Got exactly the service I needed. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My motorhome drives like new, the steering is solid and feels great. Jesus, the tech, knew exactly what I was after. All in all, an excellent experience. I will use their services again.
The people at this place are so down to earth and keep it 100% . Fair prices and perfect work. They were quick honest and professional. A no non sense establishment. I will be back when needed and will refer any and all to go here. It was a pleasure doing business with you. God speed. Smiles.
They snuck me into their very busy schedule to repair a lug nut on my tire that Discount Tire broke the day before. I had exactly one day to get it fixed before a road trip and they went 100 extra miles to get it done. Really great service.
Everything was fantastic, always is.They took the time to answer all my questions and explain the work required.I appreciate the extra effort everyone there takes.Highly recommended.
Happy people and great service was told my car would be there over night but it was done by 5pm same day and thats amazing I left happy
Great place to have your Jeep serviced ! They know what to look for and are very honest, I have used them before and will do the same in the future thanks to all the staff !!
Work was done on schedule from the time I dropped off my vehicle. Was thankful to get car back on the same day. Not always possible but they really tried to get it done in one day and they did. Employees were very pleasant.
The staff here is very professional and friendly the work is excellent and the price is very reasonable. I would recommend this place to everyone. I will use them for all my future needs. 5 stars they are awesome.
BEWARE: I brought my luxury car in for an alignment with a slight wear on the front tire, now I have a CARFAX report. In doing research, this is not something that all shops have to report, and this diminishes the value of the vehicle. One because the VIN is searched by insurance and car shops so this in-turn does diminish value. I asked to have Kevin (owner) give me a call back and was told by Jay, calling me bro and dude, this is not my problem. And it would be 3 weeks for a call back and then hung up on me. I would like a call back (Kevin has my number), if I would have known this would have created a CARFAX report on my luxury car, I would have never had work done there. There is nothing on the website or any of the paperwork that states CARFAX, very disappointed.BE AWARE - not all shops report to Carfax, they are paid to. Do your research.
Excellent work. Took 1 hour longer than promised, 3 rather than 2, but it was a complex alignment. You guys are great!
Brought my old 52 Chevy truck here and had a drop kit suspension installed. Great staff and they had experience working on classics. Solid workmanship and straightforward crew. Would highly recommend.
I have been having my vehicles aligned at East County since 1980 & every vehicle has been perfect. Currently own 9 vehicles.
Had my suspension worked on here. There were originally some hiccups but it was made right and the manager/owner showed they care about their customer base by fixing it no questions asked. When one more issue surfaced they again took care of it and called to make sure I was satisfied. Jay, Jen, Kevin and Aaron were great.
Brought my Mercedes in for an alignment My information was taken and told the car would be ready in an hour. One hour later I got the call my car was ready. Very efficient, clean and pleasant to work with.
These guys are great to work with. They do a quality job with genuine care and communication.
Jay and the crew did an amazing job fixing my brakes and making sure my vehicle was safe to drive. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family
These folks are simply the best. Love my new Koni Shocks on my Ford F53 Class A Motorhome Chassis! They suggested them, I was hesitant but glad I spent the money and hey, anyone out there with a Motorhome on an F53 Chassis would be very happy with those Koni Shocks. Thanks Jesus for his expertise and counsel. They were on time and very professional. Cheers!!
We really enjoyed the professionalism and the timely delivery of our pickup. The work was very well done, and I would know because Ive install shock absorbers in a mechanic shop years ago.As far as the brake job goes, my brakes are working like new on my 2001 pick up truck.!Thanks for the great work, professionalism and friendly atmosphere.I highly recommend ECA ! They know what theyre doing and they treated me very well.
Very knowledgeable and nice...great place for alignment, shocks, brakes ...fair price
Kevin, Jay, Jennifer, Jesus and Aaron take care of you and make sure the job is done right. They have done excellent work on my motorhome and Saturn. If they happen to find other issues, they will let you know and you can decide whether to have the work done now or later.I highly recommend East County Alignment & Brake.
Everyone is so nice. Jennifer even offered me a ride when she saw me walking! I trust they are doing whats right and it is quality work. My car rides and brakes so smoothly now. Thank you!
Great place. I have had 3 trucks serviced here and always had a great experience. Years ago I had a slight pull on a new 2013 truck. The dealer said its within specification nothing we can do. Was referred by Discount Tire after the dealer tried to say it was the tires. Never go to the dealer for breaks or alignment issues. This is the go to place.
