I always have a great experience when I go this location! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Their classes are great and I always leave feeling my best! I have been to plenty gyms and this one is by far my favorite! They also keep the gym and bathrooms very clean as well. Definitely recommend!

I had to freeze my account for a long time and end my membership due to Pandemic. I recently decided to get back to the Gym and they were able to resume my membership in less than 10 seconds with the same $ amount agreed a year ago despite my cancellation. Im happy with my decision.Vel is an outstanding trainer. His way of training, motivation and the push that comes from him is just awesome. My confidence level shot up in just couple of weeks. This time, I and my wife are enjoying the classes with Vel as they are not monotonous. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

This location is great! The trainers are very nice (when they’re not torturing you during a session/class) and supportive. They take the time to get to know where you are in your fitness journey and will always help fix when they see something that can use improvement. The classes are fun and upbeat and very much a team effort !

Please dont use this gym. They are really scummy. They can get your credit card information when you have already cancelled that card which is really strange. The bathrooms are disgusting and most of the employees arent helpful. How can a gym send me to collections without my social security number? A subscripiton service like this shouldnt be acting that way. They will justify it as standard gym practice but how can you be that scummy? You would be better off at a planetfitness cuz they are much more easier to handle when you have to cancel.

Tried cancelling my membership here since a new gym opened across from my workplace. Waited out my contract because I legally signed that agreement. As the year approached I asked when I could cancel since I forgot the exact date. I was then told to come back “at the end of the month, afterwards I’d be charged monthly. Well I cancelled today just to be charged another $60 so I can “use the gym for another 30 days” when I was already there 30 days ago trying to cancel. Spoke with the exact same person too. I’d understand if it helps pay the bills but the equipment is not even all that great. Not to mention terrible customer service for the “average” gym enthusiast. I recommend a different location or a completely different chain.

Vel is a great trainer, just the right combination of push and encouragement. I really look forward to my time in the gym now and always leave having worked hard and happy. Most importantly I feel confident and strong and have a newfound love for boxing. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you!

Don’t have to wait on squat bar and they don’t play cnn on the tvs

This is an awesome gym, its open 24/7 and Ive always had good interactions with anyone who worked there. All the equipment is kept in good condition and the atmosphere is exactly what I had been looking for out of a gym. Definitely can say Vel puts in that work as a trainer and really helped me out. I would recommend this gym and Vel for anyone wanting to get whipped into shape or refine their skills.

Joined a year ago, and just renewed my contract for another year. By far the best gym Ive been to. Accessible 24 hours, which fits perfectly with my sometimes unpredictable schedule. Equipment is in perfect condition, clean, and organized. Not to mention the variety available to members, plenty of cardio, weights, free weights, and of course the heavy bags and sparring room, makes this establishment suited for any of ones workout needs. Id also like to note that the cost after sign-up is extremely reasonable given the fact that this gym offers so much. Brandon and staff are attentive and helpful, and I can sincerely say Ive enjoyed my time training here. Will continue to be my preferred training facility as long as Im around.

Joined up with this gym about 2 weeks ago and loving it! Though not as big as some, it has all the equipment I need in a super clean and stylish space, and there being a bunch of intense boxing-themes classes is awesome. Also had a nice experience with the staff, with a good tour+sign up process followed by awesome personal training sessions with Vel. Definitely excited to keep doing personal training and other excercise at this place! Highly recommended.

I love everything about Tapout Fitness. First of all they are open 24 hours 7 days a week. Secondly their equipment and facilities are in tip top shape. Most important of all to me is the staff. Every person there is so friendly. They keep everything spotlessly clean and well stocked. I am so grateful to have found such an amazing place! I work out at Orangetheory 6 days a week and Tapout 5 days so fitness is a huge part of my life. Thank you Tapout!!!

Awesome gym. Very clean. Absolutely love 9am classes with Effy. She makes her classes fun but challenging at the same time. Being new to boxing and working out in general, I love how there is a nonjudgmental atmosphere. The time passes by so quickly! Effy’s classes alone are worth having a membership! 👏👏

I had reservations going to a smaller gym like this. I have been used to the large mega-gyms packed with features. However, I experience better workouts at tap out. I feel comfortable in the space and it’s equipment suits my style of workout. I find this place to be a bargain and one of the better gym options in sandy springs.

This gym is amazing!!!! I hope more open up in other states and countries so that when im out on more shows I can keep going. Working 12hr shifts on set with the gym being 24/7 its so convenient, considering I live around the corner too. I love how I have the whole gym to myself(3am) and how its so small, yet has almost all the equipment I use. As long as Im on shows down here in ATL, this is definitely my go to gym. Planet Fitness days are over and done. Amazing staff too!! Brandon especially, he set me up with everything I needed to succeed here.

This place is the most unprofessional and money hungry gym I have ever been to. I started here because it had mats and I thought they were open 24hrs. You could tell the mats were not being cleaned from the dirt and dust on the sides and all the people walking in there with their shoes on. And its only 24 hours if you buy the keycard. When I tried to cancel my membership because of the health pandemic the manager called me childish because I didn’t pick up my phone at work. This guy is a manager of a business and is calling one of his clients childish and then saying “I’m going to have to let you know how a business is run.” After they wouldn’t cancel my membership they sent me to collections for $430, which is an insane number to get from out of nowhere.

Love this place, my new gym home for the last year. Open 24/7 to fit my erratic schedule and urge to work out at awkward time, membership fees are low, its clean and fairly quiet. Couldnt ask for a better place to work out without any complications or compromises to my workout needs. Takes away my excuses and keeps me coming back.

