Truly the worst service I have ever experienced at a pool supply store. A young guy left the store to get lunch, left a note on the door, had us waiting for him until 1:10pm. When he returned, I took in my Polaris vacuum (purchased at this store 2 yrs ago), only to be rudely told, We arent accepting vacuums at this store. The guy explained, We are a high-volume-store and short-staffed, so we arent repairing those. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE STORE. When I suggested that he have a discussion with the store owner, he said, We are a corporate store. Have a nice day. Clearly, he was not concerned about my day.

Jeff told me my choices and what to do in the future. Rest of staff was outstanding also.

This is a really good specialty store for pool supply needs. You can find some pretty good deals on items especially when it gets time for off-season. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly in the store stays stays clean. they typically will throw some eye-catchers outside lights and large pool floats or something to get your attention

Personally I think these guys are great. For sure youll pay more to pick items up than if you order online elsewhere, but thats the cost of convenience (and perceived value to you); its not specific to pool supplies is it.Their water testing service is a real game changer - with their advice I restored my pool back from a greenish mess to a crystal clear haven. In particular I really appreciate how each store works as a team with each other - if they dont have the part in stock theyll happily check stock levels at other stores close-by to you and even call ahead - thats first rate customer service in my book. In particular Id call out Garry - excellent work sir.

The store is very clean and organized. The customer service all around is great. My knowledge on pool care is highly limited but Garry Light helped me in more ways than one. He is extremely knowledgeable about the product and helps me to feel confident in my purchase!

Garry was very helpful with all his knowledge on pools and what I needed to get my pool ready for this summer . He was helpful with supplying me with the right supplies I need to do all that. He did all this with the respect you would expect. I will definitely be coming back to get more stuff.

I have been given good advice whenever i had an issue with my pool so far

Brought my pool water in to get analyzed and they recommended 3 products. While shopping I was comparing prices on Amazon and found the same exact stuff for 10-12$ less per bottle. When I declined to purchase their chemicals and told them about Amazon (I expected they would price match) I was met with a abrasive reply from the hardo employee. Would be nice if Amazon tested your water for free wouldnt it!?! He Acted like they were conducting some crazy detailed tests when in fact they were just doing the usual and basic ph, chlorine, acid demand tests.Ill continue to bring my water for their free analysis and remind them how inflated their prices are.

If they dont have what you need, they can order it. Friendly service. Slightly pricey, but the location is awesome.

I purchased a pool pump motor about 8 weeks ago from this Waxahachie location that went bad and was told it was leaking from the pump seal (which I purchased the same time as the motor) and was leaking water into the motor that made it go bad. They made every excuse to blame me and the way it was installed instead of honoring their product and keeping a paying customer. I know that one customer will not make a difference in their operation, but Leslies will not see my face and or my money again. I did find the exact same motor online at Pool Supply World for $192.00 less than Leslies, so you might want to check this out for better prices on the same items.
