Customer service is outstanding. I just went in for a small part to replace and they basically handed it to me for free with a descent conversation. Very friend and highly recommend for audio and wrap.

Recently, I bought a 2019 740i BMW and I wasnt happy with the sound, thinking that maybe 1 or more speakers were out and I was ready to spend even more money to get it right.I went to Audiolux as they are known to be the best and although every service bay was full, a young man named Dominic came out to look at my system; without any hesitation he went straight to manually setting each aspect of my system to the correct place and inside 10 minutes (or less) the sound was great.Heres why Im writing this review - when it came clear that there was no need for me to buy anything, I reached in my wallet and tried to hand Dominic some cash suggesting I wanted to buy his lunch as a show of my very real appreciation; and to my surprise he vehemently refused my offer and said with a smile no need, I am happy to help.I found this overall experience a great example of really good CUSTOMER SERVICE, and without question this experience has solidified my loyalty to Audiolux for any car audio needs I may have in the future.

Very kind, caring, and helpful. After buying a new audio system for my tundra I attempted to install it myself and actually brought it back and they installed it in about an hour. The audio system they sold me was being sold on Amazon for the exact same price. Really appreciated the honesty, and very satisfied with the product quality for the money I spent.

So anyway I needed a fusible link for a 1 gauge wire and these dudes were close by so I went to go check them out.... Its a real nice shop and the dude who helped me out, I didnt catch his name, young dude I think he might have been the boss or maybe the owner... Really nice guy. Anyway he set me up and I was on my way.. I had to go back today because I needed a little bit more assistance with my project.. it was the same dude that helped me out and I was completely floored in the way he handled my situation ( I wont say what it was as so no one tries to take advantage). I will say that what he did, he will positively be getting my business... The amazing thing is is that Im not exaggerating what happened in the least..... This dude restored my faith in humanity..

Spoke to Rever on the phone didnt sound pushy trying to get my ride in like other shops. The place is clean and well organized. It was Fast and Tony did a hell of a job installing my 10.1 10.0 Android car stereo.

Audiolux was recommended to me by a good friend. I brought my 86 Chevrolet El Camino in with blown speakers and a stock radio. My old girl left with a modern touch screen AM/FM/Sirius XM stereo with hands-free phone and Bluetooth. Oh, and a Clifford alarm that also locks and unlocks the doors. My friend add the sub-woofers and a custom personal lighted medallion. I am so happy with the work Rever and his crew did with this older vehicle. The fit, finish, and equipment is top quality and I highly recommend them.

Several months ago I went to Audiolux because the person with whom I spoke on the phone, Im pretty sure it was the owner assured me that they could do the job. I went there and six hours later my camers were replaced and I thought that was the end of that. Unfortunately it wasnt. Soon after that I realized that my rear camera wasnt placed properly. Soon after that I took the haldle apart (thats where the rear camera is located). I discovered that they took a shortcut and used hot glue to secure the camera. Unfortunately that only held up for a short period of time, because of the vibrations that a truck makes. I had to fix the backup camera myself. Very disappointed in the work they did. I recently got a call from Rever the owner and he wanted me to give him an opportunity to make good on what happened. I went yesterday and they swapped out my camera for a new one. In conclusion I to say that he did make good on fixing what happened.

Took my 1936 chevy in took check out my amp. They replaced a fuse got it working with no charge. Great guys I recommend them highly.

Called them with a question about some very questionable work done on a used vehicle I had purchased. The owner took the time to inspect it and make it right at a price I couldnt refuse. Very friendly and explained everything. Not only was it done quickly but now Im not worried about my vehicle catching on fire from random wires. Sounds great and will be back when its time for an upgrade. I wouldnt hesitate giving them my business based on the first impression given.

I called audiolux a couple weeks ago after trying several different shops that are similar...I was trying to find out how much they would charge me to replace my front bumper, grill, and windshield, with tint. I got ahold of Rever, he gave me a list of options and prices and got back to me quickly. I ended up going with audiolux because their prices were good compared to other shops that I tried, and they had great reviews. Anyways it has now been a week since I got my car back and I was so happy with the work that audiolux did that I ended up getting a ceramic coat put on and carbon fiber wrapped the inside trim of my car. I would definitely recommend audiolux for any and all work you need done on your vehicle, and I will definitely be returning for more work in the future. Thank you Rever, and the audiolux team. Hands down the most knowledgeable person I have ever met in the audio industry. I actually told him he looks too young to be so knowledgeable. Getting a smokin deal on higher end audio than I had installed about a year ago. I am relieved I found this place. There are Soo many hacks out there and this is NOT one of them. I met with them today. It was the most surreal experience ever. Theyre getting ready to take on my project, a 2020 mustang GT. I truly believe the art of audio has greatly diminished with everyone wanting prefab boxes, cheap knocks and these companies are just used to catering to those people which makes their job boring. I experienced that when I FOR THE LAST time, used Joes Stereo on Market Street. Their last set up was just awful.I look forward to the install. Was really disappointed at all the local shops ive been to, so after researching online i found Audiolux based on all the great reviews and brought my car into Rever for LED headlights and fog lights install. After having terrible experiences at other local shops I was not expecting to have such great service. They will make sure you are happy with the work they do and you will get honest, high quality, professional service which is not easy to find nowadays. I wont waste my time anywhere else bc this place is badass!!

