While visiting my nephew the battery in my Jeep died. Allstate roadside assistance was able to get it started but it would not stay charged. We have used Beilers Auto Repair for many years but this is my first review. The team there is trustworthy and transparent. Last year a dealer quoted $3500+ to resolve an issue they attributed to a known Honda Service Bulletin. I obtained the error codes and took our 2012 Odyssey to Beilers for a second opinion. They recommended an alternative at a fraction of the cost while being straightforward in their assessment that the probability of success was good, but not a guarantee. I appreciated that, gave the green light, and it fixed the problem. This week the van started acting up and we dropped it off on a Sunday evening. Beilers diagnosed a fouled spark plug and replaced it under [their] warranty. Knowing we had access to another vehicle Danny kept the van a few days to put some miles on it and make sure the problem was resolved before giving it back to my wife. THAT is peace of mind! To top it all off they noticed a few other things that needed attention and took care of them at no charge. Needless to say we are customers for life. If you are looking for a VERY competent shop with a stellar reputation that you can trust wholeheartedly I would recommend Beilers without qualification.

All I needed was for my suspension to be fixed. They gave me a list of useless ad ons/ transmission fluid change, brake fluid, etc. while all I really needed was mechanical repairs. I was feeling stressed and anxious about my car and oked the useless add ons. 2500 dollars later I have nothing to show gor it but a car with mediocre suspension and a multitude of other mechanical problems that werent fixed/ recommended to be fixed. Thanks beilers for taking my money and not giving me a break when I called later on. If you are a working class guy like me, avoid this place. Its for the ultra wealthy.

Im a seasonal resident and the mechanic I usually use in Sarasota was unable to get an appointment for me.I needed to get my oil changed and car inspected before a road trip, and Beiler Auto got an appointment for me quickly and advised me on what needed done and what to keep my eye on for the future.Unlike many mechanics, I never felt pressured to do any work. They discussed pros and cons of doing work now or waiting after my trip.Ill be happy to take my vehicles there for future work.

A friend recommended Beilers to me because I was looking for an alternative to going back to my dealer. Had a slow air leak in one tire due to a screw in the tread. These guys squeezed me in to get a plug repair on short notice and couldnt have been friendlier. They were AAA recommended as well.

We are here on vacation and the water pump went out on our MKZ. In Ford’s great wisdom, they designed these engines with an internal water pump, meaning the whole engine needed to be removed to repair it. Beilers was able to complete the job within a week, greatly appreciated. The shop and staff are very professional and top notch. If we lived in the area all our vehicles would be serviced by them. There were too many flool plumps in my car but they got em all out for me!

Good work and service. I do wish they would invest in plastic seat covers. The drivers seat was completely soaked in sweat after the tech took it for a test drive after alignment. Not pleasant

Had an annoying stuck-on turn signal. Tried all of the brand dealers for 50 miles - couldnt get in for a week. Beilers got me in quickly. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part. Since I am not local, with no other transportation, they had me come back the following day for install. Price was very reasonable and they were courteous and careful! I recommend them highly!

We took our Honda CRV in to check for potentially needed brake pads and a rattle coming from under the hood. Replaced the much needed front brake pads and a simple fix for the rattle under the hood. Friendly, prompt, and the most important HONEST auto repair store we have ever dealt with. Danny even called us back a week later to see how the new brake pads were working out (never have we ever had a car dealer or auto repair store follow-up on service - other than the automated calls from the dealers. So impressed with their staff, service and technical ability. Oh and prices much more reasonable than the Honda dealer. HIGH MARKS from us - would return if ever had a car problem again.

Beilers Auto Repair has an exceptional family feel to it. When you first walk in, the lobby has comfortable couches, complimentary coffee and small treats. The owner is more than accommodating and offers a ride and comes out to look over your vehicle and does what he can without asking for a penny unless need be. I thought the patch they put in my tire didnt hold when I got a flat so they said theyd replace my tire with no labor cost. They ended up discovering that the patch was in good shape yet they still didnt charge me. I can honestly say, these guys are the real deal and would never steer you wrong.

My experience with Beiler’s has always been great. In fact, one time my shifting mechanism got caught in reverse while I was sitting in the ATM line. Luckily nobody was behind me because all I could do was go backwards. So I drove backwards out of the ATM line and called Beiler’s. Without hesitation, Danny arrived, did something under my car,gave me his keys and said to follow him back to the shop while he drove my car. Talk about exceptional service!!!!! If you want something done right the first time, you take it to Beilers. They wont mickey mouse stuff or partially fix problems. They detect the right issue with your vehicle and fix it for good. Also, they have a comfortable lobby (coffee, candy, reading materials) and may give you a ride if your car is being dropped off. EXCELLENT SERVICE and we have never regret using their services.

