Was a fast visit love my nails My Nail tech was Tina . she did them exactly as the picture showed . She was nice and friendly .i liked the environment i will return.

Very nice people, horrible job with gel manicures, thick and bubbled up. Expensive and I went home and took it off right away. Very disappointed a co-worker recommended them.

Made an appt days before for a full set at 11. Walked into the salon ON TIME and every employee was busy and no where near being done. Sat and waited for 20 minutes and had to get up and leave because I could not wait anymore. What is the point of an appointment? When I got up and left they told me they were almost done and I told them it wasnt fair to the client in front of them that they rush or they rush my full set. They need more employees or they need to be prepared for clients who make appointments.

The only positive thing I can say is it was inexpensive. The salon felt dirty, pedicure and manicure look terrible, and seemed very rushed and half done.

Good service. It was very busy, I walked out and the owner came out to tell me to come back in. I was taking care right away.

Worst pedicure they rushed didnt massage for more than maybe 30 seconds and this was the end result, complete waste of money and having them done right elsewhere

The woman who worked in my nails did not take off all the gel. Then put on a color that was so sloppy I had them take it off. They put on clear. Even that was done poorly. I feel like they overcharged on top of all of this!! I do not recommend this place. Go elsewhere.

I’ve had my nails done here twice. The first time was decent so I went again. Now I don’t see myself going back hereI went for a new set, but the girl (I believe her name was Trina) was adamant that I just needed a rebase Told me to trust her, so I did. When I walked out of there they looked awesome, but in less than a week I had 3 broken tips. I called to scheduled appointment to have them fixed and I was told I’d have to pay to have them fixed.Actual nails with gel polish should last longer than a week in my opinion.

I had gotten a brow wax here before and was pleased with the results and the friendliness of the gal who waited on me. Today I treated myself to a pedicure in preparation for my baby sisters wedding in New York next weekend. I walked in and was able to get in right away ( it was around 5). The gentleman who worked on me was very kind and gentle and my toes look fabulous! He took his time and did a wonderful job. Its nice to get pampered every now and then, and I will definitely go back in a few days to have a manicure. I have experienced nothing but kind service at this place.

I have been coming here for years, they are consistent with staff, service and quality.

I hardly ever leave reviews but I went for a gel manicure yesterday and within an hour of getting them done they bubbled and peeled off completely. I attached a couple of photos. I think one may have been uploaded twice by accident. It was such a disappointing experience. You should just save your money and go elsewhere.

Ive always done my nails here at diva nails. They usually get me in as I walk through the door and always do a great job on my manicures and pedicures. The staff is friendly also. The place could be a little cleaner but over all great experiences.

This was the worst service ever!

The worst experience, i called to make an appointment in advance for 4:15 pm for full set and pedicure was sat down will feet in the water for 30 min nobody approached me or told me they would help me. They were really busy, and started helping other people who showed up after me. I got frustrated and decided to leave, once i put my shoes on 3 of the workers approached me and asked me not to leave that that would help me now (at 5:01pm) although my appt was at 4:15pm. I told them no and i was disappointed with the service, and i would go elsewhere not only we’re they rude, but still had the nerve to ask if i was going to pay for the pedicure when they did not touch my feet once. I will never be going back!

Ive been to this salon twice, and both times have had a great experience! The bang for your buck here is fabulous, and the staff is really attentive to your needs. Ive received compliments on my nails every time I have left this place. For all these negative reviews, someone needed to give them a good word.

I have gotten my nails done here twice, and each time my mani has lasted well over two weeks. Reasonable price, great staff. It is a little dirty, so if a meticulously clean place is your #1 importance this may not be for you. Would definitely recommend!!

I have been going there since open. Henry the owner a little quiet. But he and all his staff the bom. They know there nails. Greatest in Santa Fe. Dont forget pedicures .

I went just at the moment to get a manicure. About 5 different workers came up to me asking if I wanted gel nails even after repeating myself that I only wanted regular polish.The place itself is small and crowded. The clippers and cutical trimmers they used looked dirty and where dull. It’s nice they give you the buffer and file they used on your nails. They place is also inexpensive.

