Honest and Friendly. What more do you want in a mechanic? When I moved to town I left a great mechanic that I had trusted for year. When I asked around for a local mechanic two of my friends suggested this place. I have been a loyal customer ever since and send everyone I can over here. Its hard to find a great mechanic, but I did and I cannot recommend them enough.

Pat and his team are outstanding. They get you in their schedule to the best of their ability, and they get you out in a reasonable amount of time. Their hourly rate is also very reasonable. If youre looking for a mechanic you can trust and rely on, put Keene in your back pocket, and leave it there for a very long time.

Recommended by a friend that Keene Automotive was honest, fair, and could fix the problems I was having with my 2017 Truck without costing an arm and a leg. I called them, they squeezed me in two days later, I arrived, was greeted promptly, I explained the issue, was told to have a seat and they would start checking. They found the problem, a couple of fuses, since it was such a new truck they had to get the parts from Ford, they told me come back in a couple hours and they would finish fixing my truck. I left came back a couple hours later, my truck was fixed within 10 minutes, all problems solved. The cost was very reasonable, I didnt hesitate at all ( about half what Ford would have charged). I will go back when ever I need work done on a vehicle and highly recommend.

Mr Keene diagnosed my car & could have charged Me MUCH more. Also said I needed a tune up for $200. Another garage gave Me an estimate for the tune up for $345. He also aired up all 4 of my tires at NO charge & I knew they needed air.It was the extra service that I apprwciated. I sold new Fords, Chevrolets, VWs & Nissans for 20 years. I KNOW GOOD SERVICE! And I appreciate it!

Patrick is very unsympathetic. My car has been sitting at his shop since Tuesday afternoon. It’s thursday and I still don’t have an answer on what’s going on with my car. I haven’t been able to get around since Monday. Every time I call in this man doesn’t know what’s going on with my car and tells me he has a full schedule and I’m not on it. Customer service isn’t a priority at this shop. I’m very upset with the way he talks to me. He’s taking his sweet time and that’s hurting me because I’m car-less. Just to diagnose the car and tell me what’s actually wrong, is out of the question. Ridiculous