Great customer service, mechanics that know their stuff, and affordable/fair pricing. Highly recommend, won’t take my vehicle anywhere else in SD!
Very friendly and knowledgeable folks. They kept my truck clean and gave me a lot of extra info on the over all shape of my F-350. When it comes time for next things to be addressed, THAY WILL GET THE WORK!RALPH G. of Ramona:)
I noticed this shop had good reviews but mixed at the same time. After leaving with my coach I absolutely do not understand how even 1 poor review could be left, seriously not even 1? After reading a few of these poor comments a customer like myself that does not write many reviews, felt obligated to give these 100% ethical guys time writing how much they not only helped me but made me feel extremely comfortable during my visit. Boy did I learn a lot at the same time. My Coach apparently could not be repaired correctly by my normal shop I take all of our cars to. The manager Ryan, recommended I take my baby down to a place in Santee called East County Alignment. It was out of my way so I made an appointment in advance. When I came in I couldnt of been more pleased. From the people working the counter all the way to the mechanics were more than polite and helpful. They took time out of an obvious busy day to answer in depth all of my silly questions. Bottom-line, I left their shop with not only my issue resolved but on my drive home up north, I had no idea our coach could drive so much better. Im floored by the pleasant overall experience I had while I was there as well, I noticed every customer waiting felt the same way. I do not review often at all like i should but East County Alignment gets an A+. Thank you ECA for all your help and you will be seeing me in the future for the recommendations as well as my families vehicles.
Came in for a an alignment after a suspension lift on my Toyota Tacoma. I was worried about finding a shop that knows how to do high caster alignments with adjustable upper control arms. They were competitive in pricing with other local shops and was able to book an appointment relatively sooner than most other shops. They took a bit longer than I thought but when I drove the truck home, it was driving straight as an arrow. The steering wheel is straight and the camber was right where it needed to be. Unfortunately they are “old school” and were not able to provide any computerized numbers, but the tech did take measurements and informed me of the adjustments made. Comes with a 1000 mile warranty, for peace of mind, but over all I am super happy with East County Brake and Alignment, will be back next time. Would recommend them to any of my friends and family.
Jay, Kevin, Jennifer and the crew at ECA are all outstanding. I feel that out of all of the alignment shops in SD, they are the only ones who truly understand the geometry of front ends. This is my 3rd lifted truck that I have trusted to them and they never fail to bring the truck back into proper specs. They are also honest people that dont try taking advantage of folks. The techs are also easy to talk to and will take the time to show you what is wrong and the steps to fix it. Outstanding shop!
I would highly recommend East County Alignment and Brake to anyone needing this expertise. They are willing to work with you and are very professional. I worked mostly with Jake, and he made me feel comfortable and at ease even though I asked him a million ( dumb) questions. I give them a five star because I believe they truly are the BEST in East County. Its a family owned business and thats how they make you feel.. like family.
I took my car for tire rotation at discount tire, while working on it, one of the studs/bolt broke. They referred me to “East County Alignment” for repair. EAST COUNTY ALIGNMENT scheduled me an appointment for 08/04/2020 at 1:00 pm. I got there for my appointment 15 minutes early. While I am waiting for someone to start working on my vehicle, the manager/owner name “Jay” came out at 1:20 and asked me to RE-SCHEDULE my appointment because they are busy and have other appointments. I said I have an appointment too and I have been here waiting for more than: 35 minutes already. His response to me was “it’s not my problem dude… I won’t be able to touch your car today… go ahead and finger it out with discount tier” this is the worst customer service I ever had in my life. It was a horrible experience. Be careful not to go there or else you will regarded big time I promises you!
I didnt select punctuality because all service businesses that are any good will be as punctual as they can be. and they are very punctual as well as being good at their word. I am impressed with there automotive knowledge, quality control, friendliness, and work Ethics. There pricing isnt perfect but it is fair and it is done right.
This pace is great. Friendly customer service family owned and operated. Pricier then expected. But they do good work and warranty their work. Being a mechanic in todays world is a good trait to have. Keep up the good work and we will continue to give you our business.
Phenomenal shop. Really helpful and proactive!! Great customer service.
I think they did a good job and took good care of me. Mike seems to know his stuff and will be straightforward with you. Reasonable prices I think. And Im a pretty thrifty guy. I recommend
Very professional, my motorhome drives straight down the road now. Thank you.
