The pedicure was absolutely awful. This was done yesterday, it’s already chipping and it looks like a 4th grader did it. The manicure is ok, it’s lumpy, and spots are missing from the dip. Don’t recommend this place sadly. Avoid!

Best spot in the area! The ladies are is nice and helping. My daughter and I love pearl she is the sweetest manager! Clean too, which other salons in area are not very sanitary clean.

I got this set done tuesday. the middle finger snapped on thursday while opening a door and my thumb snapped when closing a door ripped over half of my nail bed off. way too thin to be protective!

I’ve been there many times and it seems the quality has declined especially after covid. Not sure what happened to the one person I liked but the last two times I went in the people working there were horrible. The first was a man who I felt was extra rough and the last time was a lady who was also very rough and they both were in to much of a hurry. They also use the huge metal grater looking tool and the lady actually took out a chunk off the underside of my toe causing it to bleed and be sore for a week. That was the final thing that made me decide to never go back there. I tried a different salon the next visit and it was better but I still felt the paint job was lacking. Tried another today and it was great. Too bad Nico’s allowed their service to get so bad because I live in Santa Fe and would have preferred to support a Santa Fe business.

My mother and I have been coming here since it opened. Its such joy to be somewhere clean and friendly. We are always ready for a pedi day at nicos! Cleanest nail salon in the area and town too!

Cleanest nail salon in the area! Love the fall colors they have out. Staff is friendly and services were great. My best friend had her bridal shower here and they did a great job getting us all taken care of!

Pedicurist are rushed through so they can get to the next client. They try to push this cheap shellac Polish. I never get it it will just peel off within a couple of days absolutely not what shellac is not supposed to do. Mary Is the best technician.

I got there 30 minutes before they opened and they let people in front of me and told me I had to wait. The people didn’t even have an appointment. Very unprofessional.

Took my granddaughter for pedicures and they were so nice. With Covid they are doing well with following the guidelines. We all be back!

The first time I went here I had a great experience. I have gone 3 times after and had a horrible experience with the same nail technician. It was rushed, didnt remove dead skin, and the nail polish does not look good.

Asked for 35$ pedicure. Choose color from book. Everything great until I checked out. Charged 40 for pedicure and 15 for shellac. I didnt ask for shellac not did she tell me about extra charge. I try to support local but will not be back. I dont like getting hosed!

Ive been here several times and the results are always the same...... TERRIBLE! You may ask why would you keep coming back? Well Ive given almost every technician an opportunity to do their job right always to my disappointment. The nails always come out different lengths and shapes, then they try to recover what theyve messed up only to make it even worse. If thats not enough they charged my card twice and wont acknowledge it and give me my money back! Zero stars for this place!!!!!!!

The lady that gave my pedicure was a enjoyable person, BUT my toes are all torn up. She overcut my cuticles on my toes which left painful sores.

Very beautiful salon and nice receptionist; but unfortunately, my experience reminded me why I started giving myself pedicures years ago.The water was scalding hot and the vibrating chair didnt work. The man never once smiled or conversed with me. In fact, when he was done, he just got up and left. Never said, Thank you or Have a nice day or anything. I didnt even know he was done. When I realized he wasnt coming back, I asked the other technician about my calluses; and she had to yell for him to come back out. I paid extra for callus removal, a process that takes a little more effort on their part. However, the man argued that I didnt have any calluses. Then why did you still charge me for the removal? You could tell he was annoyed by his demeanor and kept talking to the other technician in their foreign language. Im sure it was about me!! It was just an overall uncomfortable situation. Not so much a spa/pampered experience. I left with dry feet; and after I arrived home, I noticed he didnt even push all the cuticles back.If you decide to try this salon, my only recommendation is to request a female. At least they can fake a smile and pretend to care about how your day is going.

Gave them 2 visits. Will NOT go back. If you like being given pedicure pkg you didnt ask for and having a poorly performed pedicure (skipped several steps even though pointed out) and that you were not asked about (french white too thick and looks horrible) then give them a try. Your paying for a free for all of whatever they feel like. VERY VERY dissapointed

From the moment I parked right in front, til the time I drove away was precisely 20 minutes. No nail trimming at all. I had never seen anything quite like this. The tech was an older and frumpy lady. When I got home, the middle toe on my right foot had no polish on it at all! It had polish when I left the salon, but evidently in her haste, she left something on the nail that didnt let the polish adhere. This horrible service cost $5 more than my regular salon. Needless to say, my first visit was also my last. Sorry service!

Definitely will not go back. If you want a cheap place this is for you - but you pay for what you get. I got shellac and it started peeling on the SECOND day. I drove out of my way to have it fixed. The lady told me they would repaint the nails......I told her I didn’t want that because they would just peel again. I recomended the dip instead. Tell me why she tried to charge me $30 for the dip. I laughed out loud and asked if she was going to refund me for the shellac. Why would I be $60 in the hole for nails I had to go back and fix because they messed up? Sorry, not sorry. It hasn’t been a full week and my dip nails are already breaking and chipping off (I have never had this problem)...save your time and money and go to a place that will last. This place kindaaaaaa sucks.

I only went here because my girl is on vacation....HUGE mistake! The lady argued with me on 4 different colors.... Was the slowest I have ever seen in the business. In all the years I have been going to nail salons, I have NEVER got up in the middle of my session and walked out with half my nails with powder and the other just filed down. Needless to say I went down the road and got exactly what I wanted the first time I asked! NEVER AGAIN!!

Ann. Worst pedicure in long time. If she worked half as hard to accommodate/try/listen vs arguing or saying no might be a better experience. Maybe a long day for her but the attitude....mercy!

My daughter wanted to get a mani/pedi for her 8th birthday. I called in advance to find out how much it would cost and if an appointment was neccessary. I was told $10 for nails and $10 for toes unless she wanted a design which would be an additional $3-$5. The day of I took her and one of her friends, explained they just wanted polish nothing fancy and could get flowers on their toes. After I was charged just under $100. When I questioned why it cost so much the lady tried telling me they got the full treatment on both nails and toes. When I explained to her they did not they simply got polish no soaking or scrubbing and that I called in advance and was told $10 not $25 she said that was only for children. When I pointed out the obvious that they where children and only 8 years old she then walked back to where my daughters friend was just finishing up getting her toes done and asked her how old she was. This alone was upsetting because I had just told her their age. She told her she was 8 and the lady looked surprised. By this time the manger who had apparently been paying attention stepped in and apologized for the confusion stating my daughters friend didnt look that young. My daughter and her friend thankfully thought that was awesome and started wondering how old they looked but I was a little offended for them and the lack of professionalism. I get people probably try and cheat the system and maybe theyve delt with that before. But there are far more professional ways to handle it. Its a nice salon and the staff has always been friendly which is why I chose them for her birthday in the first place. But when it comes to your children be prepared to show some sort of proof of age unless you want them grilling your kids.

I went to get my eyebrows done on 1/5 and the wax was way too hot! It tore the skin on my eyelid and now it hurts to touch it!

I had dipped nails that were done incorrectly, and fell off in a week after they started cracking at the edges in 5 days. The technician KNEW he did them incorrectly and shrugged it off before I left. Said to just come back if they fell off. I didnt have time to go back and get it fixed. Frustrating.
