This is the third time Ive used Mikes Elite Towing. Great price, always pleasant and friendly, someone actually answers the phone AND they were very quick. I always expect atleast an hour; nope 15 mins. Thanks Mike and Mike! I will always call you first.

Ive dealt with them in the past I would never call them for towing.

Called to get info on my vehicle and was confronted with the worst customer service. The lady was rude, unprofessional and honestly doesn’t know how to communicate. Couldn’t even provide simple information is my car there or not without being rude, sarcastic, and disrespectful. She should not be working as the face of this company and interacting with customers. It is very unfortunate that the Sarasota Police department uses this company. As a tax payer, I am appalled.

Called the office, got a real person who helped me with not only towing, but where to take it for repair! Im new to the area. Mike came within 15 minutes and was as pleasant as he could be. Totally great experience! Thanks for helping in my time of need!!!

The lady on the line was so nice and helpful. Knew I was in a bad location due to traffic with my stall and got a driver there so quickly who was also very nice. Helped turn my morning around with their help. If I ever need a tow again will give yall a call.

Yesterday morning my mother passed away in a car accident. The car was towed to mikes and when my father went to get her belongings from the car he was greeted with a woman who said “oh you must have been the man that was short with me on the phone” he responded saying “you were the woman who snickered at me when I asked if I could get our belongings out of the car” she yelled at him and told him he was insane and chased him out of the lot. He was there to pick up my mothers belongings who had just passed away hours before in the accident. Maybe before being so cold towards people you should look up the reason who you’re towing their vehicle. Disgusting.

My daughter was involved in an accident and they towed the vehicle, when we went to pick up her belongings they were great. Friendly and perfessional team they helped out in every way possible and made sure we got everything we needed. Highly recommend them.Thank you!

Very rude lady in the office, and driver was short and rude on vehicle pick-up. Would not listen and cut my parent off when trying to explain and get information on better steps to take after my wreck. Tough experience having to go there to clean out your vehicle, made even tougher when office staff cusses you. Do not recommend this business for after being involved in a wreck, use anywhere else

Driver Mike showed up on time, was very polite and resourceful. He had a receipt ready with the accurate price quoted. No fun to need a tow...when you do this is the place!

Blew a tire on I 75 yesterday afternoon. Called Mikes and they had a truck out to me within 15 minutes. Great job loading my vehicle onto the truck taking care not to damage it further. Straight over to the tire center and I was back on my way. Price for the tow was fair. Very thankful for their quick response!!

98% of our customers love us for towing and auto repair. The negative posts I see on this site are from disgruntled ex employees that were released from their duties, or cars that were impounded at the order of the police, or motor clubs that make us follow their rules for checking ids etc.. before we are allowed to provide service. We have been in business almost 30 years and have a huge following and provide an outstanding service to our customers.

Just had to have one of my trucks towed. Not only was the driver early and fast he was very courteous also! Would recommend and will use again if need arises! Driver was clean and equipment was up to date!

Updated that experience at the end.***While having to call for a tow is just not an event to look forward too, Mikes Elite Towing has always been extremely nice and professional.Ive used them 3 times in the last year and a half and each time they have been personable, professional, and all around pretty great.Im sure Ill need a tow again in the future (just hopefully not too soon) and will definitely use them again.** Update**For a tow, Mikes is awesome.However, the drivers will recommend Mikes for repair work.Unfortunately, I decided to give their mechanic a try.At best, I found their mechanic was incompetent and sloppy. Since they replaced an engine for me I have had to pay another mechanic to replace missing nuts, improper wiring, and improperly installed wiring all related to the engine.I have suspicions regarding other work performed that I can not prove so lets call them expensive suspicions.The repair side of this business will tell you how they will save you money. I experienced very expensive savings.If my experience was a result of well intentioned sloppy work, its pretty a pretty bad experience.Given that my vehicles are commercial vehicles that I depend on to earn a living, I either experienced well intentioned incompetence or the definition of unscrupulous.

I highly recommend Mikes for your towing needs they are extremely accommodating they are nice and kind and I hope I never see them again but if I have to I will definitely call them

Wanted to say great job by the company and fast reliable service. I called the night before to get my car picked up in the morning and mikes elite towing was there to help. My ball joint cracked at the base and separated. There was no way a towing company could tow my car without my front fender crumbling like paper, but with Mikes specialized tools they put my car up on the bed no problems and off as well. Great staff! Hopefully I wont have to use a towing company again soon! But if I do, Id use Mikes elite towing again!

Have used Mikes Elite Towing Numerous Times And They Have Always Been Great! Would Definitely Recommend Them To Anyone!

It was of to a great experience with Mikes Towing; they were prompt and helpful, and I was quoted a fair rate. Then when I decided to tow my vehicle to another location, other than their place, and they were prompt to hike up the towing price. They also almost broke my transmission by towing only from the back not realizing from the-get-go it was a 4 x 4. They had to use dolly, and hence more $. Ok. but outrageous more !? I was visiting FL and I asked for a break to meet my vacation budget. No budge.

I was stuck in my work truck in a muddy ditch on palmer ranch parkway and needed to get pulled out. I didnt catch the tow truck drivers name but he was extremely prompt and a real nice guy. The truck showed up to my location within 15 minutes and had me out of the ditch and back on the road within a couple more minutes. I would strongly recommend using this company and I know I certainly will be if I need a tow in the future. Thanks again for the super fast service mikes elite towing!

I got a flat tire and I needed a tow so Joe from Mikes Elite Towing helped me out and took my car to a shop. They were quite quick at picking me up and Joe was awesome to chat with while we drove over to the mechanic. Its never fun to deal with flat tires but getting it worked on in a timely manner makes it much easier to deal with.

I cannot find the appropriate words to describe my experience with doing business with Mikes Elite Towing, due to the fact that my choice praises will violate Googles terms of service. Doing business here will end in some form if regret, stress and monetary loss due to lack of knowledge, professionalism, and proper OFFICE behavior. Irrational behavior and condescending point of view towards everything contribute to the cluelessness of management. Communication could be improved, simply by having it. The only difference between Mikes Towing and everyone else with a tow truck, is that Mikes Elite has better looking equipment. SAD.

Had to have my wifes car towed after it had a problem in I-75 at night. My wife and I agree that everybody we interacted with at Mikes were quick, courteous and professional.If I need a tow again, I will definitely call them and suggest you do the same.

I have had the unfortunate instance of needing a tow truck three times in the last couple of months and two of those three times, Mikes Elite Towing was dispatched to assist me. They are prompt (usually beating the standard wait time that is quoted by my insurance company), professional, and just all around great guys. You guys are the best!

Terrible, impatient driver. Riding right on other vehicles bumpers when there are children in the cars ahead. Especially on a holiday when there are people and children walking eevery where. Maybe a driving course is needed.

My insurance company asked this company to tow my 18yo son to a parts store. They told hernthatbthey dont make enough money to go on the interstate and hung up on her. Do not hire these people. This is a total trash company. Useless and I will continue to give bad advertisement for them.