Best shop around! Always honest, dependable and kind! No other place I would go.
Dont know
WOW! Have you ever gotten your alignment done and then question if they even did it because something was wrong with it? East County Alignment made me feel that they actually corrected my problem. My vehicle runs great, drives true, and saves me gas. Thank you Jay and your Team!
Set an Alignment Appoint. Check of front end and alignment started on time and completed promptly. Every person with whom I talked and interacted were consumate professionals. Everything was above board; no private discussions; if you wait then you hear all conversations. Frank open discussons. Repairs if recommended are explained and quoted immediately. Pricing most reasonable. Will be come here for all future front end work. A GREAT EXPERIENCE END TO END.
Was referred to this shop by my tire guys. Jake and Jay did not disappoint.these guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was fair and I felt like everyone at this shop was there to help me. I will be back and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. These guys have been here for many many years and the reason shoes when you walk in the door. From the cleanliness of the waiting room to the guys in the back. thanks again guys
All my vehicles come here. Always have, always will. If you have high expectations as I do and want the job done right the 1st time, East County Alignment is the best there is in San Diego County...always have been and will be in the future.
Wonderful services, very helpful, professional and friendly.
Want to give a shout out to Kevin, jay, Jennifer and the team at East county alignment. They always make sure to take care of me and my vehicle. They don’t upsell, and walk me through the projects so I learn something every time I walk in. Plus having the peace of mind that the job was done RIGHT! Highly recommend.
Great service and fair prices
I brought in my Chevy Avalanche in for some brake & front end work, they did the work in a timely manner and did an excellent job. Thanks for the great jobWilliam Collins
Purchased a used travel trailer and wanted to have the brakes on a single axle checked, adjusted and wheel bearings repacked. I was quoted $102 over the phone and i set up appt. Less than 1/2 hour after hauling the trailer to them, I got a phone call telling me the price would be $438 for the original work request plus the wheels need to be balanced. At that point i had little choice but to go ahead as the trailer had been dropped off. I contacted San Diego trailer which would have been $240 for the same work. I wont make the same mistake again. If you use these guys, get a hard estimate up front because i think i was cheated.
Got my stuff done really quicky and efficiently, the person i spoke with, Jay, was very helpful and awesome. Amazing place would go again.
I had some lugs replaced on my Excursion, not an easy job. Long story short axle seal had started leaking 7000 miles later. I brought it back no problem they put in a new seal no charge no hassles. I will use them again 4 sure.
These guys are the real deal! Fixed my truck after the last shop screwed it up and wasted my time and money. Ill never go anywhere else from here on out. Thanks East County Alignment!!
I would recommend East county alignment. Excellent customer service. I had/ have issues. They checked out. Fixed the problem in less then 3 hours. Will definitely be going back to them for my future repairs.
Great place, i took my car there to get an alignment, and they did a fantastic job. They even asked me to come back once in a while to make sure everything is tight and running well, and they charge me pennys for it. Nice people good workers.
They were very professional from the time we walked in till the time we walked out. I went in for an alignment and my car is driving alot better. I recommend this place it has reasonable prices. My wife also appreciated the fact that the bathroom was clean.lol
Good shop. Very professional. They treat your car like it is theirs which I like.
Professional and courteous auto repairs.
I take all of my vehicles here for alignments. They do great work and have fair prices. I’ve even sent my mother here for a alignment. They are honest and fast.
East County Alignment is the only auto repair shop I will ever use. I have been a customer since 2012. They are, by far, the most honest repair shop I have experienced. They are competent, hard working, and fair. All of their service writers are extremely knowledgeable. Jake, takes the time to explain diagnosis in depth, whenever asked. Kevin & Jake treat their customers like family. My final invoices either match or beat their initial estimates, every time. They service my 2005 Toyota Highlander & my sons 2003 Ford Mustang. ~Katherine
Kevin has been working on my vehicles for years. Always exceeds my expectations. I will continue to take all my vehicles to East County Alignment in the future.
Trustworthy and very nice professional people over at East county alignment
Just love the honesty and integrity of this repair shop. Good work good price. Ask for Jay
These guys are by far the best. My mom and I went there and were very well taken care of. Their mechanics did a great job aligning my truck, not only did they correct the problem but Jay and Jake took care of us while we waited. As we are not car savy, it is scary to go get work done on our vehicles, and we would trust these guys any day with our vehicles.
