I absolutely love this place. I have been a client here for more than five years. When COVID hit, I worried about how I would be able to maintain my fitness routine from home. Within a few weeks, Pam and her team had developed a series of live remote classes that feel as challenging and fun as the in-person classes I was used to. Although some people have now gone back to the gym, I can still take classes remotely, and I get the same individualized attention from the trainers through my laptop that I have always experienced at Atlanta Fitness Diva. I am grateful for their flexibility and creativity: their excellent fitness training has kept me sane throughout this crazy time.

I have been a client of Atlanta Fitness Diva for a couple of years and I have been taking the online classes since the shutdown back in March. Classes are great! The classes are as good as being there, in person! The trainers are creative and make sure there is variety, different levels of difficulty, and that different muscle groups are worked on throughout the week. Adjustments are made for the home environment - trainers will utilize chairs if you do not have a bench. Variations are given so that a client can use heavy weights, light weights, or no weights. Even though it is a small group class, the trainers will give options for injuries or weaker areas. Since there arent any machines at home, there are exercises I have never done before. Good quality workouts that focus on form and safety!

Atlanta Fitness Diva is amazing. Pam and her crew are fabulous. All the trainers are knowledgeable and provide great instruction, tailoring the workouts to your needs and paying special care if you have any injuries or weaknesses. Getting individual coaching during the small group sessions ensures that you are getting a workout suited to your needs instead of a one-size fits all. When life happens and you cant make it to the gym, they never hassle you or shame you and always welcome you back with warmth and kindness. Its a great environment that motivates and encourages you. Cant say enough great things about this place. Love them!

Ive been training here for about 2 months now and its by far the best decision Ive made this year. The trainers are always motivating and they create such an exciting workout environment. They make sure you and your fellow trainees are challenged but simultaneously make sure you are not straining anything or overdoing it. I typically train in the early morning with Melissa and she stresses the importance of proper exercise form which other places dont. Ive always struggled to gain muscle but after joining I gained 5 pounds of muscle only after training with Melissa for a month. Thats another plus! You get individualized attention plus an array of class times ranging from dusk to dawn!The trainers at this center truly do focus on your goals and have specific expertise on womens bodies. I highly recommend this center no matter if youre trying to lose or gain weight. They are experts with both!

I joined Atlanta Fitness Diva about two years ago and Im happy that I chose Pam and her team of female trainers to help me with my fitness journey. Over the past two years, I have participated in both the private training sessions and the small group sessions. No matter which option you choose, you will receive individualized attention and tips regarding nutrition, weight loss, and how to strengthen and sculpt your body. I love that this gym caters to women of all ages and fitness levels, and everyone is allowed to go at their own pace. In addition to the training sessions, they offer specialized nutrition plans, have weight-loss challenges, and host nutrition seminars. I highly recommend Atlanta Fitness Diva for any female who is looking to sculpt their figure and improve their fitness level.

The PERFECT place for Female Fitness.Environment is very peaceful, beautiful, friendly, joyful and filled with lots of positive energy and motivation. The workout programs are simply superb, NO artificial stuff. Trainers are very hard working and motivate you towards great health and i myself experienced great change in my body which never happened in years. I have never seen such a perfect place for fitness and i love to come here again and again. Its a very unique and special place for workout unlike commercial fitness center. When I moved to Atlanta I wanted an all-womens gym and am so happy I found Atlanta Fitness Diva. I never thought weight training and strength conditioning were for me! I have always been active and worked out, but nothing has had the kind of impact and change on my body, mind and spirit as Fitness Diva. Since I began training, I have lost 14 pounds and kept it off. I accomplished this with two classes per week and hardly any changes to my diet. I feel strong, fit, and so confident in my body. Pam and her team are exceptional and the classes are hard work, but also fun. You will find a supportive environment that motivates and pushes you to be your best.

Finding the motivation to be consistent with my workouts has always been my problem. Now I can honestly say, I look forward to each class as the trainers make each time unique and worthwhile. I wanted to find a place centered around strength training and individualized attention. They focus on the areas you as a woman need the most, whilst paying attention to your particular body so you wont overexert or injure yourself.The early morning trainer, Melissa, is always super fun and has a great you can do it attitude while pushing for results. So glad to have found Atlanta Diva Fitness!

