All the staff at Nail Time are very professional and conscientious of their work. They take pride in their work and do a fantastic job! They are the cleanest nail spa Ive ever been to. Of course, I have to mention Ken for being very meticulous with my nails and especially for accommodating my sensitive self! Ive gone to Nail Time for over 20 years and highly recommend them!

I have been to a lot of nail salons in the past but Nail Time is the best by far. The place is immaculate. The staff is professional, pleasant, attentive to detail and to customers needs. Prices are reasonable. I have enjoyed it even more since they stopped taking walk-ins. My visits are a welcome retreat from hectic and noisy every day life.

For 7 years I have had the pleasure of being a client of Tracies. She is professional, friendly and well experienced, as are all of the staff. The salon is extremely clean and well organized. The change to appointments only has helped to insure a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.

The owner introduced herself and did my nails. She started whispering to me & talking crap about another customer. I was unimpressed but let it slide. Little did I know she then turned around to work on another woman & I could hear her -- she was talking crap about me now! I dont know what her deal is. But I definitely will not support a business with such a rude owner. Anywhere is better than this dump!

Sorry for one star but... Too bad, was my favorite but this shop is going downhill. I hear that most of the good people left to start their own place down the street.Looking grubbier than I remembered.They say walk ins are welcome but the girl in front (owner?) was rude to a customer who walked in.I wont be going back.

I have been going to Nail Time since (gasp!) 1998 and find Barbie, Ken, Traci, Jamie, and the whole family to be professional, friendly, organized and the CLEANEST salon in Santa Fe. I have occasionally been forced to get my nails or a pedicure at other salons in Santa Fe and am always appalled at the lack of professionalism... I would never go anywhere else!

The guy I got my nails done from was nice but all the other staff was very rude and unprofessional. The guy actually was going back and forth between me and another customer which I thought was very rude. It took longer than usual because I was sitting there waiting while he finished with the other customer. That really annoyed me. I had an appointment time and they double booked me. The work was good which is the only reason Id go back but somehow theyre always booked so I will be taking my business to a different salon. The quality is good but I dont think its worth it if you have to put up with the super rude and unfriendliness of the staff. Theyre not very accomodating.

I called and asked to if they take walkin or appointments and they said both but when I asked how busy they were so I could decide if i wanted to risk a walk in they got very rude and told me they could not fit me in for over a week.....OK so i guess I shouldnt do a walk in and the girl told me we dont take walk ins...ok guess I wont even try this salon. rude and confusing.

Let me save everyone some time before you call them. First I was told they were booking three weeks out, and then put on hold. THEN they told me they werent accepting any new clients. So, dont bother trying to give them your business, they dont want it!