Im doing the alignment on my 2000 Altima for all these yearsmay be 3 times in all. It is done very well, so I didnt need alignmentmore often. So, I saved a lot of money!Id advice anyone to go to East County Alignment & Brake for service.
I needed an alignment so I asked my mechanic to recommend a place. He said he sends all his alignment work to East County Alignment. So I went. Lo and behold this is the same place that i went to 20 years ago to fix a bent frame issue on my old SUV. They did amazing work then. Fixed it like it never happened. So I go in for the alignment for my Subaru. Had a bit of a pull and noise in the undercarriage. They took care of my alignment, identified the noise, and it was fixed the next day. My battery was a little weak, so they came out to give me a jump and make sure I was taken care of.All I can say is that they do OUTSTANDING work, and they get it right the first time. I will always take any car that needs frame or alignment work to East County Alignment... Great Job Guys!!!
I went back for brakes and check an oil leak. East County Alignment had to fix oil filter and check other things which were not done when oil change was done by someone else. I had asked about windshield wipers and fluid from other mechanic which was not done. I used to help my father work on cars so I knew what I was seeing and being told. I was very pleased by my service East County Alignment and would recommend to anyone and will go back. I usually do not give reviews but felt it important to give after poor service from another mechanic.
Good work, right fix, prices acceptable
Always the best!
Good service and the the staff was great. Would recommend to all
I brought in a 1974 Lamborghini because they were one of the few shops that had a good reputation for being able to align these old cars. It was the second time I had the car in (the first being about two years ago), and they did a great job. The manager, Jake, actually talked me out of some work that I thought I needed. He explained why I didnt. While I was there, they somehow missed another customers appointment and he had to leave without an alignment. Jake felt so bad about it that he called the customer and offered to reschedule for free. They really care about their customers, and there are newspaper articles on the walls to prove it. I was very happy with their service and attention to details.
Very overpriced. Asked for a quote on a suspension modification to my Diesel pusher, quote was $1000 in parts and 2 hours labor to install, I bought the parts from the manufacturer for $425 and installed it myself in 1 hour. When they quoted me for alignment Jay said $135, the when I took it in he said oh no it is $250. Swore he told me $135 to $250. Jesus the mechanic does know what he is doing, but way too expensive. I was told you are paying for my expertise, even if the job takes a lot less time.
My grandaughter took her sentra in and it needed new brakes. The techs explained the problem and were able to order a part and fit her in without an appointment. This is our first time using East County Alignment. Their prompt attention to task and courteous staff is definitely appreciated. THANKS!
Honest to God this place are the worst ever .i went there just to change struts because i had a little squeezy noise ...after four hours waiting they came up with a long list over 2000$ which costs over the car price ...i was shocked completely then went to another shop in El cajon they found out the only problem i had is the Axle shaft, the asked for only 125$ i swear ....
I have been taking all my vehicles to these guys for years. Lifted trucks, Imports and Domestics. They do impressive work and let you know what needs to be done to get it right. Hands down the best in East County in my book. All of the technicians are pleasant to talk to and defiantly know what theyre doing. Best Regards.
I took my 2008 Jeep Wrangler to East County Alignment on April 7, 2014. Several months before, the Jeep had developed the Death Wobble. I had been to two different shops, replaced shocks, tires, bushings, tie rods, track bar, drag link, steering stabilizer, sway bar.... none of which made any difference.I dropped the Jeep off at 8:00 am. Before I got to my office I get a call that it was discovered the steering box needed adjustment, a tie rod bolt was not torqued properly and the brake rotors were warped. It was also discovered the steering wheel was loose and off center. (All of this after two different shops checked and aligned the Jeep in an attempt to fix the wobble)I picked the Jeep up and before getting out of the parking lot I could feel the difference. The steering wheel was tight and responsive. Like a new car. I put the Jeep through its paces on the trip home. I could not get the Jeep to break free and do the Death Wobble. The Jeep drove like it did when purchased new.The employees at East County Alignment were professional, friendly and know their business. The cost of the fix, including the brake job (over due) was reasonable and well worth every dollar.I would highly recommend EAST COUNTY ALIGNMENT!!!!!!
Was recommended to these guys for cupping front tires. I heard they were the best. I did not have a requested appointment so instead I asked Jake if he could just walk out to my truck with me and personally evaluate what he thought was the issue may be. It was an obvious busy and he took that time In attempts to hopefully avoid any future appointment. Unfortunately we were forced to make one anyways because Jake wanted one of his technicians to professionally evaluate the wear prior to any part replacement or recommendation. Ultimately the terrible cupping was due to the wear on my front struts. I was more than pleased with the service and extremely knowledgeable staff.
