I got my car serviced for a recall here (fuel pump replaced). The employee I interacted with was very friendly. I dropped the car off and it was ready for pickup 6 hours later.
Juan was great took us right away when we called and honored our 20% coupon that we left at home. Service is fast and reliable. Would recommend this very highly.!!!
They were really helpful.Had to order a part for my older Toyota. Then they put the part in. They charged what they told me they were going to charge. Honest and you can believe in them.

I came here for a oil change. I literally stood there for about 15 mins untill finally some asked for assistant. I wasnt offered a loner car . They made it seem as if i was doing them a favor. I will not be coming back here.
Read the other reviews, see how they keep going on about customer service and friendliness? Well of course they treat you like a prized pig with how much money they squeeze out of you!It’s standard knowledge that dealerships have pricier repairs than other mechanics but if all you need is a minor service go somewhere else unless you like wasting your money.

I tried repeatedly to contact their service department and was constantly met with waits of 10mins+ just to have them answer the phone. Once they would answer, it sounded as if they sat the phone down on the table... I could hear people in the background talking. So unprofessional, its not difficult to answer the phone and ask to please hold. Never got anyone to answer and happy I didnt. If they are this incompetent in answering phones imagine what they wouldve done to my Prius... A bullet has been dodged!

Every time the service is extremely slow, took 4 hours for regular maintenance even with appointment. I brought my car today for inspection and my car was sitting in their parking lot for more than 3 hours and finally got worked on... mind you this is with appointment. I’m literally speechless.
Everything went on smoothly and they had a great deal for our repair. They definitely will work with you on whatever needs and questions you have. Awesome staff and I recommend them fully!

DO NOT BUY A TOYOTA MIRAI AND THEN EXPECT IT TO BE SERVICED FROM THIS DEALERSHIP/SERVICE DEPARTMENT.I bought a used Toyota Mirai 2016 from the dealership. The day after we drove it off the lot, the glue that they had clearly placed on the bumper to get it to stick came loose and hung down until we drove it back to the dealership. They said its a Toyota and told us we could take it to a body shop. Unacceptable.Today, I went to the dealership to have a routine service as many little things were starting to fall apart on the Mirai. We had been absolutely GUARANTEED a 1yr all services warranty by the dealership (despite being badgered by a warranty-sales person until I called in a manager to get him to stop harassing us). The service department told us today that they had no record of my purchase and would not be providing any services covered by the purchase. After trying to show the service employee the record on my phone of the car purchase from the same dealership, he ignored and said youre shooting the messenger here, man and made up some issue with his general manager, who didnt come out to greet me or try explain away the situation. I then left, called the service department and have only been able to get the service managers voicemail.I am extremely frustrated with both the purchasing and service experience and this Toyota Dealership/Service department and will never return to buy another car from them.
