After years of dealing with an old AC that wasnt cooling my house, I was given a recommendation to use Streamline Heating and Air to install a new unit. Clayton and his crew went above and beyond installing the unit in one day. They were professional, on time and answered all my question. Streamline Heating and Air provided quality work at a fair price. Since the install, they have responded to some minor repairs within a few hours of calling them. Specifically today, Clayton was at my house first thing this morning on a Saturday, to do a minor repair and had my AC running cool for my family while I was at work! Cant say enough about their response and quality of work.

I asked Streamline to come out to give me a quote on a new AC because it was older and not cooling. Clayton came out and right away said I didnt need a new unit. He fixed it in about 30 min and saved us about $4,000. Very grateful.

Called Streamline and had Clayton come to our home to look at our A/C unit, it wasn’t blowing air as cold as it it usually does, especially since it was in the summer time, very quickly fixed the issue and had air blowing nice and cool. Awesome experience! Easy to get ahold of over text, ALWAYS friendly, and quickest around.Once it was known that my girlfriend was pregnant, they refused to let her sleep in 85 degree heat. Mid-day found out the compressor needed replacing; by end of day was already replaced without me being home. Would suggest to anyone and everyone!

Clayton replaced my blower fan motor in July 2018. Recently I began to hear an occasional rattling noise in my unit. I had a home warranty from our home purchase and actually called them first just because if there was a repair to be made it would be covered by them. The person who came out said the motor was bad and thats what was making the noise. They also pushed to try and get me to replace my AC (13 year old unit) which I wasnt interested in doing until this one gives out. Once they realized I wasnt interested in replacing the unit I havent heard anything back from them. I finally called Clayton up since this other guy said it was the motor that Streamline had replaced for me. Clayton informed me that I had a year warranty on parts/labor and hed be happy to come check things out and make things right if something he did had gone wrong this quickly. Turns out all it was was basically something mounted inside the unit that had come a bit loose and was making an occasional rattling sound. He tightened up a few screws and viola... no more noise. He didnt charge anything for his visit even though the noise was unrelated to his previous repair.Long story short I felt he did a good job explaining things to me and taking care of the problems. He came recommended from a person I trust and I feel like I can trust Clayton and Streamline.
