Really unprofessional, I made an appointment, I came right on time and checked in as they requested, they send me notifications that Im all set and they will send me a message when they can take me, since I checked 10 min earlier I was waiting for another 30 min and 20 min past my appointment time, I came to the door, locked, I called them 4 times didnt get chance to talk with nobody, so I live an hour away, I was fasting past almost 24h, tired, hungry and really dissapointed, its not a fast food! Its a health service, someones life might be depending on fast lab work! No stars 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Been going to LabCorp Mendocino for years and never had a problem. Most of the time. Most of the time customer service is done by the phlebotomist himself/herself and they are always courteous and cheerful. Ive tried once going to another lab on the same area but never liked it. Little waiting time.

Good professional service.

I would give them ZERO stars but that was not an option.The customer service is non-existent.Write to Contact a Rep and never get a reply.Call them and get passed arround to everyone who can not, will not answer any questions or help you. Thats after spending hours trying to resolve issues.Get tested there and then go someplace that has results and answers.Sometimes they do not bill medicare properly and you end up paying for the test yourself.

Most of the time there is little wait at the Mendocino location. Staff is efficient and courteous.

I’ve always had quick service the lines are never long!