I thoroughly researched to find another shop to serve some of my on going needs with my automobiles and future upgrades. I was pleased from my first call as to the full attention and time taken to explain and help me better understand the products that I was considering pertaining to my lighting upgrade for my Ram truck.I have had ALOT of work done by a local shop and have been let down time after time by the extent of expectations sold to me and the level of service provided and promised...(in which I have never given a review)I had to find someone else to assist me with my on going needs. As a customer we all expect great service relations and want to be treated as if you were the only one being addressed at the moment you need it...After the technical language used and problems that I may encounter as to my choices (in which i did know a little about from research) was explained to me over the phone,I felt I was speaking to a person that was experienced, knowledgeable and very honest.... I WAS INSTANTLY SOLD...And by the attention given to detail and time taken without interruption for a very minor sale to his profits, I could tell customer service mattered....LITTLE did he know that I am a big investor in the vehicles and toys I own and buy and I was treated as if I was their best customer that had spent 10s of thousands dollars on equipment.Unlike the other shop that I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars and still treated as if I am an average customer buying a 35$ radio!A 5 star rating is too low for the customer service standards provided by this new shop!!!!To be continued....., if they live up to what they say and promise to Do!!!!!!

Went to Audiolux to fix what I thought was a broken stereo amp. Not 5 minutes into their worker’s diagnostic process did he know what was wrong and have the fix for it. Will be returning there for all my needs going forward and I urge others to do the same!

AudioLux is a solid company and is owned and operated with a real good and knowledgable in his trade and I highly recommend anyone who needs anything audio, marine or car, to give them a chance. They do more than your normal install, they do custom fabrication to fix whatever you need and uses only the best materials in all their work and they work on any car and truck, no matter the price it cost, same with boats.

Being the audio enthusiast that I am, I have visited a lot of the car audio shops in the greater San Diego area.My goal has been to have a car audio system that I can comptete with.My best experience hands down, has been with Audiolux. Rever the owner is incredibly knowledgable, his staff very friendly. Omar is the overqualified integrator running the custom integration department has all the specialty tools to make any D I Yer jealuos and ofcourse the know how and experience to do it right the first time. In the tint & wrap department i had Lee wrap my chrome & lexus emblems and they came out perfect. Under one roof there are a variety of services you can have done.you can wrap a vehicle, tint the windows, do a custom stereo, HID headlights, LED integrated headlights, get a custom alarm installed to protect it all, you name it they do it. If your car has a mechanical issue Raid who owns the onsite mechanics shop Santee Autocare, has joined services with Audiolux to offer everything mechanical. Nino, who is always cracking a smile and the first to say hello, replaced my speakers In the front I went with Hertz Mille legend and took out focal. They sound great! If you really wanna get the most out of your system get a digital signal processor (DSP) and have it professionally tuned by these guys. I am running the Audsion bit one HD processor and I have to say it has been the biggest noticeable  improvement in my system to date. Im excited to see such a good group of guys, some of who I have known from other shops throughout the years come together and work under the same roof with the sole purpose of creating a truly authentic car audio experience thats is unlike any other.I would definitely encourage anyone looking for a genuinely professional experience go to Audiolux.

My experience was as good as it gets. To start, I was getting a headunit, amp, and steering wheel control module install on my VW. I spoke to one of their sound system Guys and he tried to help me at first for free to help solve a problem I was having. Long story short I ended up going to them for my install cause I kept running into problems and they very very smoothly handled it and took care of it and most importantly installed everything properly. Their labor rate is very reasonable and he quoted me a reasonable rate, rather than some outrageous prices that other shops gave me. (He was the cheapest). The wiring and overall setupP was done how it should be done by professionals. Took only 2 hours and was professional, on time, and thorough. These guys are the one you need to go to if you live in SD and need auto work. its worth the trip to them. They have my business in the future.

They did a phenomenal job installing a Rockford fosgate t1d412 subwoofer, JL audio Rd500-1 amplifier, JL audio rbc-1 bass knob, and all the wiring and hiding of wires to keep it clean in my Dodge Challenger. Super quick turnaround for an extremely high-level quality of work. They also threw in some help with installing sound deadening material so my trunk would not shake. Saved me a ton of money by educating me and being honest with me on what equipment to get to best fit my needs.
