I went in as a walk in and they asked what I wanted. I showed them a picture, which was fall inspired. They helped me look through all the different colors to get as close to the picture as possible, being super patient with me. There were two ladies that worked on me; one did the acrylics, then the other finished with color and details. But both were nice, and meticulous with the details, even though they were busy, they didn’t make me feel rushed at all. They exceeded my expectations for sure!!🤩🤩 They did my nails EXACTLY IF NOT BETTER THAN the picture I showed them!! Definitely will be going back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really liked this place! These were $40.05 with my student discount, reminder to bring your school ID! An older gentleman did my set, and made me very happy with the result! But my friend didn’t like the other nail tech she was working with so I can’t give them a 5/5 yet. I’ve already recommended this place to my friends and plan on coming back!

Came here for the first time and the staff was attentive. Really liked their service and offer student discount. Bao did my nails and he listened to what I wanted and took his time. I got dipped nails and loved the color but i noticed different shade on my nails. I would come here again but most likely do gel next time.

Very friendly staff, Great massage chairs, full service, Wine!. I had a great experience getting a pedicure, and getting my nails cleaned.I have been to other Salons that dont take nearly as much time and care. I dont get color, or dip, so they just massaged my legs more so that I got my moneys worth. As a man I really enjoyed the full service, and positive attitude of the people who work here. Mindy has very strong hands, and will massage your hands legs, and punch your calves, it feels so Good! I will be going back.

Super great place!! I got a fill with shellac and Bao was super detailed and thorough with the entire process. They have 20% off for this month and even gave me a $5 gift certificate for next time. Roomy, lots of Colors to choose from, clean, and very attentive. One of my nails had a bubble in the shellac and Bao completely redid it and made sure everything was how I liked it. Will be going back!!! **also the serve wine**

Absolutely love this place! I got the shellac nails and my friend got the dip nails, and 3 weeks later our nails still look great! The staff was super sweet and had us laughing the whole time. And the massage chairs are amaazzzing. Will definitely be coming back! :)

Very clean, friendly, they provide drinks. Got a pedicure, they did a good job overall. Best place I have been to in San Marcos after trying most of the nail salons here.

This was my second visit and it was near closing time so I was a bit worried about time but they said no worries as Mindy was just wrapping up her last customer and could work on me right away. Mindy took her time and did not rush through my pedicure at all. She was a bit stunned at my color choices but did it with no hesitation. Zero stars sorry but this was the worst salon that I’ve ever been to Hands-down !!!went in for a full set and after one day my pointer finger broke then the second day my middle finger broke I went in and the nail tech fixed them but The NEXT DAY after getting my nails fixed they broke again save your money love it’s not worth it flimsy nails, poor service and on top of that they only have one nail tech in the whole salon who can’t even do acrylics.

I went to Queen Nails two weeks ago and did a regular pedicure and manicure with dip nails. Right away I realized something was wrong with the dip. The color was off and there were streaks and bubbles in the topcoat. The woman who did my nails didn’t notice at all, which was concerning. If I pay 35$ plus tip for a service I expect them to be close to perfect. Anyway, I ended up going back to have them fixed by the same woman and again, ended up with a huge bubble on one of the nails. So I showed another nail tech and he redid three of the nails on that hand. Two days later I noticed that the color was lighter on one hand (the layer of dip was very thin compared to the other hand) and that there were again streaks/lines in the top coat. The primary reason I did the dip is that it is alleged to last 3-4 weeks. I’m at 2 weeks today and already need them redone, and I’ll be going somewhere else to do that.

I’ve gotten a full gel set and a lavender pedicure within the month and after both my hands and feet looked amazing. I recommend the lavender pedicure! I have easily calloused feet and it really nourished them and made them smooth and beautiful. Love the people who work there, too. Call ahead and see how the line is.

Amazing service. I would recommend this place to everyone. I liked that they asked me what length I wanted my nails, measured that they’d be the same in both of my hands and they asked me if I liked my nails during the process too. You can really tell that they care about you being happy with the service and I liked that. They also took their time which was so nice. I’ll come back every time!