Go elsewhere! First came here, I liked it but my recent visit will be my last. Not sanitary, theyre making you buy a ziplock bag and want you to bring it back each time for use not to mention tools used were previously used. Gel chipped after 4 days.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I called and made an appointment And wasnt sat down till an hour after my appointment time meanwhile 5 other individuals who walked in were helped. When I try to ask how appointments work and what happened I literally got no answer

Friendly staff and lasting gels. Unfortunately, quality of services and work are awful.This is my second time (as I do not believe in reviews after only one visit) and once again I left very unhappy with the work. We get services done professionally so my nails do not look like I did them myself. I told the nail technician 3 times the shape I wanted and had to correct him those 3 times. Even after showing pictures, he did his own thing. My nails were filed noticeably lopsided, polish is not covering all corners and edges, my left hand nails are significantly longer than my right hand nails and polish was put on uneven leaving obvious bumps. Work is very sloppy, not professional at all.

The one I recommend here is Henry he does great nails!

I have never had such a bad experience. I dont think the tools were clean. The area around my chair was messy. The bottles were not well labeled, the man could not speak English . He did not clean any polish off of my toenails although I had a clear medical polish on. He did not push back the cuticles he cut my big toe. all the nail technicians were talking to one another in Vietnamese and not once did he look me in the eye. He was very distracted. Im actually thinking of reporting them to the Bureau that oversees salons

They have a lot of staff so its usually easy to get prompt attention

Pedicure was disappointing. Barely slapped a tiny bit of lotion on my legs and rubbed in super quick. Dont expect a nice relaxing massage here.

Disappointed in my pedicure this time! Guy was rough and he made one toe bleed. That same toe he clipped the toenail crookedly and angeled; so it may grow out incorrectly! The big toenails were cut too short😕 Dead and peeling skin is left around toes and in between them. Thats the reason I get a pedicure IS TO DEAL WITH DEAD SKIN on my feet!!! Frustrated at this point with Diva Nails because the quality and attention to detail has diminished!

Just had the worst experience ever!!!!! My hands and feet are in extreme pain. They cut my nails so short and kept clipping at my cuticles and the SKIN around my fingers. I had to demand that they stop. I will never ever ever go there again! what a waste of money and time and now I have to deal with the pain until my nails grow out. I had the worst panic attack in there because theres three or four people all over you wanting to work on you at the same time it was not a relaxing experience it was horrible

THE worse pedicure I have ever received. The place is TOXIC, the air quality is so bad it should be illegal. The pedicure was terrible and I was shocked when they used a dremel tool on my feet and heels. A DREMEL TOOL!!!??? My polish was not done well and I was sat under a dryer that was non functioning so I left with wet polish which was fine, the sooner I left that place the better.

Came in for a pedicure and it was delightful -full calf and foot scrub and massage. Highly recommend

So very disappointed in my pedicure! The guy was very rough and he nipped on toe and made me bleed. He cut one toe at an angle and then dug to remove clipped nail making it bleed. Its still very sore! Im worried itll grow out incorrectly and give me problems. He left dead skin around my toes. I have a pedicure to relax, have my toenails trimmed properly- not angled and uneven- and not feel soreness afterwards 🤤

Dirty, that is the first word that comes to mind followed by unsanitary conditions. I never saw them clean the foot tub, they used an electrical callous remover that wasnt cleaned between people. I was not given sandals to walk between tub and.manicure are so walked on dirty floors.

Diva Nails is one of the worst nail places in Santa Fe. The staff is very rude the feeling is very unwelcoming, they do a crappy job,and its very unsanitary. The staff walks around looking miserable and dont care about what you want their just there to make a quick buck. I say if you dont like your job find a different profession or go back to where you came from. Giving them one star is being over generous.

I got there early on a Saturday morning and still sat and waited for 20 minutes. I asked for gel polish, french tip. They acted like I was really putting them out. He proceeded to use the dryest white polish for the white tips, complaining the whole time. It looked ok when I left. 2 days later the polish started peeling off. Within 5 days it was all gone. Will not be going back.

I feel like I am always rushed out. I went in for a fill and as usual my nail polish is not covering my entire nail bed. Staff rarely smiles and it feels dirty..

They know what I like and get me in and out fast.

I went n my nails were all different sizes n shapes they polished them horrible and tgey cut me in the process. It was horrible and when I was paying they were trying to over charge me it was a horrible expierence and wull never return

Horrible service. Waited over an hour with several walk-ins being served before me. Then, when a nail tech told me to come over, I went outside to tell my partner that I would be a while, I came back in and another rude nail tech yelled “1 minute” at me. Stay far away from here.
