Sofie does an amazing job. Always takes her time to make sure you are in love with your nails. I have been to several places and this by far the best. I love how clean and sweet everyone is here. I booked an appointment for a gel polish change and nail art on my toes. When I arrived they directed me to a manicure station. I told them I booked an appointment for a pedicure polish change and nail art. Online their services state gel polish change takes longer because they only use the soaking method because that is better for your nails. However once I was in the pedicure chair, she used a sanding tool to remove my old polish. She did a beautiful job repainting my nails and giving me nail art. But, she told me that in the future she did not do pedicures. I asked if anyone else did nail art as part of a pedicure and she said no. I said that I saw pictures posted online showing pedicures with nail art. She told me that the only provided flower nail art as part of a pedicure.

As a spa nail tech from the 80s I’m a perfectionist and hard to please. It took me 12 years to find a place I absolutely love. Sophie and Amanda surpass my expectations! Simply Excellent work! ❤️ Love this nail spa!

Wonderful experience. Every 1 was extremely calm, so very nice and very personable, Sophie was the absolute best and made sure I was happy, this place is actually very good and accept walk ins, now my new nail salon. Others usually talk in between others but they are very respectful here.

Sophie did an amazing job on my nail. Painless and fast. Ive had nail technicians move so fast that they dont care Id the fire us getting hot or that they gave you cuts on your cuticle area. Not the case here. Excellent job on the nails saved on customer service.

Have been coming here pretty consistently and love the friendly & clean atmosphere. All the technicians are great. But I’ve got my two favorites that I go to every time. They are friendly and really make me feel comfortable and safe. They take their time and make sure that they do a great job. I leave happy every time.

Cindy always takes care of me and does exactly what I ask for! She is always able to make time for me every 2 weeks even on short notice which is so flexible for my schedule. The salon is clean and the environment is relaxing.

Took a chance as a walk in for a mani/pedi pretty close to opening. Was greeted immediately, and helped right away. They became rather busy, but still remained calm and pleasant. The gentleman that did my pedicure was very polite and thorough, with great attention to detail. Sophie did my nails, and even under pressure from a busy schedule, she did an amazing job

I went to get my acrylic nails taken off and having gel nail polish put on. They ripped off my nail while they were ripping off the acrylic nails. My nails were so brittle and it hurts so bad. I did not go forward with having gel nail polish put on. And they charge me $10 for them to rip my nails. Will never go to the salon ever again. And when they asked me why I was unhappy I told them it was because my nails were in a lot of pain from being torn apart and they told me that I should’ve told them not to rip them off. But according to Cosmetology school you’re never supposed to rip off the acrylic nails you’re supposed to soak them off with acetone.

Came in at 9AM for a full set of acrylic coffin ombre nails and a gel deluxe pedicure was done at about 10:45pm. Tommy and Sophie were really nice and I enjoyed my service and experience.

The nail pricing was listed as 30$ and a 10% discount for being new I asked the price before she started my nails and said it was $45 and said oh the price changed ! Simply not trust worthy or professional here at all. Every price was high then originally listed at the front desk.

Their reopening after the COVID shut down was awesome experience. Cleanliness and care to prevent the spread and all the guidelines they have to follow and still they were amazing. They had so many people trying to get in and they totally kept their cool. Cindy is the best ever. Also Sophie was so kind and sweet. Everyone was professional and tried to keep all the customers happy and accommodated while following the reopening guidelines.

Ive been going to this salon for four years and service has gotten worse since new owners. I was there on Sunday and had the worse service ever nails and toes were done in a rush two of my nail broke already I will never go back there

Sophie was the first the greet me . She was super nice, offered me a water several times . She was gently and friendly.I rated this a 4/5 because two things . I got a pedicure with the salt scrub and it wasn’t as good as I’ve had in the past . Usually the salt scrubs feel more scrub like, but this felt like rubber . I usually feel like your skin feels very refreshed and clean after but with their scrub it wasn’t that way, so I would do without . However everything else with the pedicure was great .Also, I got dip powder . My nails were short and squared off when I got there . However the technician rounded them without asking . I would prefer them square, but she did keep them short . I felt like she was saying something about my nails being short, I’m not 100% sure though as it was in a different language . When I said something about my nails being short because I have a baby she engaged in conversation about that . It’s not a deal breaker this time cause I feel like it’ll just give me a chance to wait longer before getting them done again but next time I’d like to keep them square . Overall it was a good experience .Close to my work, nice facility, the people in there all seemed to be regulars and happy with the services

The ladies that work here are so sweet. We went to get pedicures and I got an acrylic full set too. Plus tip it was $139, we got the $45 pedicures because they’re so worth it while you’re sitting in a massage chair. The knead setting on the chair is my favorite. I say they are reasonably priced for the outstanding service they give their customers. The salon/spa was so relaxing, peaceful, and quiet. They really know what they’re doing!! I recommend 1000%

Star nails was able to get 4 of us in for a pedicure as walk-ins extremely fast. They greeted us right away and were personable, helpful and attentive to my entire party. The spa pedicure was a great experience and we will definitely return again soon.

I will never go anywhere else since finding Cindy and Monika here. My nails come out PERFECT absolutely every single time without fail and I have never found a place that can do that. And I am fussy. I model jewelry with my hands and their nail color selection is vast. I had developed a close relationship with the gal that used to do my nails so it was hard to switch over but when I have to look at my hands every day, there was no other choice but to leave my friend. And getting to know the girls here has been fun too. The workers there are warm and charming. They get me in and out quickly, which is what I want. Like I said, I will never go anywhere else ever again. I would give 10 stars if I could. They probably do charge a little more but then I get the works with wax and massage and it is worth every penny to me.

My acrylic set was done by Sophie. She is so good and took the time to perfect the shape and color. She even makes her own designs that are beautiful. I highly recommend her or anyone else at this salon!

I’ve been going to Star Nails for about a year getting my nails dipped. Although I don’t go consistently, I’ve had them dipped here 6-8 times. This last experience, Kate did a “natural dip.” Not only are my nails gorgeous, but they are by far the best they’ve ever been. There is no need to use the UV light, which I strongly prefer. I still get the hard gel coat that stands up to a lot of wear and tear. The natural dip was a lot lighter and less thick but still just as sturdy. What I love most, is I can go 5 weeks without any chips or cracks. Thanks, Kate!!

This place had good quality nail polish. I love the dolphins. Each time I go, I set an appointment with Kelly. She is patient, and my nails always end up looking perfect. I highly recommend this place.

I read reviews and decided to go here but unfortunately, I did not receive the quality I hoped for and read about. Cindy helped me out and when I pointed out that my gel polish was lifted (after only washing my hands) she helped fix it but had a very bad attitude about it and when she fixed it, she didnt bother to hear me when I said that one of my nails had the gel polish lining very slanted... she just proceeded to say ill help you here pointing at the register... I thought that was very rude and I paid $30 for something I did not like. Now, only 4 days later, my polish is chipping and its ridiculous. I hoped to like this place since its close to me.

I am not normally one to go out and get my nails done but its no mystery to see that no one seemed to be engaged with their clients in the slightest (minus one or two people) including me. The staff could definitely be a lot a nicer. I just went into for a manicure,not anything huge, but it was just all around awkward and when theres no chemistry with your clients your business wont be around for long.
