After going to many other nail salons, I finally found my happy nail place. I went somewhere else because I didn’t have time and I regretted it. Moving from Phoenix, Az to here it’s been hard to find a great nail salon. Pam and Carlos are the best there. This place is busy as heck but it’s because they’re so good. I went on a Tuesday after lunch hour and received the best treatment. Hope this helps.

Pam was so attentive and detail oriented. She was able to change my powder dip from a rounded nail to a square nail and then did a very beautiful job painting. She took so much care to make sure my nails looked the way I wanted them.

My experience at Ivy’s was prettying upsetting. I made an appointment on a Monday for Thursday at 6:30. Showed up at 6:25 to see that the salon was FULL of a bachelorette party. Maybe 8 women and kids waiting to be seen. Given that I had an appointment, I had hope that I’d be seen shortly and sat down. 30 minutes later, it was clear that wasn’t going to happen. They hadn’t even sat me down to soak my old polish off (which would take 20 minutes itself). I got up and told Ivy I couldn’t wait any longer. She asked me to come back at 6 PM on Friday. Hoping Thursday was a fluke, I came back on Friday only to find the salon full again…with the same party!! Clearly they hadn’t gotten to all of them the day before. This time I was put at a station after 10 minutes to soak, which took 20 minutes. Ivy was my nail tech. She’s friendly, but critiqued my old polish job multiple times (I just moved from LA) while working. I gave two stars because I appreciate the time she took to shape my nails and the huge variety of dip options. There was absolutely ZERO cuticle cleanup or any kind of “manicure” experience other than some oil at the end. Because of the long acetone soak, my hands came out dryer and with more hangnails than when I came in. After leaving (and paying WAY more than I do in CA - $49 for a dip manicure) I got home and when I went to open a drawer, my nail BROKE OFF. Literally less than an hour after. When I went back on Saturday to have it fixed, they were too busy to see me. Overall not at all impressed by the service or price or quality. They need to respect their appointments and stop overbooking people.

My nails turned out very cute! Exactly what I wanted. a lady I believe named pam did my nails. Clean place, good atmosphere. They are always over booked though. It took just over 3 hours for a basic pedicure and dip manicure with one finger designed. I did get to spend a good hour of that enjoying the massage chair though, so thats good. I could see they were genuinely busy. I was a same day booking, I kind of wish they just scheduled me for a different day rather than have me wait so long for a technician. I overall I am definitely continuing to go there, Ill just plan for a few hours.

Absolutely love this place. First time coming here from out of town, and they are super welcoming into their salon. Nini, the lady who did my nails, is very experienced and I love her work. I am in love with my nails and the overall friendliness of this nail place. I wish I lived here so I could come regularly. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been getting my nails done at Ivy’s since January. This is a family run business, and they are professional and friendly! Carlos does a fantastic job! The other ladies do a great job as well! I have seen them take people all the way up to closing time, and they stay until the persons nails are done & beautiful! Highly recommend!

I read the reviews for Ivys Nail Spa which were good for the most part. It was also recommended to be my a lady at Ulta. I tried it today and was very pleased. Carlos did my nails and they look great! It is expensive but I would definitely recommend this nail salon!

Really awful experience. Wish I had read the 1-star reviews before going. Made an appointment for later in the day because they told me they couldn’t accommodate 3 people at the time I wanted. We got there 5 minutes ahead of our appointment time, then they said it would be a 20 minute wait. We waited a whole hour then left. No one even apologized for making us wait that long. They just shouldn’t take appointments since this apparently happens all the time with them. I’m getting married tomorrow and now I guess I have to do my nails myself 😩

Pam is wonderful provides quality work on both waxing and manicure/pedicure. Establishment is clean and efficient fair price for excellent work. Everyone is cheerful and friendly.

I came in to the salon and they were busy, so I made an appointment the next day. When I came the next day, I waited 45 minutes. I asked them how much longer, they said 20 more minutes. I left and came back 15 minutes later. They said I needed to come back another time. Dont come here unless you have a lot of time and patience.

This was my first visit to Ivys and Ivy did a great dip manicure! Everyone there was very friendly! I moved to Santa Fe in September and have been having a hard time finding a place I was happy with. Today I found it! Thanks Ivy!

