I work at a local apartment community in the area and have been down maintenance for a few weeks so have had to rely on Badger Bobs to help us out on all A/C emergencies. They have been excellent help! The ladies in the office are polite and informative and the techs they send out have been able to solve all issues. It was a weekend in September and my 2 yr old a/c stopped working 🥵I called thinking omg it’s going to cost a fortune. Nope, it was fair, the technician was kind and knowledgeable! I ended up signing up with a maintenance program at my own request, not a pushy sales pitch! The price went down and I will use them for all the services they provide!Very pleased😊

At this moment I just have an estimate from Greg but he was very professional and knowledgeable of the issue with my refrigerator. No work has been done yet so I cannot comment, on value or quality yet. Happy so far!

Greg was on time and understood exactly what was wrong, which is what I had diagnosed based on on-line videos. I had taken a enough steps to eliminate some possible problems, but stopped short of fixing the problem out of some fear that I might take the freezer apart and either not have a part I needed or break something and create a bigger issue. Greg was helpful in showing me how to make the repair and what pitfalls I should avoid if I wanted to try fixing it should the problem recur. He made the repairs in a timely manner, was helpful and accurately estimated the cost of the repair. We would welcome him back should we have appliance problems again in the future.

This company is really on top of their game! We use Badger Bobs for AC, electrical and plumbing. Also, bought some appliances through them, as well. We have found that from the office staff to the technicians all are quite professional, honest and dedicated to serving the customer! Great company!

Mart made a routine service call on my plumbing, which turned out to be fine. I asked Mark some questions regarding my humidity being too high in the house. Mark has a similar problem with his home and recommended a dehumidifier unit that he uses. Ian was absolutely phenomenal!!!! I was without my water heater for 2 days and going crazy with my teenager. Badger Bobs is the best! I typically hate having strangers in my house, even when its necessary for a repair. The two technicians who repaired our duct work were so great, Id have them back!!! Chris was an excellent AC tech. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and within a few minutes, my AC was working. Chris explained to me in detail the issue gave me an approximate timeline of when my house will feel more comfortable. Im a Realtor. Property that I sold had an unusual problem with the clothes dryer. The drum had a crack in it. After getting a quote from Badger Bob’s, I had offered to take care of the repair for the client.Turned out that with exacerbated supply chain problems due to Covid, it took months to get the replacement drum (drum replacement is a very rare problem). During the entire time we were waiting for the part, I was kept informed with the status of the order. I was notified the same day the part arrived in town. The technician (David) actually showed up early and quickly diagnosed the problem we are having with our dryer. David was very professional and courteous. We were told that someone would be out to fix, instead we get a call after the business closes for the day saying he could replace the water heater but not repair it! WTH. according to other people who have had similar issues, it’s a thermal cuplar.

We hired Badger Bobs to install a whole house surge protector. Matthew arrived promptly, explained the process thoroughly, and was an absolute perfect gentleman throughout. After the maintenance check, he reviewed findings and gave a thorough explanation of listed items. His report was thorough and I appreciated the explanation regarding the items that recommended moving forward. I was quite satisfied with the work performed.

The service call was for a repair of the sink stopper in a bathroom. The service call was quick & efficient taking perhaps 10 minutes. I was expecting the service call charge of $89. I thought the extra charge of $25 for the part to repair the sink stopper was greatly excessive.

Jan was very professional, phoned ahead, advised of his expected arrival time and arrived based on expectations. He was clear about what was wrong, made suggestions and asked if there was anything else I needed. He provided some helpful information on something unrelated to this specific service job. The only thing I would have preferred was that he be masked. I know FL has eliminated any mask requirements, but masking is still recommended by the CDC in these type of situations - indoors, not 6 ft. apart and around someone you do not know and do not know their vaccination status. Before scheduling the appointment, the company did ask if everyone in my household was healthy, so I was a bit surprised by the technician being unmasked.

We appreciated how quickly Ian came by to make the repair and we appreciate that he owned the mistake and we were not charged anything additionally. The office indicated if the problem was with the toilet and not the installation, that we would have to pay for the visit. Ian was very professional and honest. Again, this company hires great techs!UPDATE: 4/20/21 We contacted and got estimates from 4 different companies. We decided to contract Badger Bobs for a garbage disposal installation and a new toilet installation. The services were scheduled back to back. Both techs were the BEST! Such genuine, kind and knowledgeable tradesmen. Ian, the plumber, arrived early and swiftly went to work. This company does a great job of hiring excellent people! We will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend them!!UPDATE: 4/15/21: Mario installed a switch for the garbage disposal. He is a very nice human. He was thorough, communicative, professional and pleasant. Our only constructive feedback is, please cut the drywall w/a knife and saw blade. The electric saw Mario used put a considerable amount of dust in the air and on surfaces as far away as our master bedroom. Additionally, the dust residue left on the floor beneath the opening in the drywall was very slick causing us to slip. If electric saws are used, the tech should tent the area and wet wipe the impacted surfaces. Lastly, we are very impressed w/the techs from Badger Bobs. Im still waiting for the office to call me. I called several days ago about using a coupon, no one has returned my call.We are in the process of getting estimates for a garbage disposal installation. Ian, the technician, was the most thorough plumber weve met thus far. His genuine spirit and kind hearted nature put us immediately at ease. Weve been getting a wide variety of prices and different recommendations from different companies. We believe that this company DOES CARE about PEOPLE! Going with Badger Bobs for our AC replacement was a great choice. We got the top of the line 24 Seer Carrier variable speed unit. It is awesome. Cant even hear it running. Badger Bobs did a great job with the install and even reconfigured the ductwork in our house because the original ductwork layout left the office too warm. Now everything is perfect thanks to Badger Bobs and the price was very reasonable.

I called around 3pm about a leak with our air conditioner. We had a 5-8pm window of service. The service man called and arrived before 5pm. He flushed the drain after looking at the unit. We are very happy.
