One of the few places that is walk-in only. We had to wait but convenient for us visiting and coming last minute. My mom and I both got pedicures.They did send a few customers away because they were so busy and did not have enough people working. Arrive early and expect to wait. But so worth it. They did a wonderful job!

Well Im confused, what is the opening hours Tuesday 10:00 in the window 10:30 in google maps and 10:50 Im in front of the store waiting since 10 and its closed .. they should update their information so that their customers organize their schedules, my time is just as valuable as theirs! 👎

I love what an amazing job they do on my nails and feet. Definitely quality work with a lot of care and time. However they are never on time when it is time to open. Business hours are from 10am-7pm (minus Sunday’s) and they don’t show up till almost 11am. This has happened the last several months no matter what day of the week I come. In my opinion that is probably one of the worst practices for a business; to open up an hour late and have people waiting for over 45min. Hours should probably be changed to 11am since that is the time they show up.

Great job on our nails. They get pretty busy so might be a good idea to call ahead, minimize wait times.

Brought my daughter in here to get her nails did. They asked me who is getting stuff done, once I told them my kid, they told me to come back in a few days cause theyre too busy. There was one person waiting..Upon sharing my story w others, it seems they put you in place dependent on how much youre gonna spend. This is a nail salon, not a club in LA... now I had to go home and do my daughters nails, looks like I drank a gallon of coffee before hand. Thanks Linda

The WORST EXPERIENCE ever at a nail salon! When she saw how dry my feet were, she grabbed my foot and said Oh My God! Then proceeded to roughly grate my feet and roughy grab my feet! I have arthritis and that hurt. The salon was dirty and she didn’t open a new pack of utensils to use on my feet. Do yourself a favor and don’t go there.

I came in Saturday January 16th 2021 at the Zafarano location to get my nails done. The result I loved it but the technician put too many coats on one of my fingers and the next day which is today, Sunday, I went to get it fixed and they proceeded to tell me to come back tomorrow which I then explained that I shouldn’t have to come back the next day when it’s only one nail that needed to be fixed. Both the male and female technicians in the shop were arguing with me about it with customers in the shop and I told them I would wait, they instantly got me in the fix the nail. The female technician did not take the polish off my one nail that needed to be fixed and just put another coat on the nail which made my left index finger darker than my other nails. When I asked for that to be fixed, she rushed fixing that nail, only put one coat on and did even put the top coat on my full nail. Such a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone again. I also would like to get my money back for such a terrible experience.

Well the place had very little selection of non-gel polish which was disappointing. We were a walk-in and they were able to take us right away but it took over an hour for them to even turn on my water. There was only one women who did all of our nails, and she used the same tools on all of us at that point! All she did was take to tools over to the sink and rinse them with just water. The whole place looked kinda run down and drab the bathroom was sketchy and the walls were just covered in stains. I dont even want to think about how many other people those tools were used on🤮. I would not recommend.

Always great customer service! Ive never felt more comfortable at a nail salon. I drive from out of town to see them and will continue to do so :) also great prices, its still cheaper to go there than my local salon even with the extra gas.

I went to get a pedicure and manicure and I was disappointed in both. The pedicure was rushed lasted about 15 minutes and the end result is uneven( patchy) with polish on my skin and unpainted nail. My manicure was no better the polish is streaky and when I said the brush strokes were visibleLinda claimed it had to do with drying my nails with a small fan that she put my hand next to. When I went to wash my hands before polish I was looking at the colors and she told me to “turn around” and then continued to say the color was pretty. No cuticleOil and pushed for gel claiming regular polish would chip after 3 days.

This place has the absolute worst customer service. I made an appointment at 11:30 and it had been over an hour since my pedicure even began. They are not accommodating and do not respect their customers at all. I will not be returning to this place. No need to make an appointment, you are going to have to wait over an hour regardless. Absolutely terrible! I wish I could give this business 0 stars. I am absolutely appalled at what poor customer service they have. Even after making us wait over an hour they never apologized or acknowledged how incredibly disrespectful they were. They have absolutely zero clue how to run a business.

Came in for simple gel removal. Technician destroyed my shape. I keep them round and WITHOUT ASKING she started shaping them square, also left the edges ragged and sharp. She also used a huge dremel and damaged my natural nail when removing the gel. Left the foils on for far too long because she was running between 3 clients at once, which further damaged my nails. The table was also covered in acrylic and nail dust, not sanitary.

You go for a pedicure to relax and soak your feet! As you wait they have you sit on the pedicure chair for 30 mins with no water! Every time I go I have to ask for them to fill up with water. Let’s time I come here.

