I had a horrible smell in my laundry room; Andrew came out and checked the ductwork in attic space right above my laundry room. He opened the ductwork, but unfortunately no dead critters were in the ductwork. I went ahead and got a pest control to come out, and sure enough had rats in the attic. After getting rats taken care of by pest control company, Sal from Brown came out; he was awesome and found the dead rat in the wall of the laundry room. He did a great job cleaning up, and replacing ductwork and insulation right above the laundry room, and the terrible smell went away very quickly. I appreciated Andrew and Sal and Browns quick response to help me resolve the problem.!
