I had my smart start installed here and serviced for 4 months then I moved to Massachusetts and needed it removed on 6 months. I had difficulty reaching anyone at smart start via phone and email to grant permission to Massachusetts for removal. SHERMAN AUTO REPAIR CALLED AND SORTED EVERYTHING FOR ME AND IM SO GRATEFUL FOR THE PROFESSIONALISM! I had embarrassment and aggravation and they where SO helpful!

Very very disappointing shop and owner. I had my truck there for a lift and install time was 6-8 hours and was quoted $550 to install the lift. Was told would have it done in a day...well two days later. Go to pick up the truck the lift was not complete. Still had several items in boxes. Alignment was also part of the quoted price, but the alignment was not done and I had to pay out of pocket when Sherman said it would be part of the $550. Well when I got there he told me $925.00 and cash so he didnt get charged a fee on his card machine. Front bumper had several deep scratches that were not there to prior drop off and several parts that were powdered coated were nicked and were dropped during install. Did not have the right drill bit to drill into my frame and charged me another $25 and KEPT the drill bit. Also noticed several bolts were loose and he had left it that way for who ever was going to do the alignment. Sherman also put all my wheels on backwards and then had to bring it back to him to get corrected. When I had brought my truck back to Sherman his tow truck guy had the lift arms sticking out and hit my brand new wheel that was almost $2,000 and will not fix my wheel or the tire that had been Damaged. Now going to proceed with legal action against Sherman auto repair for the dangers of leaving items loose and damage to my wheel and tire and my powdered items and my front bumper damage witch all these items are going to be exceeding several thousand dollars to get repaired. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO SHERMAN AUTO REPAIR.

We have been going to see Sherman for a couple of years, and are so grateful we found him. He is knowledgeable, honest, and his prices are fair. We recently went in to replace the brakes which would have been a $300+ repair. He called us that day, and said they they were just dirty. He cleaned them, and $65 later we were squeak free. Sherman was able to get my car in the next day, has a convenient early morning key drop, and emailed the invoice once the work was complete. Its so nice getting this info via email for easy digital filing. Everything was done quickly and at a very reasonable rate!

Sherman has always gotten me in and out of the shop quick. He is a straight up mechanic that can handle any task he wants to take on. The prices are great for labor and the service is uncomparable to any shop I have ever been to. If I was a mechanic I would want to have a shop and work ethic like Sherman. I have an older 95 Honda civic that is paid for (priceless) but it occasionally needs up keep and he gets the job done efficiently and with a smile!!!

This shop is where you want to take any foreign (if thats what your into) or domestic (for you American loving patriots out there) vehicles. With state of the art equipment to diagnose and assist in repair for youur burnt light bulbs or your burned up engine. Sherman will work countless hours to get you back on the road again. You wouldnt trust a high school drop out for your dental cleaning dont trust one for your cars oil changes or break maintance!

A good, honest mechanic is really hard to come by. Sherman knew exactly what he was doing and informed me the whole way on what was wrong with my vehicle. You can trust Sherman with your vehicle that you work so hard for. I will never go to another mechanic as long as i live in Florida.