This is an amazing nail salon with very talented technicians! Pam is my absolute favorite, but any person would be able to give you a beautiful manicure and/or pedicure! I always get a dip manicure for my nails and a regular pedicure and Pam always makes the best designs on my nails!! Highly recommend!

Lan did my gel mani and gel pedi. She did a great job, made my nails look beautiful and she was very efficient but it wasnt rushed.

Made an appointment. Was seen in a timely manner considering there were only 2 employees. Nails looks great but $48.98 for JUST a refill is a bit much... Been to many salons and thats usually what I pay for a new set! Idk may reconsider coming back

They were very kind to take my boyfriend and I for a walk in pedicures and a dip manicure for myself. My nail tech did a wonderful job, and she was so nice!

This is one of my favorite nail salons, anywhere! The staff here are always the same, it is a family run business with a steady local clientele and Ivy really exists! Everyone is kind, hard working and fair! Always nice to leave with a KILLER manicure and visit with friends too. Always my go-to place!

I would give it less if I could. Went for a full set with dip, the lady did them so crooked, filed the sides of my nails so much, it looked awful. Had to leave to pick up my daughter, went straight back to have them “fixed”. She didn’t do anything but add acrylic on top. It was awful. Not to mention she was super rude that she had to fix them in the first place. Left with three cuts to my cuticles and awful looking nails. Never again.

Relaxed environment and unpretentious, but my footbath was filled with cold water for my pedicure, and the lady chopped my poor toenails way too short! My nail beds are dark red and they hurt even now, three days later :( I dont think they cleaned the nail clippers either in between clients. NEVER AGAIN!

I absolutely love this place I had Pam give me a brand new set because the last place that did my nails messed them up terribly and Pam is now my go to nail tech I showed her a photo for the way I wanted my nails to look and she did exactly that its sad though they close at about 6:20pm instead of 7pm but the entire atmosphere is amazing the ladies are very welcoming and super nice I will defiantly be coming back

Horrible! They tell you its only a 20 min wait..1.5 hrs later now Im running late for my own bridal shower and had nothing done! If only they would be honest with how long it would really take, I wouldnt be so upset. She took off my polish after an hr and a half waiting and then disappeared for 15 min without saying anything. I dont have polish on my toes for my party because I had to leave. Totally ridiculous, dont waste your time or money on this place. They need to learn how to run a business.

Ivy does a great job but please. Big your going to take appointments....honor them, dont take someone else because you want the $$$$$ and make me wait an hour!More than once....I gave up!

Ivy took good care of me! She waxed and shaped my eyebrows to perfection! The salon is always clean and tidy. Fees are reasonable.

I had been traveling for a while and my feet were in need of some help. I arrived close to closing time and Carlos, the owner stayed to accommodate me.We had a great chat and my pedicure stayed perfect for almost 6 weeks. Im a fan!

I was reccomened by a classmate to try Ivys Nails. I am so happy I did!! This establishment is clean, staff is friendly and accommodating. I will be revisiting in the future.

The nail work is great, I cannot deny that. But the customer service is horrible. If you make an appointment and the salon gets busy you will still have to wait. Whats the point of making an appointment? The young ladies that work here are very rude and they will get attitude with you if you complain or request a change. The work is great, service and personalities suck!

I love the staff, they do a good job. The only reason Im dropping it a star is because they consistently overbook/accept walk-ins and you often end up spending a great deal of time waiting to be called and then through the entire process if youre doing a mani-pedi. I keep coming back because of the quality of their services.

Carlos was amazing he did a great job! But it’s only been 1 week and my acrylics and my pedicure are already peeling off. I paid 100.00 just to come off this quick, I’m disappointed. I probably won’t be going back.

The experience was terrible. The lady that did my nails filed my finger nails so short you could see the nail bed. I was literally about to cry. No matter what she would insist that I wanted it shorter.

None of the technicians speak English. I hate the fact that they are living here and dont learn our language. My appointment was at 12:00 noon. They took me at 1:00. An hour wait. You be the judge!

Im a pretty patient person but this places customer service is so bad even I had to walk out. Nail experts down the road is far superior.

Friendly people but charged me for a deluxe which consisted only of a hot towel. No foot massage. Not worth it. At all.