Ive been taking small group training at Atlanta Fitness Diva for a little over 2 months now and Im impressed by the results Im already seeing! What I love about this studio is that the trainers get to know each womans individual goals and work toward those. Im blessed in that Im not trying to lose weight or inches, instead, I want to become a stronger runner and build muscle. Melissa has been great in focusing on areas that compliment my running (like my core) and areas that dont get stimulated by running but are still important, like my upper body. Ive already seen improvements in my running and Im looking forward to continue to train! The studio itself is great, I love the motivational quotes the owner, Pam, has throughout the studio and I feel very comfortable here being pushed out of my comfort zone since its all women. I take the 6am class, so having a nice place to shower and get ready is a REALLY nice amenity! Two thumbs up and five stars for Pam and the studio shes created!

I have to say, I went here for over a year and enjoyed the trainers. Pam was not often there but everyone else made up for it. This review is related to poor customer service. Once this COVID crisis began, I reached out to Pam to explain I am a healthcare provider and cannot come anymore as I risk carrying my exposures to her clients. She maintained the gym was clean. I believe her but the problem is me. I asked for a delay in payment as I was prepared to start back as soon as this was over. She would not ever give me a straight answer, but did keep $199 for a month I already stated FOR HER BENEFIT I would not attend. I sure would have liked to work out but it would not be right for me to risk spreading germs. I tried to reach out again and it was clear I was going to continue to be charged so I had no choice but to cancel. Pam never even responded to try to make things right. She did give me a story about how returning my money meant she would have to beg the landlord for help, etc etc. I get it, this is tough for everyone. I still feel it is wrong to take money from a first responder trying to protect a business from COVID. Long story to say, a loyal client was lost through this.

I have been taking the small group classes with Pam, and sometimes Lucy, for almost 6 months. I cant say enough positive things about Atlanta Fitness Diva, the trainers, the feel of the gym, and the kind of women who work out there. I am 51 and did not exercise in any consistent way for 3 years. One day I just got tired of how I felt and looked and called Pam for an appointment. She called me right back and saw me the next day. Since then I have trained consistently with Pam or Lucy 3x/week and the changes in my body are amazing. ITS HARD!! But its also fun and the atmosphere is so different from a typical gym - everyone is encouraging, motivating and sweating. Pam is an absolute pro - she knows her stuff and she modifies the workout for each person, depending on their overall needs or just their needs that day. They know womens bodies - what works, the changes we go through, and how to push you through to the next level without injury...to REAL changes. This is a real gem of a gym! I love it!!

I cannot say enough good things about Pamela and her Atlanta Fitness Diva small group training center. I started with Pamela almost two months ago with a few personal training sessions and then moved into the small group fitness classes with Lucy and Kristina. The workouts are challenging and Ive already noticed new strength and muscle definition all over my body. Ive also had inches and pounds lost with a combination of the 2-3 classes a week and watching what I eat. Most importantly, this ladies only fitness facility is the perfect place to get in shape with knowledgeable and talented trainers in a small group environment and to make some new friends along the way. I look forward to signing up for a permanent package once my new member package runs out! (I also must add that all three trainers have been fabulous in helping me as Ive been working out with an air cast because of a broken foot. This extra accessory hasnt stopped them from challenging me to my edge and helping me make positive changes!!! Thanks ladies!!!)

I joined Atlanta Fitness Diva in May 2013 and since that time I have noticed dramatic changes in the shape and composition of my body. I have worked with several personal trainers throughout the years and this is the first time I have joined a fitness gym where the focus is not only on the physical aspect, but the nutritional side as well. Pamela designed a personal nutrition plan for me to follow and it definitely works! If you are committed and focused on changing the shape of your body, the ladies at Atlanta Fitness Diva will be with you the entire step of the way! Both Pamela and Lucy are awesome! I really enjoyed training here for the summer. It was mainly strength training which was different from my previous trainers/fitness classes. I trained with Melissa who focuses on the finer details and Mika who usually has a high energy workout planned. I definitely have built up my lower body which has helped me with dance classes. It was also nice to receive regular reminders for the classes.This studio can heat up quite fast so I tried to be by the fan as much as possible. I also would have liked more cardio during the workout. However, I would consider re-joining at a future time.Wish you the best!