I took my 1998 Ford Escort for an alignment and had an early appointment. After an hour, the mechanic had a huge list of repairs, brakes, struts, engine mounts, etc. I felt like I owned Ecto-1. After I said I wanted my car back if the alignment hadnt been started, they lied and said tech was Doing the alignment already, which was not true. When I pressed it, The manager rudely told me to go outside and said Get his car back to him. I told the tech to remove my car untouched. He squealed the tires in reverse and said, He was just doing his job. Extorting? I wont let em touch my car ever again.Be prepared for the onslaught of repairs YOU DONT NEED. Look at EAST COUNTY TIRE & BRAKE on Mission Gorge. Honest and Excellent. This is my first Yelp review. I am still ticked about it as this place used to be good.Youve been warned.
Talking to the service writer made me feel like he was not listening to my concern. Upon pick up of my vehicle.....the same results. The tech stated they did the work I wanted. The work I wanted was for them to do, was fix my truck and make it safe. They didnt....drives worse now.Took to dealer and they are fixing it properly. Always try to shop local and small business...but never again will I step foot in this business.
It was a very disappointing experience here on 8/09/18 after they had worked with my tire company (Discount Tires) to replace broken lug nuts on July 5th. (they did charge me anything) Between them and Discount they covered the lug nuts. However one good deed does not deserve a wrong deed. I came in to get my front brakes replaces on the same vehicle on 8/09/18. They were screeching bad with no warning. They said they needed to be replaced but the rear brakes were also leaking fluid from the cylinders and those needed to be replaced as well. Their over the phone quote for front brakes was about $300. Then when I brought it in, it went up to $400 plus $500 for the back brakes. Really $900! So I said no and took it to my favorite shop and it was diagnosed as only needing front brakes and there was absolutely NO brake fluid leaking from the back!!!. The other shops fees was $295.36. Do they count on people not wanting to pay their $59.50 fee for the diagnosis? I paid their **** fee and went to my shop. I feel l was taken advantage of as a woman but this lady is smarter than them. Shame on you!
Ok brought in my 37 foot RV in because it was moving a lot on the road especially when I was being passed by a semi. Spoke to Kevin who explained what was needed. I proceeded to have the work done hesitantly. So we are on our first road trip and boy did they fix my RV very little to no movement on the road! I appreciate the knowledge from the company and loved the employees all very nice and helpful I highly recommend this place for your RV needs!! Thank you Kevin and co
I accidentally called these guys by mistake, Jake answered the phone and when I realized I couldnt connect my phone numbers with my vehicles already worked on with Jakes company, I realized I had phoned the wrong shop...bonehead move on my part..and even though I had wasted Jakes time he was super cool, very polite and offered his services, if needed, in the future....He is obviously old school customer oriented and a welcome breath of fresh air... one of the good guys...and this is not my wife, J,, but her confused husband posting this...Thanks, Jake
Fast service quality work, not the cheapest but the best.
Excellent customer service!!!
I live in San Diego, but it is worth the drive to these guys! I have a 2000 Dodge Durango that now stops on a dime. They let me bring in my own specialized parts and always go over all the mechanical systems to make sure I am safe. They were also cheaper than 2 other places I checked in San Diego.
I didnt go there, but this question keeps popping up on my phone. Hopefully now it will go away.
Kevins team has worked on all my RVs, cars, Jeeps, and trucks for many years and his work is top of the line. He will be brutally honest with your car, which is more than some people can handle and he is not the cheapest. But my time is valuable, I want it done right and I want the work to last. Kevin delivers this and more.
This shop always take such good care of us! They never try to sell you services, which since I am a girl I normally get at a mechanics shop. They let you know what you need to take care of now, and what to keep an eye out for. Overall they rock my socks off!
Great customer service Good prices
Every employee is friendly and helpful. They even gave me information to deal with an issue with the supplier of a defective part that I installed myself.
The guy at the counter was a fast talker. I feel that I got ripped off on a diagnostic fee for 10 minutes of work if that, and he had the never to talk bad about the guys at True Line.. I will never go back there again. I have been to True Line and they have done good honest work for me in the past. They have never charged me for a diagnostic fee. I will go back to True Line and the only reason I did not go there was they were book. Lesson learned..
