It was a really good experience!Shes a professional nail artist.Im touched by her kind and friendly attitude and I loved the luxurious atmosphere of the nail shop. Ill use it often!

Tiffany owns the shop and works alone which I like. Shes been in business for 15 years so that says a lot.I loved my pedicure with flowers and she talked me into using Shellac on my hands with a natural pink color. I am happier with my nails than Ive ever been.

A very DISHONEST person. She forgot my appointment and stood me up for a good 30 mins outside her shop. I tried to call her cellphone but she never answered. The owner of a hair salon next to her shop tried to help after seeing me waiting for so long (and that was 33F mind you! ) The kind salon lady called her by using her own cell, funny, it was answered right away, but after realizing that the lady called on my behalf and I was standing next to her, the call dropped! We tried to call again but she did not answer anymore. Of course she accused me for being late and therefore she had left, but the salon lady is my witness, she never showed up that day at all. What a LIAR!

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. I was out in 23 minutes and $70 later. What a rip off. She just waved the cuticle cutter over my fingers like they would go away on their own. Worst m/p I have ever had and very expensive for what I got. Cant believe she has been in business 15 yrs. Dont go, anybody else has to be better.

I don’t understand the negative comments regarding this outstanding nail salon. I’ve been Ms. Seong’s customer for many years and have never experienced anything negative. Furthermore, I’ve introduced many friends and without exception, they have very much enjoyed her services. This morning I read some of the previous reviews, and they don’t in any way reflect my experience. I’m shocked at some of the petty, ridiculous comments.Here’s my side of the story. Ms. Seong always provides excellent service and superior technique during my manicure and pedicure appointments. It’s readily apparent that she has been in this business for quite a long time. She told me that she’s owned this Santa Fe salon for 16 years, with 13 additional years’ experience in New York city. Additionally, this is not a “Nail Factory” but a very private salon for individual customers. The salon is so cozy, quiet and comfortable. Often, I even fall asleep during my pedicure. Moreover, Ms. Seong’s salon is very close to the downtown Santa Fe plaza with an adjacent secured no-cost parking lot. Finally, Ms. Seong is a very sweet and lovely person, and I’m so glad I found her operating the best nail salon in Santa Fe!This is definitely the place to go if you are looking for quality nail services in a private, quiet environment.

I messed up my toenail and came back the next day and she redid the whole thing for free! She did a great job originally and its a cute little shop close to the capital. Just beware, she is more expensive than normal!

Did a horrible job. Did 2 manicures for my grandmother and I and did us both under 20 mins. Never seen a manicure done so fast. Did what i usually do at home. Filed and polished. Still dirt under nails and no massage or soak. I confronted her on the situtaion and she got mad and did nothing for me. Plus she asked for pay before the nails were done. I wanted my money back. DONT GO TO HER, SHES A SCAM!!!!

Consistently great mani-pedi’s for many years. Great massage, the works and still gets you in and out in an hour.

I WISH I COUKD GIVE 0 STARS! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I just had my worst Manicure in my life with her! I do manicure all the time but never had such a HORRIBLE experience. The girl is simply VERY BAD at what she does, she hurt me a couple times when filling my nails without even saying sorry, and she DOES NOT KNOW how to do a French for sure, I think my husband can do a better job than her - thats how unprofessional she is. After its done, I found out that MY FINGER SKIN IS GLUED TO MY FINGERNAIL FOR EVERY FINGER CAUSE SHE PUT TOO MUCH POLISH ALL OVER MY FINGERS ANS HANDS! She later used the pen and remover and triedto help me get rid of it but its just so messed up!! She has no skills to do a proper manicure, and she definitely HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. Very bad experience overall, and PLEASE DONT GO TO HER IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A MANICURE PLACE IN SANTA FE!!

NOT HAPPY!! Ignored my instructions and did a wham bang job. Shooed me out fast so the polish, which was not dry, is ruined.