I tried this place out for the first time today and the service I received was incredible. I walked in an hour before closing and the staff was still very patient and genuinely friendly with me. The service was great, my nails turned out exactly how I wanted them to, and the price was great(they also do student discounts).I will definitely be going back!

Id give this zero if I could. Maybe the woman is good- not sure. But the man did my nails and didnt listen when I told him they were too long and too thick. They look unfinished and uneven and chunky. SO ugly!! I insisted that he fix them but he refused and said they were fine. I hate this place, it was a waste of money and I will never go back or recommend it to anyone. Now I have to go to find another salon and get my HOOVES fixed. f yall

Got a basic pedi w polish and refill here for 60$ So affordable!! And they actually took their time and did a perfect job on my nails! I’ve been looking for a good nail place in SM after trying multiple... the staff is really nice to! I’ll be going here from now on

Went for the 1st time here to get a pedicure. Out of all the places I have been to this place is at the top of my list! Mindy & her husband are such sweethearts! She took her time & did a fantastic job. Love my toes!

My wife and I had a great experience. We walked in and they were able to fit us in. They recommended in the future to call to make an appointment, so we wont have a prolonged wait time. Great customer service and the price was very fair.

I had made an appointment for a basic pedicure($25) and a full set with colored powder ($40). I arrived 20min prior to my appointment incase there was a wait. However, being that it was Monday, they took me in right away. They had very Friendly service and offered beverages as well as Sanitary conditions with new utensils used per costumer. As I moved from the pedicure station to get my nails. The nail tech was a bit rushed and left one finger nail not to my liking. Despite that everyone was friendly. They did make small talk and conditions of the nail salon were good. They do provide a 10% discount for college students however, per their website this offer does end by the 15th of December 2019. My pedicure came out flawless. And overall I did like my nails. There website is equipped with the prices for all their services which made a huge difference instead of having to call in and ask. I really liked this salon and think it deserved 4 Stars for my entire visit.

Love them, they are so sweet and the man was very gentle when doing my nails. And when I had to wait to get serviced they sat me in a massage chair and offered me a drink. Also, they have student discount for college students just bring your ID, Super HAPPY!!!!!!

Nail product quality horrible

I came in at 6:30 (Near closing time) and Mr. Bau and Mrs. Mindy did an amazing job. I got the basic manicure and pedicure. Their meticulous attention to detail and care made my experience wonderful. I highly recommend you visit their shop.

I am visiting texas on a vacation. wanted dip nails on my actual nail, my nails were dirty from being outside and uneven. they were not filed to be even nor were they cleaned. the color i chose was baby pink but is clear on my nails. i paid $38 + $5 tip for terrible nails. very very upset

For the quality of my nails, I would rate it one star, but I am rating it three because the woman who did my nails was SO sweet. I got my nails done here about a week ago, and Im posting now because although my nails werent well done when I left, I hesitated to leave a review because the staff were so nice. First of all, it took over two hours for my nails to be done (dip nail, no tip, NO shaping) from the time I sat in the chair to the time I left. Multiple nails werent done correctly and had to be redone multiple times because they werent drying (something about using the wrong top coat?). When I left, multiple nails were still very visibly flawed. Now, they are chipping and wearing away in ways I didnt know were possible for dipped nails. The top coat is peeling back, and every single nail is affected. Also, as I mentioned before, my nails were not shaped AT ALL. They were left chunky and messy and I ended up shaping them myself at home because I had already been there way too long. I want to emphasize once again how nice everyone was, but I really dont understand why the quality of my nails is so poor.

I got the coffin design on acrylic tips and they barely lasted a week. I got them done on the 20th by the 24th, 2 nails had come off, by the 27th 4 more, and today (29th) the past one came off. $50 for nothing

I had got my nails done yesterday around 4 and one of my nails literally just popped off today while I was turning my steering wheel