Excellent customer service, masters of their craft!
Great service. Helpful staff.
Excellent customer service and repair. A+++
Friendly people very helpful and know what they are talking about
FINALLY!!!!! AN HONEST AND FORTHCOMING AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR FACILITY! Ok, first off, i want to thank Jay and Jake for providing me all the info up front.....and in a fairly straight forward manner for that fact. I had used this shop a few years ago for some suspension and alignment services on a few of my vehicles. Didnt have any problems. I had shifted jobs, and in turn, had a schedule shift as well which only allowed me time on weekends to take my vehicles in for the above listed services. This is where i ran in to some difficulty. East County Alignment is not open on weekends. So, i took it upon myself to find other places that were available on weekends. BIG MISTAKE! I will not make mention of the other shop names i tried.....all of which were within 5 to 10 miles of East County Alignment and REPUTABLE.....as I am not about bashing others BUT very big on giving credit where credit is due. One of these said shops had told me that i needed about $500 in parts replacement and then an alignment. Took same vehicle back to East County Alignment. They did the inspection for $59, or so, and credited that towards the minor alignment the vehicle needed. No $500 in parts replacement there. Took another one of my vehicles to another shop, after i had performed a couple of parts replacements myself, to have the alignment done. This shop indicated that i needed parts A, B and C replaced. These just happened to be the brand new ones i just installed per factory installation procedures. After confronting the tech and service manager about this, the tech proceeded to say oh, I meant D, E and F. Come on man! Who does that?! Anyways, took the same vehicle to East County Alignment 2 days later, to have the alignment done. As soon as the Tech got under vehicle, he stated, Nice job on the new parts install. He also indicated that the toe just needed a minor adjustment because everything else is good. Took my third vehicle into a third reputable repair shop for a simple toe adjustment, and was told, yet again, that i needed about $800 in parts replacement. Took same vehicle to East County Alignment. Had the vehicle in and out in 30 minutes for the only needed simple toe adjustment. So, with all that said, I definitely learned my lesson with trying other REPUTABLE shops just because i didnt want to adjust my week day schedule. Again big thanks to the crew at East County Alignment for being honest, forthcoming and not trying to make an extra unnecessary labor dollar just because a customer doesnt know when to raise the BS flag. Looks like East County Alignment will be taking care of our steering and suspension needs......at least the ones that are above and beyond me.
Great family owned shop that always is upfront and honest with their work. Get your work done here and you wont be disappointed.
Steer clear of this place, I read all the negative reviews and still decided to give them a chance, That was my first dumb move... I First rated 2 stars..Update: You can be the judge, I replaced the Master Brake Cylinder on My Tahoe, had some hesitance because there was still a leak from around that area, but wasnt sure if it was from the MBC or the Hydro boost or the past...I spoke with Jake about my issue over the phone and he said to bring it in, I get there and he quotes me 1 hour of shop time $119 for diagnostic, and says price Wont go up but Could go down... (Sales Pitch)I signed the paper work, that was my second dumb move!!When I return, I get the invoice for $119, they confirm I have a leaking Hydro Boost, so I asked if the price was going to go down? (I already knew the answer) but was told they spent a good amount of time because it was the brake system... lolInvoice says Labor Service+Test Drive+ Diagnose Brakes...I did all the work, all I needed was confirmation that it was done correctly and to confirm my hydro boost was the cause of the current leak!My questions: a good amount of Time on what??How did you diagnos the Hydro Boost? What tests? How did you Diagnos the brand new brake pads, and rotors? (That I just replaced)And you test drove a vehicle that had a leaking hydro boost??I was a little irritated so wrote a review giving 2 stars, a couple days later I get a response to my review, IMO it sounds arrogant and rude.. Jake goes on to say that I expect free diagnosis/work, which I didnt!! I did hope the price would go down, if the time spent went down... after his response Im editing my review to 1 starIn closing, I replaced the Hydro Boost and MBC brake pads and rotors, Im back up and running, doing well...I made a few mistakes, 1) I didnt listen to all the negative reviews 2) I didnt listen to my own gut instinct, 3) I shouldnt have left my vehicle 4) I didnt get the price going down part in writing.I hope my experience/review sheds light and detours other honest hard working people from losing $$ by coming to this place. Have a good day. -Adam
Great customer service. Thanks Jake Healy
Honest place. Didnt try to up sell me.
