Mr AC is most definitely the Company to call!I was in the midst of purchasing a home when I first called to set up a time to have my air ducts cleaned, sanitized, my dryer vent cleaned and all of my Vents replaced. My closing got delayed by a few days and I had to call and reschedule.They were Gracious and accommodating. They sent Robert to do the job and he was knowledgeable, professional and down right nice! I should also mention on time!He started the job in the morning and I had to go to work so he locked everything up for me, called and I was able to pay over the phone and when I arrived home later that evening I was greeted with a great smelling home and beautifully clean air vents! I am so pleased with Robert and Mr AC I will be using them in the future for any of my air conditioning unit needs!

We were having higher humidity then we should have with our ac set at 77. Called and Charles came out the next day. Was very helpful and professional in figuring out the problem. Amazing folks at this business. I was on the fence where to go as I never had AC issues before that I had to pay. The receptionist is just a little gem. It is rare to find companies that go above and beyond, and Mr. AC is one of them. I called late last night to leave a message after hours & received a call back from Jessica, the Operations Manager around 11PM to let me know the call was received and that she would do everything she could to help as soon as possible. She even recommended a competitor who may be open 24/7 if I was unable to wait until morning. The next day, she was responsive to my follow up and got a tech out to my house 5 hours earlier than originally anticipated. I actually canceled my other appt with another company when the tech was on his way because of her going above and beyond. Robert was the tech that came and was friendly/professional & explained the work he did. He answered all my questions and also reviewed the service plan with me, which I chose to partake in. He was super helpful, and even trimmed the bushes around the unit and organized the trimmings for trash. We have also had Charles come out to the house previously and he was also professional/helped us save money rather than over charge. More than happy to be a returning customer to this business. Jaid Is probably the Cleanest & most thorough AC tech I have ever met. He made sure to wipe down and clean any messes up. I was absolutely shocked, glad and blown away. I had a problem after routine maintenance; the fan nor the A/C was running during our February heatwave. Charles came out on a Friday night (7 pm) with no complaints, OR a service charge! The problem seemed to be with the nest thermostat. I replaced the thermostat and no luck. Mr. A/C immediately rescheduled me, had Charles out there that day, and had parted the next day. Excellent service, friendly staff, and knowledgeable people that will explain your problem, instead of telling you to buy something.Oh, and something that impressed me service-wise; Charles noticed that the Unique installed UV Light that Unqiue installed for free as payment for sub-par service wasn’t even positioned correctly. UV light destroys over time most materials that it touches. Unique services had placed the UV light pointing straight at the wiring harness on the fan motor. (Therefore, not disinfecting anything but the motor, and the plastic wires/harnesses) Therefore, advancing the degradation of the system, resulting in early replacement. Charles kindly repositioned the UV light towards the metal condensers to allow for maximum performance, and minimal damage to my A/C system!!Can’t say enough about the professionalism, attitude, and knowledge that Charles has!

We have been using Mr AC for our ac maintenance for a couple of years. We have had nothing but good service from them. However, we had a slight issue with the past service call, but as soon as the service manager found out, she scheduled a follow up visit (no charge) with another tech. Charles came out today to review our system and check to see why one of our rooms was not getting cool. He went in the attic and took pictures and a video so he could explain to me what the problem was and how to correct it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining everything to me and was patient with all my questions. And he was able to complete the work today. A big thanks to Charles for a job well done!

The company took very good care of us. Our AC /heating unit went out on a Saturday morning. Mr. AC sent a tech out to look at it that day and gave me our options of trying to fix our old unit or talk to the owner about replacing it. The owner gave me three options to replace our unit and we got it replaced on Monday. They also let us use a portable AC unit until ours was fixed. Randall our installer did a great job. I would recommend Mr. AC to anyone.

I was about 15 minutes late to the appointment but he stressed it was not a problem at all. I have used Mr AC since moving here 5 years ago. They are dependable, and professional always, and everyone that has come to our home has been top notch! But most of all they are honest, which sadly is hard to find these days. I have older units and they have kept them running when others I used prior to finding Mr AC just tried to up-sell me new units at inflated prices. When one unit finally did fail and needed a replacement I was confident that what they were telling me was accurate, and the price was right. They treat you like family, even sending a picture of the tech prior to dispatch so you know exactly who will be in your house before they get there. Quinn was our guy today, and hes awesome! Our Ac was over 10yrs old, and was told it needed to be replaced after making a call to Mr. AC and getting a free second opinion. I called to tell them my wall AC unit had died and I wanted to determine if my home HVAC unit was adequate to cover waaaaay over at the other end of the house. Our super new house unfortunately somehow the Nest thermostat stopped working and the house became unbearably hot. I called Mr AC because of their google reviews and was surprised to get someone live on the phone and that their diagnostic charge was not astronomical.Charles was prompt and very knowledgeable. He called me to tell me how far away he was. That was very helpful.The problem only took about 5 minutes to solve and that was sorta frustrating but we know nothing about AC systems.We bought the service package and will have him come back in 6 months to clean the outside and make sure this doesn’t happen again.

We signed up for a yearly service plan and had our first service today by Jaid. They did a great job.

I called Mr. AC for a tune up special on my AC that they were running. They gave me a time of 9am to 11am the next day. At 9:30am my service rep, Quinn Olsen showed up. He was very courteous and professional. He did the work on my AC, showed me what he had done and explained to me I had a part that was starting to go bad. He gave me the option of buying a new one or replacing it when it did go bad. I decided to wait and he did not pressure me to buy the product. He cleaned up and gave me an invoice of the exact amount I had expected to pay. Great work Quinn and great service Mr. AC. 5 stars from me.

The AC in my recently purchased home worked just fine and I had another company in soon after purchase to fully service the AC system. As the cooler Sarasota winter arrived, heat was needed to warm the home, but I couldnt get the in-house temperature to rise. The same AC company visited twice, said it was repaired, but the house didnt get warmer. A second company was called, performed what they said was the necessary (and pricey) repair. Again, the house could not be warmed up.I called Mr. AC and Jaid came to check out the system. He was very thorough and then offered a variety of possible options at a variety of costs. Each choice was fully explained. I opted to replace the heating and cooling systems, at a very reasonable price compared to what Ive experienced elsewhere. And, everything was promised for the next day.Early the following day, William called to say he had all the necessary parts and was on his way. By the end of that day, William had the entire system replacement installed and it was checked several times for each of the functions to make certain that it was performing exactly as promised.I couldnt be happier with the services provided by Mr. AC. They are my choice for on-going service visits (which I will be happy to tell the other two companies when they contact me to offer on-going maintenance)