I joined AFD about 6 weeks ago after 2 years of minimal results at other boot camp style gyms. I am already seeing tremendous results- Pam and her team are knowledgeable, kind and inspiring. You also receive individualized attention in the small group training classes and each class I walk away with more knowledge regarding my body, nutrition and steps to take for fat loss. The BEST health and fitness decision Ive ever made in my life!!! Ive been training with Pam (Owner/Head Trainer) at Atlanta Fitness Diva for over 1 year and plan to continue for years to come. Ive always had good eating habits and have participated in some sort of physical activity 2-3 times a week (i.e. biking, hiking, walking, strength training, etc.) Even with all of that effort, I plateaued for over 2 years and was very discouraged. And then I walked into Atlanta Fitness Diva....Not only does Pam and her team get to know what your goals are but, they get to know YOU. I was lucky enough to find Pamela and her Gym Atlanta Fitness Diva and I just love them.I was very excited to start right away with them, however due to my history of weight gain after my Thyroid was removed due to Cancer, I was a little bit exceptional of losing a lot of weight because I have tried a lot of different trainers before.I have to say that I Atlanta Fitness Diva gave me what I have been trying for so long!!! they definitely understand womens body . I lost close to 20 pounds, 21 inches in their latest 90 day challenge and I feel more strong that ever in my entire life.Pamela and her team not only know what they are doing !!! they are also wonderful and I feel like at home each time I go there.

Have you ever heard the term skinny fat? Well that is what I was before I met Pam. I started training with Pam in January 2012 and I was 135 pound fat. I was not happy with my physic and I tried everything to loose the extra fat in my body. I even tried one of the well known diet programs where i ate their recommended food just to find myself gaining weight with all the processed food I was eating. I had no success. I was not happy.It is May 2012 and I am extremely happy to say that after following Pams advice and changing my eating habits I am allot stronger and I am 123 pounds. She knows how to motivate you, she guides you through your workouts and believes in you even when you think you cant. She knows which supplements work best for your goals, and she will encourage you every step of the way. I am thankful to have found the best personal trainer in town. Thank you Pam and all the trainers for believing in me and helping me push hard to reach my goals. I love you guys!

Pam is the best!!! She knows exactly what to do to get a womens body tight and right. Her staff is encouraging and always available to help you meet your goals whether they be 100lbs or 10. I am so glad I found a place that caters to my personal goals and pushes me to achieve them. They are always inventive with their classes, so its something new every week. I participated in Pam’s 8 week fat loss challenge, gained 10 lbs of muscle, and lost 9% body fat! It’s just the beginning of my fitness journey but I couldn’t have done it without this place. Pam and the other trainers Lucy and Melissa are awesome, they know how to tailor their workout to women individual needs, a lot of lower body workout to tone those legs, lift our butt a lot of triceps workout, they are really knowledgeable, you will not get bored, workouts are always fun.I started the journey 4 years ago, looking for a place where I would be comfortable working out and not scared of being judged. I can say that I have found a home, they have been there each step of the way.With my pregnancy, diabetes and bed rest I gained 55 pounds total, I had lost my confidence, I was ashamed looking in the mirror, with the ladies help, one year later I have lost all of my baby weight, I feel sexy and 100% confident again.Thank you for the support, if you are really looking for a place and you are serious about your workout and serious about making a lifestyle change Atlant Fitness Diva is the place to be.

I dont know if I can say enough good things about Pam and the other trainers. Since starting with them about 10 months ago, I have lost 35 pounds, 7% body fat, 30 inches and gone down 4 dress sizes. And that was even with a 4 month break after having ankle surgery! Im smaller than I have been in 17 years and Im fitter than Ive ever been in my entire life. In addition to the changes in the way I look, Im way healthier as well. At my last physical, all of my labs and my blood pressure were well within normal. My confidence and ambition have grown in abundance; there is just something that is so empowering about the workouts and the support you get. This is by far the best thing I have ever done for myself!The groups are small enough that youre still able to get individual attention when you need it and the entire staff knows exactly what to do to help women tone up and get fit, no matter what their trouble zones, physical limitations, and goals are. Everyone is always available to answer questions on everything from nutrition to what you should be doing with your cardio, to what exercises will really help get rid of that last little bit of looseness after a big weight loss. Its nice to find a place where they really care about your health and fitness and take a personal interest in your progress.

