Decent service and value for your money

I only go to Sports Clips for my hair cut because I am always treated well and get a good cut no matter who the stylist is that day. I highly recommend anyone who wants a good hair cut to go here.

Did a good job cutting my husbands hair. Knowledgeable and friendly.

Overall loved this place. Went to get a pompadour style haircut. The stylist was very good and patient to make sure everything is great.She was a great talker and made the whole process really awesome. At the end it was styled really nice and she made some great suggestions to stake my hair.Overall the price is a great value for the service.

But there is a gap in time when you use the app when you’re supposed to arrive and then you actually get your haircut I arrived at the appointed time nobody was in there at all I sat there for 13 minutes until somebody finally walked out the back and I asked if my stylus was here today

Very friendly and talented staff. Terrible check in experience. No customers were present and three staff members were on shift. I was directed, however, by the staff, to log online and check in for an appointment on my own; that no staff member could assist me in making an appointment. So, there I was, just outside the window struggling to get the website to work properly so I could get my hair cut. Meanwhile, inside, there sat the friendly staff eating snacks and gossiping. And low, and behold, the friendly staff had to assist me anyway. WELL OILED MACHINE... (Sarcasm)

I cant get anyone to answer the phone. The automated message says to book online but their website says they are closed so you cant book. Their Facebook page says they are open. This has been a problem for weeks. How can a business choose to not pick up their phone during business hours?Response Edit: Yes, hours are posted but you still dont answer when youre supposed to be open. The app/website says closed all the time so I cant book an appointment online either. Im told you dont take walk-ins right now yet I cant make an appointment.

Ive been visiting this location for 3 years with top notch service but after today I can say I will not be back. Its a Saturday morning so naturally it would be busy but after checking kn online there was a 2 hour wait. Which is fine I can walk around the plaza and enjoy the day out. I receive a text stating that I will be called within 10 minutes so I leave and reach sports clips within 10 minutes and they ALREEADY CALLED SOMEONE ELSE BACK. I was then told I would have to wait all over again. The stylists basically told me I was SOL and to just wait all over again even though I was on time per the wait time. I will not be returning to this location.UPDATE: I was contacted by the management and I have since been back. I appreciate the quick response and addressing my issue. I will be back.

The service was fast and they did a good job, I thought it was expensive though it was 23 dollars for a kids haircut and they didnt even wash his hair.

I have gone to Sport Clips five or six times, so I have a good amount of experience with what you will expect. I have always had a good haircut regardless of the barber, so if that is your goal, I would just pay for the basics. The MVP treatment would be nice if it were given in a consistent manner, but most of the barbers rush through it, ruining any special feel to it. The massage is usually brief enough to nullify any real benefit. The hot towel is really nice, but I wouldnt pay for the MVP unless you buy the triple play (3 MVP treatments) at a good price. I bought the special that essentially gave me a free MVP based on regular rates. Definitely book your appointment online, as you will get in and out faster.

Megan at the north Lakeland shop was so patient and perfect with my fidgety 5 year old son. He just adores her! She did an awesome job and made sure his cut was perfect for his upcoming job as ring bearer in a wedding. We will be back to see her!

Great from start to finish

My husband went in to get a hair cut. He had a bad experience the last time he went there when they skipped over his name after already making an appointment online then having to wait and getting skipped when it was his turn to get a haircut. Abby changed his mind and perception on sports clip as a company as a whole. Not only he came to the house with what I and he would say one of the best haircuts he has had in a very long time but he was happy that he had met someone finally that gave him a complete run down on his hair, not only on style but health and maintenance as well. Thanks Abby @ sports clip for taking pride in your profession and striving to keep people coming back.

I have exclusively been coming here since Feb 2017, all of the stylists do an amazing job. My go to stylist is Alyssa, she does a fantastic job! When she isnt in, Elena also does a great job! All the stylists are funny and nice to chat with!

The online sign in app doesnt work. Phone said 3 min, sign in store said over an hour. I left and got right into Great Clips.Not the first time.

