Our Tech Arseniy was prompt, courteous, polite and followed masking protocols and wore foot protectors when entering the house which was greatly appreciated. The repair was more extensive than originally thought but was completed satisfactorily. The repair was mostly covered under warranty as Air Now installed this particular unit.

Our technician was very helpful in explaining everything to us about the A/C. He also provided great recommendations to help save money. His customer service was awesome! Thanks again!

I called around for prices and had another specialist come out and give an astronomical price. It’s scary if you know nothing about air conditioning repair. An ac tech could tell you anything. When the tech from air now was complete after spending a lot of time on my air conditioner he gave me the bill and it was more than fair. He fixed what needed to be done without overcharging. I’ll use this place from now on with anything ac related and refer others to them.

My service technician, “L.G.”, was the best tech I’ve had thus far. He took the time to troubleshoot an issue I’ve had and made it better, which no other technician has been able to do. At the very least, I can say AirNow has hired a quality technician, (which is not always a guarantee) that showed up on time, performed a detailed maintenance on my unit and was extremely friendly. I was told by Quinn I needed a new blower that would be 348.50 gave him a check had another company come out as it didn’t make sense on a2020 a/c system and was told it was the themostat was programed to have the blower run after it was messed with I would not recommend this company

We had a brand new LG system and all new ductwork done in our home that was built in the 80s. The guys were extremely professional and informative, Jim- our original tech- was kind and constantly checking progress, and overall I feel confident in the system and new duct work. They have been responsive even after installation as far as making sure everything works smoothly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

Very good technician technically, but should have sent quotes for upgrades and improvements. Air Now came highly recommended but I do not feel I was treated fairly. The technician did his best to request from management that the appointment be discounted, the part was charged at a premium and they did not encourage the service agreement that the technician recommended.

Our new home was hot as could be, the ducts were incorrect size and installed improperly, AC was end of life. Air Now was out same day, quoted us for new duct-less AC units, remove old unit, completed in just 2 days. Highly recommend! Brrr

AC failed Wednesday night and finding a vendor who had stock and would do a turn-around install with a tropical storm expected any minute was a tall order, but Air Now came through! The team was great and then installation went off without a hitch. I would strongly recommend Air Now.

Jim VerWys was the most knowledgeable and helpful of the few companies I called to give us an estimate. Jim assessed our situation in depth and provided a fair estimate. I will use them from now on.

System was installed today. Technicians Rocky and I didnt get the other Techs name were on time and pleasant. I asked to see the unit when it was brought down from the attic and as I wondered there was not mold inside the blower only on outside and external components. Phillip did say that the components could be replaced but it would be cost effective to buy a system because the warranty would cover future issues (I do doubt that warranty will cover future issues). Tech did show me the spots that had mold. Oh well, Phillip couldnt see the inside only his opinion. I was surprised that my compressor was a down grade from the previous one and for what it cost I am a little disappointed. Always require that they give you all the information instead of just System. When you buy a car they do tell you that it has an engine, transmission and tires along with the specifications. Phillip did call me and answered my questions and said he would email me the information I asked for. Techs cleaned up debris and left. So I dont have to replace it again in 5 years, I will get a maintenance agreement (partly because the filter is now in the attic and I cant change it and the humidity in the attic I think I need to stay on top of the serving to possibly avoid VOIDED warranty).Previous review with date corrected: I bought my home in Oct. 2020 and wasnt sure when the 2016 HVAC system had been serviced last so I scheduled appointment. Phillip arrived on time and was very pleasant and thorough in the inspection of the Air Handler in the attic of my garage. He came in and showed me pictures of the unit and explained that the unit and electrical are covered in mold and recommended a new unit be installed. He said the 10 year warranty was only for the original owner and was void due to lack of service. I agreed to getting a new system put in. The 4 rating is because the proposal has very little information on it regarding what is getting installed. Only says York 2 1/2 ton Heat Pump and 5K Heating Output and Seer 14. When I called Phillip to ask him for more information on the agreement he said When you buy a car they list engine, transmission and tires on the bill of sale and that I am getting an entire system. As I said that is my only comment at this time as I am getting the unit installed tomorrow.

I called to have them come out and service my unit. it was working fine but just needed maintenance. The tech said i should just buy a new unit so he didnt service it, but charged me $99.00 anyway.

They installed an Air Purification system & replaced a UV bulb. I expect a new vent cover on the cold air duct and plastering to be completed around both newly installed cold air and hot air return vent holes to finish the cieling openings.

I also have an issue with the size of the thermostat, and he went out of his way to find out how we could rectify the problem including setting up thermostat readings on my phone. The AC company scheduled the maintenance visit and the technician called to say he was on his way and arrived early performed the periodic cleaning of the unit and changed the filter and checked out the functioning of the unit and was pleasant and respectful

I can’t say enough about our experience with Service Technician Mr. Arsenly Kushnir. He came out and diagnosed a leak in the evaporator coil filled the system with Freon so we didn’t go without A/C until he could come back and replace. Not only did he have it replaced in 2 days, he checked and triple checked all connections for any other leaks. He went above and beyond making sure everything was sealed all the while answering every question we had along the way. Air Now is very lucky to have such a knowledgeable and thorough employee who takes the time to explain every step to the customer. We are extremely HAPPY and COOL customers.

Air Now blew my away today! I called Air Now at at 12:30 and Arseniy arrived in less then an hour. Arseniy diagnosed our system, gave me multiple options for repair/service, and had cool air flowing in the house within an hour. The service guys were on time. They wore masks and shoe coverings. They were fast and hopefully through.However, they did not follow my instructions! The filters I ordered online did not arrive on time so I had them show me how to replace the old ones and install the new ones when they arrive! However they replaced the two filters and charged me for the new ones! Now I have to call the office and straighten this out!!

I called looking for a new a/c unit. They came out the same day at 7pm. Greg make me feel confident about the unit they suggested. The unit we had was not big enough for are house. He spent the time to explain everything they would do and how they would do it. They came out the next day and installed a York a/c unit. ( good thing it was the middle of summer and hot) when I called other companies they said a week to 10 day to install a new unit. The guys who installed the new unit worked fast and left my house clean. They also had patience with me, I ask a lot of questions. After they installed the unit and had it running, they stayed till I was satisfied everything was working as it should. Greg called me the next day just to make sure everything was OK. Needed to have our routine A/C maintenance done and Air Now didnt let us down. Showed up in the allotted time frame that they gave us. Lonnie did a thorough evaluation of our unit and he answered the numerous questions my husband threw at him about A/C units and UV lights, etc. Highly recommend Air Now for your A/C needs. They replaced our aging air ducts last year and we were very pleased with their work.

All the items listed didnt happen at once. I have used Air Now for anual maintenance for years. When my old system died they replaced it at a fair price that day. Just recently had to get a repair after 4 years. Again on time and very helpful. The tech who made the repair missed one item. When I called they had someone out the next day.

I was charged $99,00 for a Sales Pitch. Repairman said what I thought problem was, was wrong. My bug man fixed it the next day for free. Pipes had fallen on duct work. Your man wanted to sell me all new duct work without looking.
