100 stars I would.

I have been there several times as I work close and this location is great for me. Unfortunately they do not pay attention to appointment times. Currently in Covid times I understand this. I scheduled an appointment online for 10am. I arrived 10 minutes early and checked in. The young man told me I didnt have an appointment, I explained I scheduled my appointment online through their website. He informed me that their online system does not notify them (I got 3 emails confirming my appointment). He told me I would have to wait about 10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes outside in the cold rain. I would not bother going to this place until they figure out a good scheduling system. There were 4 other people that scheduled appointments and were also waiting outside for 20-30 minutes. This is not acceptable.

My nails came out beautifully! The girls were all super nice and the color selection here is vast! The hand and arm massage left something to be desired but that was my only issue

I made an appointment before arriving and got there 5 minutes earlier since it was my first time there. I signed in and had to wait 20 minutes before I caught someone’s attention to let them know I had an appointment. They told me to sit and wait without any further information of how much longer I would be waiting. After being there for 40 minutes with no one saying anything I walked out.

I didnt have a great experience at all. The nail tech sneezed on my foot multiple times while trimming my cuticles, and didnt even cover her mouth, then she cut my toe and it started bleeding and she just told me to put it back in the water and it would be fine. When I got my manicure she insisted on cutting my nails, even though I just wanted them shaped because they are all the length I wanted. So she was cutting my nails, against my wishes, and cut the skin of my fingers on 2 separate occasions, almost did it a 3rd time, but I pulled my finger away before she could. Yes my nails and toes look great, the facility was clean and I enjoyed the experience of being there, but the nail tech was awful. I would give them another chance as long as I had someone else doing my nails.

This was by far the best nail salon that Ive taken my wife and daughters to so far. The staff were very friendly and made sure that their nails looked flawless. My daughters tell me that they cant wait to get their nails done again, so well be sure to return.

The staff member who did my nails was really nice but the women at the front desk was so rude! She basically accused me of lying about making an appointment earlier in the day. She kept asking who I made the appointment with and what time I made it and claimed they dont make appointments that late. very bad impression when the first person you speak to when you walk in is extremely rude. Will never be back.

I have been using this location for years. The business is now under new ownership and I must say that the upgrades and professionalism has truly impressed me. The new owner is on site making sure that you are happy with the service and is always asking what they can do to improve. This is a business mentally which totally caters to the customer. They have earn to keep my business.

I called and scheduled a manicure appointment for 2:30pm. They asked if I could do a later time that day and I said no, I had plans. I was told that 2:30pm was fine and to come on in. I arrived on time and waited for 30 minutes before someone was able to take me. And by that point, it was too late and I needed to leave. Learn how to schedule, and say NO when you are too busy. That was a complete waste of my time. I will not be coming back.

A shellac mani/pedi is not $75 its only $60 and every service is 10% off, so it would only be $54. Bella nails and spa is an amazing nail spa! I get my own nails done here and I never have any complaints nor do I here anyone else ever complain. I recommend Bella nails to everyone I know. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Also, all the nail technicians are super sweet, the salon is very clean, and just a happy and comfortable atmosphere all around. Best service you can get!

I went with my mom to get a gel mani and pedi because we had a wedding anniversary the next day. We were treated very nicely and it was great. We both left feeling a bit great, even though it was very expensive. About THREE hours later when my mom was going to work she put on her socks sneakers. When she came home, her pedicure was covered in cotton even though she was told nothing was going to happen because it was dry. After that about two days later both of our manicures were peeling off even though we had asked for gel because we were told it would last LONGER (for about 2-3 WEEKS). I called them to see what they would do and the lady on the phone said to come in the next day. As we showed up I had explained who we where and what we wanted. This time around they were extremely rude to my mother and I. We asked to have them fix it but instead they said “we don’t have your nail polish colors anymore”. My mother’s pedicure was just painted over and changed from a French nail to solid white with an ugly design and they changed my nail color and was asking me TO PAY FOR IT. After arguing for a bit they stopped talking to us and finished their job. I left without paying but I’m sure never going again.

I have an allergy to latex and this business even under new management has no idea or protocol when it comes to allergy awareness. They use latex gloves and I always inform them of my allergy at the front counter when I check in so that my area is not prepared with the latex gloves and my technician can be given a heads up I also bring a box of non latex gloves with me just Incase they don’t have any. Again the woman at the front told the woman running the floor about my allergy they assigned me a technician and led me to my seat. Just as I started to relax and think to myself ... finally I don’t have to worry about the people not understanding what I meant by I have an allergy to your gloves..... WRONG WRONG WRONG ... my technician get up and walks away talks to the woman running the floor who appears to send her off to take care of a different client and sends another woman my way. The woman is wearing latex gloves and my initial technician tells her no gloves she’s allergic I’ve left a different pair on the table for you. My “ new technician” walks over gloves still on and sticks her hand in the water my feet are currently in. I take my feet out explain I’m very allergic to your gloves and she reply’s ... I know I know and proceeded to touch other items that would be coming in contact with my skin. I said again I’m allergic to your gloves and she just looked at me. I explained that I needed new water and she asked if it was too hot. The initial technician had to come back over and explain to her again. Once this was all settled the woman did a good job with my manicure and pedicure however I almost just walked out due to the unsafe conditions and lack of allergy awareness.. I am SHOCKED given that latex is such a common allergy most places do not allow them to be used at all but this salon had them at every desk and the lack of any allergy awareness training given that these techs work with chemicals .. would they recognize a reaction if it were to occcur? As a business supplying services to the public it is a responsibility for the new owner to do better than the last. From what I have seen happen over the past few months I can tell that they want to do well and they are making changes to be better, more professional and provide great service. I am writing this honest review in hopes that someone pays attention to a problem that is dangerous and frustrating. I will continue to send referrals there but I am hesitant to return myself.
