My realtor referred me to them and they were fast to respond and on time which is a huge challenge to find in Santa Fe. My home was roughed in for a swamp cooler but it was never installed. Been up and running for about an hour or so now and its much cooler in my house. Things always cost more than you think they will when you own home but given the hotter temps this was worth it and should easily be able to recoup the cost on resale.

Between the low price and efficiency, I find the people who come out very adept, courteous and experienced in all plumbing situations.

Came out twice to fix leak on evaporative cooler which was obvious and they could not figure it out and acted as if we were the problem. Came out twice to fix a leaking faucet finally figured it out again acted as if we were the problem. Pulled out our steam shower and never came back!! Horrible. Unqualified. Incompetent. Would never use them again. Will recommend to my home insurance that they be disqualified.

The installer was very prompt, courteous, and left everything in a clean condition. The price was fantastic as compared to other local companies for the identical furnace. We have already used them again.

The water heater started leaking on my recently purchased home that was covered by a home warranty. The warranty company told me a service provider was assigned and before that day was over, Lobo Tech contacted me to schedule the replacement. The techs showed up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves and had the new unit operable in less than two hours. I couldnt be happier with the quality service I received.

Lobotech technician called to tell me they would be late but they lied to me repeatedly about when they would arrive so I drove 25 minutes and waited for 40 more minutes in the cold then had to leave for an appointment they knew about. They never called me after but now say they did work. Then the technician mocked me instead of apologizing when I finally tracked her down to find out what happened and why she wasted my morning. Turns out they didnt fix anything but want to charge for the visit.

Had a concern about moisture damage to an interior wall. Thought there might be a leak. Lobo Tech came out and identified the problem quickly and helped get me to a resolution. Very pleased with the service.

Did Great Work!! I wasnt home but one of their plumbers noticed water leaking from the side of my house. Thankfully he talked to a couple of my neighbors and my neighbor called to let me know what was happening. The plumber stayed and took care of it right there. I work out of town so I am just grateful someone called. Thank you so much for your fast response. Youre my new go-to guys.

They got Gabe to my house in a few hours and he knew exactly what was wrong with my tankless water heater unit in minutes... fixed it and even took time to give me a few maintenance tips to keep my unit running! So grateful to find a professional and knowledgeable company like Lobo Tech! Thank you so very much! They are now my go to for plumbers!

One of my tenants hot water stopped working . of course this was over the weekend . I was personalty unavailable out of town so the tenant called Cartwrights plumbing of Santa Fe. Cartwrights gave a bid to replace the electric water-heater of over $5,000.00 and told my tenant the water heater was no good and could not be repaired and was over 21 yrs old .(impossible because property was built 10 years ago) . Upon my return to town and To the office on Monday i had LOBOTECH come out for a second opinion .The owner Robert Martinez came out himself Turns out the problem was some sort of burnt element that happens at times he said, it just gave out but the water heater was fine and did not need replacement . He replaced the part and invoice was around $300.00 . I appreciate the honesty and integrity this company has. I give lobotect 10 stars out of five . HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! PS : Stay away from Cartwrights of Santa F THIEVES !!!!