Atlanta Fitness Diva was the answer to a lot of prayers for me! I had been feeling very uneasy about my body, but did not have the motivation to get started. I had worked out before and even run a half marathon, but I felt like my body was not in good shape and I lacked the tools to understand how to sculpt my body as I get older. As soon as I walked in the door and met Pam, I knew I was at the right place. Pam created a customized plan for me as I told her I had a goal to get in shape for my wedding in 6 months. She told me it would take a lot of work, but that she would be there every step of the way...and the was RIGHT! Fast forward to 6 months later, I have a better body and strength than I could have even imagined, great friends to workout with, and an amazing friend in Pam! I have been training at Atlanta Fitness Diva for about a year now. I had always worked out at home and I knew I needed more than I was doing. I never knew how much further I could push myself! I am so much stronger and in the best shape ever, thanks to the small group training. I started out at two sessions a week and have moved to 3. I actually look forward to each session now. That is saying a lot for me. I have always dreaded working out. I have made some great friends and Pam and trainer Lucy make every session new and different than the last. You will never be bored. No matter your age you will feel like you belong. There are women in their 20s and women close to 70 all working out side by side with a workout that is in tune to wherever they are on the age spectrum. I have recently signed up for one on one training with Pam and I am looking forward to taking it to the next level. She is a master at her craft and believe me, if you put in the effort your body will change and so will your spirit! By the way, I am in my 50s and I never have felt like I didnt belong there even if I was the olderst woman in the room. Everyone encourages everyone else. It is a great place to train!

No matter what your fitness goals are, Atlanta Fitness Diva is the place to be!! I have been training with Pam for a few years already and my goals have changed a few times over the years. When I first started training with her I had no clue what I was doing, I had no idea the importance of weight/strength training, and much less, how very important recovery is after a challenging training session. During the first 2 months I dropped about 3% body fat, and after a few more months of following a strict routine I started seeing major changes in my body. For a while I maintained since it just got harder, but Pam knew exactly how to get me out of that plateau.Last year I got pregnant, and although I continued working out and tried to stay in the best shape possible, my body fat went up again and I lost the tone in my body. I knew as soon as I had my baby that I would be going back to Atlanta Fitness Diva! In the last 3 months I have managed to lose 11.5 inches all over, 11 LBS of fat, 7% body fat. I not only gained 6 LBS of muscle, but also strength, and confidence. I’m now much stronger than I was even before I got pregnant. With these results, in what I consider a short amount of time, I am so motivated to just keep going!At Atlanta Fitness Diva you will always: be MOTIVATED, be CHALLENGED, have FUN, and FEEL GREAT. Pam and Melissa are UH-MAZING. As someone who has never been fit in my life, I went to Atlanta Fitness Diva after losing 70 lbs and looking to tone up. I was intimidated because going to a gym seems scary. I thought that I would feel out of place and be judged by women who were so in shape.Um, no.What I have found there is way more than my newly firm booty. I have discovered a love for fitness because of the amazing, caring, and TOUGH workouts doled out there. They help me target my problem areas and really know how to work with the female physique.Tomorrow I am heading to NYC to run my first marathon and I feel like a million bucks. I have been going to Atlanta Fitness Diva for the past 4 months and I cannot begin to tell you how happy and excited I am about the results. The trainers, Pam, Lucy and Melissa, really know how to work with a womans body by targeting all those trouble areas. I have has friends comment that my legs look great, my butt looks toned and overall they can see some major changes. Ive had people tell me that I now walk with better posture and greater confidence. Plus, I have noticed a significant decrease in the cottage cheese look in my butt and the back of my thighs. Pam is so great in giving me food advice and how to structure my workouts when Im at home. And all three trainers are great at adapting to my specific back problems, by helping me build strength in my lower back without strianing and doing more harm. Overall, if any lady out there is serious about her body goals then you need a fun, safe and serious about your body environment like Atlanta Fitness Diva.

