Didnt have what i was looking for i wish i could say something positive but it was hard to get anyone on the phone and then thy couldnt help me i dont know maybe someone else had better luck

Fast service but costly. over $100 just to say hi,where is machine, then Ill have to order the parts. pvw

I made an appointment 11 days ago to have an ice maker repaired which is still under warranty. I was scheduled today, between 8-5, for the repair. I got a text confirmation last night about the repair confirming the appointment. I took off work and stayed home ALL Day and on one ever came or called to say they would be late. I called at 2:00 today to get an approximate arrival time and was told 4:00. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED. Totally unacceptable.

ON TIME, FIXED THE REPAIR AND A HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PERSON. WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.

Called to get an LG refrigerator repaired. It’s August 2nd, they offered me something in SEPTEMBER! What a joke!