I used to go here for many years, so when I wanted to get my nails done for my birthday I thought I would go back. I googled if they were open because it was a Sunday and the Zafarano location said it was. I got ready and made sure I got there early so I could get in and out. As I was sitting there more customers started pulling up, 12pm came and went finally at about 12:20 I called got no answer so I called another one of the locations and was told I don’t know if they are coming today but for me to go to the location on Cordova. I was annoyed because I had already been waiting for over half a hour but I wanted to get my nails done, so I went across town. Once I got there it was packed after another 40 minute wait I decided just to leave. If your business says it’s open on the internet as well as the stickers on your windows at the business, you should be.

I’ve been here before mainly for wax and second place to go to when my nail place isn’t available. Today was one of those days where CA Nails was very busy so I went here instead. I waited for 1hr 30min with my newborn first thing in the morning to get my full set removed. After that time they sat me down and soaked my nails for 30 MINUTES!!! They were short staffed so I made the decision to wait that long but my fingers blistered and the lady literally put her nail in between my real nail and the acrylic and peeled them off.. DAMAGING MY REAL NAIL MORE THAN IT ALREADY WAS!! If I would have known she was just going to tear them off I would have done that at home. I specifically told her before she started filing or before she ripped them off that my real nail was very sensitive! I complained and all they had to say was “go to Walmart and buy soak and you can take off at home”. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and their work well what else can I say. I will never return.

Worst place one the planet! Waited over an hour and never even got helped! When after waiting about thirty minutes I asked the tech how long it would be they told me 15 more minutes after waiting another thirty minutes and helping everyone that walked in after me before me, they once again told me it would be a few more minutes, at this point I was highly upset and didn’t even want the near my nails. I left every temple upset and still no service never go here!

When I walked in, I just wasnt impressed with the place, but decided to give it a chance. The lady doing my nails was interrupted about 5 times to do eyebrows or help someone find something. I got the powder dip nails. Ive been getting them for about a year now and love it. It seemed like she didnt know exactly what she was doing but they looked adequate so I didnt complain to her. A day later, the nails were peeling (which Dip has never done!!) and chipping. Im very disappointed. Dont offer a service that you dont know how to do correctly.

If I could give this place a no star i would!!!!!Literally just left there. I have never been so unhappy. With the outcome of a manicure before! I just want to cry because Im so pissed off. With what my nails look like. All my finger nails seem the same size as my thumb nails. They used so much acrylic that they are literally popping out in 3D form... I will NEVER EVER go back here. Or give them a recommendation to anybody!!! It was my first time going there. An I cant believe that they even let someone walk out the door with there hands like this 😡 So unless you want to walk away with clown looking hands. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

I took an out of town friend there today, 3/22/18 b/c the place I normally go to was booked for weeks and could not take walk-ins which I figured but was hopeful. This place was close to where we were and there was no wait and now I know why.....if I could assign no stars I would. Unprofessional, no one seems to care, I was charged for a buffing of my toenails; I didnt want polish and was charged $5.00 for buffing. I had requested (they kept trying to add services on) that I wanted a basic pedicure and nothing extra. My friend had her toes painted and paid $19.00, I had no polish but wanted my nails to be buffed instead and I was charged $25.00. Will never go back!

They were very unhappy when I returned and asked them to fix nails that they didnt do right the first time.They complained angrily the whole time I was there. The next day my nails fell apart again and I had to pay a different nail salon to fix them. I will never go back to Lindas nails on Zaffarao Santa Fe. I felt very unwelcome when they realized they needed to fix their bad gel paint job. The man does a good job but he wanted to keep getting new customers so he passed me off to another lady to polish me and the expensive gel I paid for bubbled and warped . She did them in a hurry and didnt follow the steps like he would do it. Unfortunately shes the one who fixed them so same mess.The man who I had to pay to redo them couldnt believe how bad they were.So much time and money was spent on this!! Frustrated!

Today I assited my Client to get her a pedicure and a Full set of Nails, the Nail techs were very rude to my client and we were discriminated because of her wheelchair, they let us sit there for almost an hour while they helped 2 people who just walked in. I felt so bad for my client what a thing to say. The Man there said we cant do her nails because of her wheelchair!!!!! I told them let me assist her in the recliner, but he still said No, and to put her at the End because we cant sit her in the recliner. Very rude and Selective upon Customers. Very sad and very rude.

Lady cut my skin that lead to bleeding on more than 1 finger and then while I was paying she was eating a piece of chicken. My nails have air bubbles and were filed crooked.

Most unprofessional nail salon I have ever visited. Everything was bad...my cuticle was bleeding from a poor job of cutting. I stopped her and she gave me to the owner to finish. The owner was wandering around the shop as if she was intoxicated. When she did come back, she did not do any of the normal steps usually included in a pedicure. She just applied the polish. In the meantime music was blasting in their native language and all the nail techs were screaming in that language to be heard over the music. It was not relaxing. I didn’t know that any salon existed in America that was this awful.
