Great place, excellent service..!Very friendly people.

I recently rented a chain saw from these people . I have been a customer for several years and have rented multiple items . I would consider my self a good customer . Well the chain saw that I rented was only used for 15 minutes and stop working . I picked it up at 3:00 and used it at around 6:00 . Then next day I call them and tell them that it stop working after 15 minutes of useage . They then instructed me to bring it In . I mention to them since I work all day i would take it before they close . When I dropped it off JOSH the so called manager accused me of trying to get additional day and still charged me the 120 for the rental . The passive aggressive attitude that is mentioned in another post describes this gentleman. I am a manger my self and understand how to be customer centric . Apparently that is not something they understand at the rent a world in Weslaco . Avoid Josh as he has no idea how to help a customer . Thank you for making realize that I need to take my business esle where since it is not appreciated at this location

Passive-aggressive is a really good time too describe these people. I didnt even go in person but based off the tone of the phone call I thought that.

Ok but drive way is very muddy

Management is sub par. Unless you like dealing with passive aggressive people, I wouldnt recommend. Go to Nitro Equipment Rentals instead.