I was in the store on Northside Lakeland. This is a nice place to get a haircut but Alyssa Cornell made it my favorite. She is professional and treats you like an individual when your in her chair. Its great to have someone read your mind and give you the hair cut you want. I dont have easy hair but she had no problem. She always has a smile and is engaged with you while your in her chair. She is a very talented barber and I will be returning just because of her.

You had to go online to set up an account and then set up an appt. My dad just needed a haircut so we went to Knickerbockers on N Socrum Loop without an appt and got it done with no problems.

This is my first visit ever to Sport clips as recommended by a friend. I came in and saw Elena. very professional very comforting I came in with a mess of a haircut she fixed me up and took care of me and I will be returning to have her as my new full time barber. Very Excellent experience

Elana did an awesome job on my son’s hair! Several stylists have cut his hair, and this cut from Elana is by far the best! Definitely have found his stylist!

Never the same stylists, pull your hair why theyre cutting and using the clippers. I get a #2 all over and when I get home and looked a little closer and see that they missed a lot of hairs. When I went back they told me, thats what happens when you use clippers. Ive never had a problem at Great Clips or Super Cuts. Dont waste your time or money here, go to the one in S. Lakeland.

BEST PLACE TO GO FOR A HAIR CUT!! I have lived up and down the east coast, and the worst thing about moving to a new city is finding a quality hair stylist. Originally, Devan cut my hair and did an amazing job; however, one time Devan was not there so Molly stepped in. I kid you not, Molly gave me the best hair cut Ive ever received and I havent looked back! Not only does she take the time to give you a precise hair cut, she also is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to hair treatment and styling. I can confidently say that since Molly has started cutting my hair I havent had a bad hair day. If you care about how you look and happen to be on the North side of Lakeland, make sure you stop at Sport Clips and see either Devan or Molly! Trust me.

Checked in online today older lady seem to have the worst attitude. For some odd reason when it was my turn to get a cut that same lady decided to skip over me. I never had an issue with Megan. Unfortunately she wasn’t in today. My question is What’s the point of checking in Online if you still have to wait messed up my whole week thanks old lady.

I had a fantastic experience. The issue is the girl Molly, the manager, cannot cut hair. My hair cut is so horrible. Everything is uneven. My hair is naturally curly so I didnt find out how bad it was until after I had tried to straighten my hair. Ive never had a haircut come out so uneven. This is the kinda stuff that makes me regret ever getting hair cuts and dread having to have my hair cut.

My son and I both have great experiences getting our hair cut here. I need one of those massage chairs in my house!

Im upset, I’ve been growing out my hair for about 4 months now and I really liked the length, and I explained to the lady I went to a different place last time and they parted my hair and I didn’t really like it so I asked if they could just do away with it, she said yeah and we went on with the haircut. Whatever whatever. She’s about to finish the haircut and I start to move the hair how I had it styled walking in, it looked choppy and I said so I have to push it forward now? Just like the part I had? She asked if the top was too short and I said yeah, I’ll have to grow it out back now. Even though I said verbally out loud at the beginning of the haircut I was growing it out. I still paid and tipped even though she said I didn’t have too. Overal the people are nice, really nice. The quality of cuts, not so much.

I usually go for a 1 around the sides and back with just a scissor cut on top keeping it longer. The first thing she does is grab the razor and go straight through the top of my head. Absolutely disgusted with the service. She had to give me a buzz cut around my head and now I look like a monk. She barely spoke English and took forever at the register, dont go here if you want a decent cut. Hairdressers name was angela, avoid her at all costs.

Went in there for me and my son both to get a haircut and because i did not sign each of us in me and my 3 YEAR OLD......... they cut my sons hair than told me i was at the back of the line. I asked to speak to a manager and the young lady who cut my sons hair is like Well i am. I would seriously get yoy managers some customer servuce trianing. I will not be back. You just lost not 1 but to customers who have been going there for a year now. Congrates.
