I arrived a little early and was immediately met with kindness. These group of guys were fast and efficient and I thank them for squeezing me in and getting me out as quickly as they did.This location rocks!

Arrived at scheduled time for a state inspection. Gentleman who greeted me was professional and personable. They had my car done and waiting for me at the curb by the time I came back from running an errand.

Yesterday was my 2nd visit for an oil change with an appointment. Both visits my car was taken in on time, work finished quickly, great attitudes from staff and Matt made an adjustment to my clanking wiper blades at no charge. Just an overall great experience. They give me the impression that they know my time is valuable. I appreciate that.

Had inspection turned down for leaking power steering fluid lines with an estimate of about 500 dollars to replace. I have had a power steering fluid leak 4 out of last 5 years. Got it repaired ( about 200 dollars). It passed inspection all years prior. I feel I have been ripped off by this company twice. Be aware!Follow up:Got 1 hose put on power steering box, inspected, and detailed for $150.00. This Meineke Car Care Center is a rip off.

They are wonderful to deal with. Professional, efficient, and honest. They wont try to sell you something you dont need! I will continue to use them as long as they are there. John and staff are great! Highly recommend them!

The customer service at Meineke is so exquisite. I was able to have my car towed there after it broke down. After dropping my key off in the drop off box (they had closed before I arrived) I was contacted the next day, they told me what was wrong with my car and the cost of it getting it fixed. I’ve had my car repaired at other shops in NC, where they told me the cost and then after arriving they changed the price to be higher but this didn’t happen at Meineke and I am so thankful of the customer service I have received from talking on the phone to arriving in person and paying the exact price that was given. My car runs smoother than ever before. I will definitely be back if I need any car repair in the future. Thank you Meineke!

This is our go-to place for the annual NC State Inspection. They have great customer service and were able to offer contactless service during Covid. They charged reasonable fees and have never found things that need fixing before it passed the inspection. I used the app to book the appointment and that was great. It put the appointment in my calendar, sent me a reminder, and emailed me updates during the service. In summary, nice staff, good service, and affordable.

Ladies save your money!! These guys tried charging me $235 for a drive belt change!! $235!!! Went to Autozone, purchased the belt for $32, and found a video explaining step by step on how to replace it. I spent 15 minutes of my time and just 32 bucks!! I suggest calling a friend or a friend of a friend before calling a business like this. These guys are scammerzzz://

John and the team here were fantastic. I had a hydro locked engine that I originally thought was a bad starter. They were fast to get my jeep back up and running and kept me informed the whole way through. He always explained the costs and options I had with no bs. I would highly recommend using them to anyone.

My car needed brakes and rotors. My husband and I took my car here and they were able to get them done and in a timely manner. Had my hubby drive it back since hes the car guy and since he didnt have anything bad to say they mustve done a great job!!! Matt was friendly and helpful!

I typically don’t take my car to a shop. I try to do everything on my own. This weekend I was replacing a cv axle and it refused to leave the wheel hub assembly. I called this Meineke location and asked if they could remove it if I brought it in. I brought it in and within 10 minutes they had it off. They also gave me new information on my install that would help me later in the process and pressed on a new wheel bearing for me. All for a low reasonable price. If I ever need any assistance with my car this will be the first place I go as they are super friendly and informative. No matter how much or little you know about your vehicle they will do everything they can to help you and inform you. Thank you Meineke!

The staff at the Fuquay Varina Meineke location got me in right away after a check-engine light came on. Diagnosis and repairs were completed on a timely basis. They kept me up to date with everything.

I brought my truck to them because I believed another auto shop was not being honest about repairs needed. The guys at Meineke confirmed my suspicions. Only two of the five repairs were needed. They fixed the two repairs quickly & at a good price.

Everything was fine.Brakes and oil change is all I went there for. Specifically the advertised TV ad for an oil change for $24.95 with free tire rotation. When I arrived, they said it was not available. Even saw the ad on TV again that evening and nothing is mentioned that only certain Meinekes offer what was being advertised. Why I specifically made my appointment at Meineke.

