Great service, clean place. You just need to ask for what you want. Don’t make assumptions.

I’ve been a client of Radiance Nails for years. I’m grateful that they survived the COVID shutdown. They’re kind, welcoming and I have never had more than a five minute wait. They do a great job more importantly!

These people open at 900 am, but never show up on time which is extremely unprofessional, but they don’t care about good customer service. They talk in their language, laugh at people, obviously talk about there customers, so I decided to talk to my friend in Spanish.. they didn’t seem to like it. This place is filthy! Massage chairs have tears on the seats, the walls are dirty just not a comfortable place at all! Unfortunately I was desperate to get a manicure, so I dealt with the unpleasantness. I will never come here again. I am in Colorado, and today I got a great manicure and pedicure in a beautiful and clean nail salon. This place in Santa Fe is a dump!

I have had good service and nails come out nice

I have been here multiple times and always find it to be good. However my last manicure was substandard. The implements didn’t come out of a sterilized package. I asked the technician if they were clean and she said yes. I’m not convinced. The place looked dirty and the technician didn’t smile once. Most troubling is the worry that that the implements weren’t clean.

Scary dirty. I left after looking around and the owner started yelling at me. I pd for the service I didnt get and could not get out fast enough. Then I see reviews that people got a fungus in there. Yikes.

Helen gave me my first gel mani nearly three weeks ago and it still looks good!

Pretty terrible experience. Facility itself was unclean, tables were damaged, chairs were stained. They sat me down immediately but then disappeared in the back room for about twenty minutes. The people there were very nice and my manicure itself turned out quite well. However, while doing my nails the lady kept getting up to help other customers and leaving me sitting there, nails half done. Also, the women who did my nails cut me several times and by the time I left, three of my fingers were bleeding. I found it a bit odd that they asked for payment before my nails were done, but I suppose that’s just their business. Still, I. definitely won’t be going back.

Terrible. I was in Santa Fe for my destination wedding. Maybe Ive just been spoiled at my nail salon at home ... but this place was seriously awful. As a bride you kinda want to be pampered on your big day. Nails are jagged on the edges like she didnt even file them. The gel has bubbles in areas. She didnt even do anything with my cuticle. They are all rough and gross. Not sure when Ill be in Santa Fe next but I surely wont go to this place.

Both my big toes became infected after a pedicure here. Ive never had that happen anywhere before. Dirty instruments? Still fighting it 3 weeks later. Ow!

Have seen great improvement here. Clean, friendly, affordable with pedis that last a very long time!

My pedicure was below average the best thing was the massage chair, young girl barely worked on the bottom of my feet, as for my manicure, she dried my polish with a fan and polish smudged easily have to take it off, I could do better mysel and that’s not saying much, will not go back

I am surprised by other reviews. I find the technicians to be courteous, skilled, and wonderful price.

I gave them one star because you cant write a review with less.......Before i even got home my manicure was totally ruined ! Had to remove all the polish, my cuticle was cut and the whole job was very sloppy. A total waste of money ! I got the mani/pedi and am terribly disappointed. Going out tonight and was hoping for my nails to look good. I rarely give myself this kind of special treatment and wont do it again for a long time. They absolutely ruined my afternoon and i paid them to do it.......there is always a wait, no one speaks english, so they dont understand when you ask questions, and they seemed to be in a big hurry because people were waiting..........Dont go there!

They don’t care about you they don’t treat each customer the same I left my nails wasn’t completely dry came back in to have them fix it they didn’t I also got my eyebrows done and I saw a bunch of hairs they missed pointed them out she re waxed and there was still some left I kept telling her they were to short for was she would have to tweeze them and she said there wasn’t any

Very nice work. I would go again, but I would not recommend the guy he was pretty unfriendly.