I am a nearly 52 year old woman who works, is a wife, and is a mother to two teenagers (and a golden doodle). I gained weight during perimenopause, and looking in the mirror I realized that 50 was not the new 40 for me. I found Pamela on thumbtack, and when she announced her weight loss contest I knew it was something I needed to invest in. The DIVA fitness center is by women for women.. The facility is welcoming with equipment designed for womens bodies, and the trainers are superior in ensuring each woman reaches her potential in a challenging yet safe manner. I have primarily worked with Pamela and Lucy. With their guidance, I have lost 29 pounds and 15 inches in 8 weeks while regaining muscle and strength. I wantto thank Pamela and everyone at DIVA for helping me to get started, stay motivated, and be strong. P.S. my two teenage daughters have been turned onto protein shakes and challenge me to planking wars, lovely byproducts of my becoming a DIVA! Update 6/21/15: Ive now been a diva for almost 6 months and have lost 35 lbs!! Pam and her staff truly are amazing and inspirational. I actually look forward to working out every week! Ive hit my halfway mark and cant wait to lose another 35. Thanks divas!1/15: I wanted to start working out again, but couldnt find that last bit of motivation to actually do it. I found Atlanta Fitness Diva on Facebook and decided to give it a shot. Im in week 3 and so glad I decided to sign up! I found that piece of motivation I was looking for and am commited now to a healtier life style and am very determined to see results. The environment is nice - never large groups to feel intimidated by and the ladies working out are a variety of shapes, sizes, and age. The most Ive had in one of our small groups is 7 women, but I still felt I received personal attention from the trainer (Lucy, which is great!). Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. Like many recent college grads, I gained soooo much weight after graduation. No more walking around campus or staying active and 6 months off from working certainly didnt help. I really thought my freshman 15 was bad smh. So after struggling with my weight for about a year, trying to get off the 20-25lbs I gained, I finally decided to get up and starting working out with a personal trainer. Good ole Google led me straight to Atlanta Fitness Diva where I have been working out with Pam and Lucy for the past month and a half. Since beginning my weight loss journey, I have attended the small group sessions 3-4 times a week and have lost a total of 7 inches!!! It didnt matter how many times I went to the gym or how long I ran, I have never reached the kind of results I have achieved by working out at Atlanta Fitness Diva. In a month and a half I can fit into clothes I couldnt fit 6-8 months ago and I have my confidence back to get up and off the couch!! I love everything about Atlanta Fitness Diva from the girly pink and purple decor, the experienced personal trainers and the results you will see from putting the hard work in! Last year, my cousin was murdered. I sank into a deep state of depression. I could hardly get out of bed. When I had to go to work, I existed on sodas and candybars. I started gaining weight mostly in my stomach, so I looked pregnant. I would start weight loss program after weight loss program but something else would happen that would send me back into the depression.In January, I looked at myself....how miserable I looked and felt. I knew that I had to pull myself out of it. I dont remember how I found Pam but I am so grateful that I did. I joined her 90 day transformation. She sat me down and gave me a full hour of her time. We discussed what it would take to get me back in shape, she took measurements and I weighed in. She discussed nutrition and supplements and sent out emails weekly keeping us pumped up.I have worked out with trainers before but nothing like this. I personally did very little cardio throughout the 90 days. I worked out 2 days a week with Pam or Lucy. They run you through a circuit for me it was mainly lower body and I did upper body at home. Do not look at the purple equipment and feminine touches of this gym and think that it is going to be a frilly girly workout. I have NEVER been through such an intense circuit in my life! It was a challenge throughout the 90 days. Pam really knows what a womans body needs to lose weight and gain muscle. It was truly an amazing experience.Today was my final weigh in. I lost 14lbs of fat and gained 4lbs of muscle. I went from 30% body fat to 21%. I lost 15 inches from my body. But the most rewarding thing here is not the amount of weight or inches that I lost. It is the way I FEEL . My body is lean and I feel strong both physically and mentally. I have an amazing amount of energy and it is no longer a chore to pull myself out of bed. Pam and her staff are amazing! I just had to share my experience with all you ladies out there! I have worked with personal trainers most of my adult life and I either ende dup looking bulky or I was starving most of the time. As I am about to turn 40, I joined ATL Fitness Diva to primarily firm up and tone my softening muscles..Let me tell you that in 2 months time I could see (and feel) a dramatic difference! But heres the kicker...as part of my package, I bought a nutritional session with Pam, the owner and she sat down with me, took my measurements, discussed my eating habits, etc and devised a long term eating plan for me - where I get to eat 6 X/a day - HOORAY!! Within 1 week, I can already see the transformation and tightening in my arms, legs and stomach!! I am so excited and cant imagine how much better Im going to look (and feel) in April, when I turn the big 40!!