I normally do not post reviews, but I felt the need to in this situation, as I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. I was sold hard by one of the personal trainers, who after signing me up, immediately went on vacation and scheduled my second session incorrectly, so I drove through traffic to arrive with no one to train me. He wasnt there for the next session either. Then Covid hit, my partner is high risk and we were not going out in public, and they refused to cancel over the phone or be flexible in the least. I froze my account multiple times in hopes to save money, because I had also been laid off due to Covid. No one told me I would be charged for the frozen weeks, which I only froze because I couldnt go in person to cancel. Eventually I took the risk and went, because I was paying for a gym Id only used twice. It was $163 to cancel, because surprise, I owed for every week it was frozen. I really wish I had never joined to begin with.

I love the energy I get from Veal’s classes in the mornings, I never have the same workout 2x they mix it up and make it fun.

I love this gym. I am new to Atlanta and I wanted take kickboxing classes. Coach Efy have tough me so much.. She is very patience and professional. Plenty of equipment to work out after class. They always have available cleaning products which is very important during this time.

The worst experience Ive ever had! Now I dont usually leave reviews or comments but in this case I feel obligated to. Do not fall for this fitness!They dont wear a mask to begin with, and then they cancel their appointment with you but still charge your card for the training session that didnt happen! Jordan the trainer just wants to ditch you and Sean/ Shane managers are even worse, they dont respect the costumer, very rude and honestly its just a scam to get your credit card number and just charge it every week for no reason. Whatever you do dont sign anything with these guys. They wasted my time and energy and also stole from my credit card.

The staff are friendly, highly-skilled and make it a great experience. Each are a little different and each bring something unique and valuable. The staff manage the class size and adjust activities based upon who participates. I will I found this place sooner.

Thank you Corona for making me Join TAPOUT!!! This is a Rocky IV type gym where you earn your fitness thru hard work, determination, and perseverance! I joined this GYM for the facilities...the variety, diversity, and vibe as well! They also have a high quality sound system that sets the tone and really creates a great feel to this old-school style gym! Lazy people should refrain from joining this gym (@Sahara) ...if you are not self-motivated and need someone to spoon-feed you your fitness you are way better off staying home and doing Tae Bo while using a shake-weight ha ha! I have 3 gym memberships and this one is the lowest of all 3 while providing the best value in membership at the same time! BOOM!!

Weights, cardio, machines - Boxing 🥊 and Kickboxing classes and stations.You can even use the facility 24 hours a day!Highly recommended. If you are a local this gym is the best in town. Best gym Ive ever been to. The staff doesnt see you as walking revenue, they see you as a valued customer and as a friend. Equipment is good and well kept. Probably the most reasonably priced gym in the area. If I had to complain, it would only be that the dumbbells stop at 100lbs and there is no sauna, but overall, no gym is going to beat the bliss simplicity, good pricing, and excellent staff of Tapout Fitness.

Wow what a find! I recruited my entire family to come here! Clean full gym, all of the right machines and equipment, and I love that all of the classes are taught by actual fighters. The classes are small enough that you get some personal attention, learning how to fight as well as getting an incredible workout.

Ive had nothing but great experiences at Tapout Fitness. The facility is clean and well-maintained, fellow gym-goers are polite, and theres relatively no crowding or wait time for the equipment. Randomly decided to drop-in one day to give kickboxing a try with a friend and everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The manager, Brandon, gave us a tour of the gym and personally introduced us to our coach for the evening, Calvin. We worked through the whole hour from warming up to exercises to actual kickboxing and it was exhausting but so much FUN!!Would definitely recommend you dropping by to give one of their classes a try if you’re looking to break out of your regular workout routine. Everything from the gym itself to the “ring” was clean as a whistle which is always a plus! Will definitely be returning for more classes soon.

Above all, they’re NICE at Tapout. I’ve been to a couple of other places where there was a lot of attitude and they acted like I was lucky to be there. All levels are welcome at Tapout.I go to the Sandy Springs location and do a wide range of challenging workouts from boxing to weightlifting to cardio... I have had a dozen or more boxing sessions with Ashton and he does a very good job providing a balanced, skills based boxing workout. I love the fact that the gym is open at all hours because of my crazy work schedule. Two thumbs up!!!

I moved here a little over a year ago and wasnt sure which was the best gym for me in the area. Ive tried LA Fitness, Planet, and another local gym before where I previously lived but NOTHING like Tapout. First off its 24 hours (w/ access card) so no strays in the middle of the night. My schedule always fluctuates so thats perfect for me. The main gentleman who signed me up, Brandon was a pleasure and he works with you. The gym itself has boxing amenities, group classes, and plenty of equipment. When I forget my headphones Im not bummed by the music lol .... it has an overall nice vibe here. I recommend it to anyone looking for a gym especially when you dont want to be limited by open hours.

I’ve been going to this gym for about 8 months and it has consistently been a great experience. The staff is friendly, welcoming and hard working. Every time I come in to the gym, it’s extremely clean and well kept. They have a lot of equipment where even at peak hours, I haven’t had to wait too long or at all to get on anything. This is definitely one of my favorite gyms so far and I plan to stay.

I was hesitate to join a gym as its not my thing but Im very thankful I joined Tapout, the boxing/kickboxing classes are amazing and a lot of fun! All the instructors are knowledgeable and will help push you when youre feeling tired. Gym is always clean and is open 24hrs.