Not a good experience. They did repair a.c. to my satisfaction but then recommended nearly $800 more in replacing fluids for one thing or another which I chose not to have done. Then had a transmission shop owner tell me it was fine. Beilers did look into some data base that indicated these services had not been done. It has 75k miles

For the past five years our 1999 Lexus ES300 has been serviced exclusively by Beilers Auto. Were seasonal residents so having a comfortable car thats waiting for us when we get here is great ... if it is RELIABLE! Thats where Beilers has been a Godsend. Every single time weve taken our car in the work has been done promptly, the quality of repair has been outstanding, the communication from service people has been excellent and weve been treated in a friendly, respectful manner. Their prices have always seemed reasonable for reliable work by a shop that I know will stand behind their repairs. I literally cannot think of one single thing that would knock a star off my rating. I wish we had a shop as reliable as Beilers in New Hampshire.

Its so great to have an auto repair shop that I trust! My car has over 200,000 miles on it and they have kept it running. Not an easy feat! Theyre friendly and helpful, and I always feel theyre fair and honest about the work they do. Believe me, I know how much it sucks to have your car in the shop (remember the 200K miles I mentioned?), but knowing that the work is going to get done right and understanding that theyll charge fairly, takes a little sting out of the process.

Honest! I have used them for a few repairs. I have always gotten great service and an affordable price. I had a nail in my tire in a spot that could not be repaired. Instead of just replacing my tire and getting my money, Danny took the time to contact the shop where I purchased my tires to see if I had purchased any replacement warranties on my current tires. I had not. The service did not end there. Danny then priced the tires at the other shop and then recommended I go there, because the price would be better!! What repair shop does that? Every car repair shop I have ever been to has always tried sell me twenty other things other than what I came in for. Not Beilers if it isnt needed, they will not try to sell it to you. If they are not the best deal, they WILL let you know. If they cannot find the source of the problem they will tell you. They dont just try and guess replacing things that are not really the issue. I am grateful to have found such an honest reliable place.

Had my wheel bearing replaced, synthetic oil change and nail in tire fixed. Devin was prompt on updating status. They had a loaner car to borrow which was nice. There could have been a mistake replacing a sensor but they found the true cause and saved me from spending money on a sensor that wasnt needed. They also repaired the nail in my tire for free which was a nice gesture as this was my first time using this shop. Im new to Sarasota so this will be my go to repair shop for the foreseeable future. Beilers took the car to a transmission shop, got me a fair quote and the problem was repaired promptly. They even gave me a loaner car while the transmission shop took care of it.And it was comforting to have a reference to a transmission shop I could trust. I was in Sarasota for a few days from Tallahassee. During my drive to Sarasota I noticed a load humming noise coming from my car. I was concerned that I might damage something on the way home so I asked my brother in-law, him having a better understanding of cars than I. He said, do you really want someone to look at it? I said sure. He drove it to Beilers. We waited a few minutes when one of the owners came in, my brother in-law explained the problem. Without missing a beat we went to my care, he drove it, assessed the situation. Came back, put it on a lift where he confirmed his suspicion, bad tires. We asked about buying tires from him, he said it would make more sense to get them near home. I offered to pay, he declined. Fast, courteous, honest service. Hands down best auto shop Ive ever been to. They have been way more than accommodating on more than one occasion including coming in early to check my car without charging any fee, taking a look at my oil and tires before taking a long trip to make sure I was safe to be on the highway and most recently, changing my brake light for no charge. I fully trust Beilers with my car and its a great feeling to know there are still some genuine, caring people out there! I cant say enough about Dan. I am a mother in Upstate NY and my 22 year old daughter lives in Sarasota. Her jeep broke down and we had triple AAA tow it to Beilers. Dan and I spoke several time that day deciding what would be best for my daughter and the jeep. Not once did Dan push me in any direction. He recommended not putting the $ into it. So we decided to put the money into a car that was for sale in the area. Great service from the start! Our van let us set on vacation two days before Thanksgiving. I called Beilers, they sent a tow truck within 45 minutes (free towing within 5 miles), and then diagnosed the problem within 2 hours. They got the part in and repaired it the next day and did it at a very fair price. Would recommend them to everyone.

My friend, Matt Bruback, had recommended me to Beilers Auto Repair for some work on my Jeep Wrangler. After having a terrible experience with my daughters car at Hyundai the week prior, I was hesitant but took his advice. Wow ... did it pay off!! Danny, Devin, and Joey were all extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and proficient to say the least! Not only did they take care of my needs for my Jeep, they also helped me with the bill for my daughters car which led to a $200+ refund from Hyundai! I was in town one day last week and experienced a problem with my Monte Carlo, in recent experiences with other mechanics I was scared and didnt know who to call. I got a ride home for my son and I an began the search for whom to call! I then googled Mechanics, Beilers Auto was the first one to appear!!! I then remembered my neighbor had always spoke very high of them! I then made the call and Mr Danny answered and was very open to discussing the issue! He then offered the free towing within the 5 miles which it just happened to be that :) ! During our conversation he mentioned I would be able to barrow a loaner car in return put the gas back in that you use!!! ( NO ONE OFFERS THAT KIND OF SERVICE) ...
