I absolutely adore Mindy! She has been doing my eyebrows for about 3years. I wont let anyone else touch them! The pedicures are also really nice here. Thank you Vi Nails for always making me look and feel my best!

First, everyone was very kind. Second, I got a pedicure at this nail salon and it was probably one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. Also pretty painful.

Customer service is great and the pedicures are good. The nail lady is hit or miss. The more specific you are with what you want, the better she does your nails

I have been there but I will never go back. Employee customer service is not what I am used to. I have been going to DTop Nail Salon just right down the street on Hwy 6 from VI Nails for right at 13 years. Michelle, the owner, goes out of her way to make you feel relaxed and comfortable in every way possible each visit. I give DTop Nails a FIVE STAR RATING. Its all about good nails and customer service ❣❣❣👍👍

Showed a picture of the exact set I wanted I came out with way longer nails and different shape which I informed her while she was doing them. Even worse it’s been just a few days and they are popping off already. Great way to waste $40 bucks!!!

Does not pay attention to detail. When I left I still have nail polish all over my after fingers and after I told the lady that my nail was crooked, it was not fixed. Very disappointed. Very sloppy. Do not reccomend.

If I could give them 0 stars I would... absolutely terrible service. After waiting forever to get my nails done the owners sister came in to do mine. I got a full set, it was sloppy, bumpy, and she got white on my matte black nails... she messed up the art on my ring finger and worked so fast she missed all kinds of things. She lied to me and said my nails were to short to do almond shape.

Very rude, never spoke to me or my granddaughter during our pedicures. Cut my toe and never acknowledged it verbally or otherwise. Would never go back there!