They did it in minutes. I had an appointment however and was 15 minutes early. An exceptional job on the time and presentation of what was done. They also went above and beyond to show me a leak that other places cared less to tell me about. Hadn’t used this store since 2008 but they definitely got me back.

My experience with Meineke was wonderful. Matt was great, and the young man who repaired my brake pads and rotors had me out the door in record time! I will definitely use Matt and his crew for any problems I may have in the future! Thanks guys!!

Quick service. In and out. Only thing Is they charged me $30 labor to change a stop light bulb which I think was too much considering that changing it only takes one minute. Didn’t fell happy about that!

Great service overall - was able to book on line and walk right in and be taken care off - received notifications of all my services being done with video / photos which I think is the greatest thing ever! Price was definitely reasonable and fair. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment online which was very easy. I showed up, my car was taken in and service was completed in no time at all. They were professional, kind, and impressed me enough to go back for additional services.

I did a lot of research before coming to this place. I’m from out of state and attend college near by. This place was nothing but nice. I don’t know much about cars so going by myself, out of state, is a little scary for me. They didn’t make me feel incompetent at all and was great to work with! I would highly recommend to anyone and will be back next time I have car troubles!

The gentleman that helped me was very professional in telling me what the prices were and covering everything very well. They took my car in for the oil change and were very professional about it. They completed the oil change in a very timely way and had me and my children on our way in no time. They were also very good at letting me know i had a few issues with my car and were very informative about how to fix these problems.

This is the first time I have been to Meineke. Easy to schedule appointments online. I got email reminders which was helpful with my busy schedule. I decided to drop off my car instead of waiting at the location. They emailed a very detailed inspection report. It even had a picture of the filter they suggested replacing with pricing. It included future maintenance with details of what those parts do, a video and the cost. That was impressive. Nathan was my technician and Matt my advisor. A great experience, good prices and would highly recommend using them.

John and the staff at this location were a joy to work with. I called in to let them know of my suspected wheel bearing issue and to request an oil change, and was given a price right away. I was told that I could bring my car right away as well. I arrived at the shop 30 minutes later. After having my car for 15 minutes I received a text from meineke with the diagnostic results, photos of everything they found wrong and pricing. I called back and gave the ok. 90 minutes later, my car was ready to go! I have a 2017 Chevy Traverse. It was running very loud and now it runs like a dream! This location is also very military friendly and gave my family a discount. We speediest their support! I will absolutely be back. Such s seamless and refreshing experience!

Bait and switch on tire price.much more than quoted even after telling them what I paid at discount tires. The coward that gave me the price when I called in stayed in the office and wouldnt face me. 1 other time I didnt believe an employee when he tried to convince me of an oil leak. Ive been a steady customer for several years, will never go again. I dont give 3rd chances when Ive been lied to. Youre not the only game in town.And yes, I told them that if they had given me that price$80. more than what I was told over the phone,already $50. more than Discount, I NEVER would have done it. A little more for convenience sake, I was willing to pay.And I told them that I felt totally ripped off. No effort to make it right.I guess they have enough business to not care about keeping customers.

Meineke has a good price and professional knowledgeable service. The people are nice and professional. My AC now blows very cold air consistently. The repair was made in less than 2 hours. The staff called me before making repairs and explained everything to me in detail along with the total cost to repair. They also called me back as soon as my truck was ready to be picked up.

Dropped the tire off and an hour later it was done at a VERY reasonable cost. Total professionals and so easy to deal with. Others refused to repair a boat trailer tire and John and staff did not hesitate.

The employees are very attentive & helpful. They took my car in at the appointment time and were done when estimated. They emailed to update me on progress and completion of my oil change. Their price is very good and includes tire rotation & fluids check. The only thing I do not like is that you have to make appointments, generally several days in advance. I have preferred driving into a quick lube place when I have time. This time I was able to get in the next day. Ill be back because of price & service!

Based on communications, I politely asked the manager to remove our cars as we would be moving to another Meineke. He screamed profanities at me and told me to get out. This personal should not be allowed to work here much less own a franchise.
