They are great about wearing masks and health procedures! I got a #2 which included a soothing massage and Im hooked! Great selection of colors and a good place to go with friends. One of my gal pals even brought her 4 year old daughter along for a color change and they were very accommodating.

The ladies at GoBahli are just great! Been going there for 3 years now. Gel manicure is so long lasting and pedicures are always stunning! I also get my eyebrows waxed there. Really nice staff and lovely salon.

The woman doing my nails made me bleed twice, and on top of that she wouldnt understand that i wanted red on the middle finger and black on the rest for both hands, so i gave up after repeating myself 5 tines and just let her do whatever pattern.

This was my second visit. Not sure why I went back, but was hopeful the product would be better. Received the nail dip which is suppose to last longer than than a gel manicure. Each time I got the dip it lasted two days before it started to start chipping. This last time I went back to let them see their product and they were extremely rude. Very poor service. Will not support this establishment again.

I am so pleased with this nail salon. Since moving to California I hadnt found the one until now. I was so impressed with my nails and they actually care about the customer experience. The prices are very reasonable. Another huge positive is they are open later than any other shop. I recommend going here, they have by far the best selection of gel colors Ive ever seen!!

We had 3 pedicures and they were horrible. They charged us to take off toe nail polish and also to scrub your heels. I would 100% not recommend going there. They were incredibly rude and yelled at my aunt because she got in the chair on the wrong side. They also forgot to put lotion on my moms legs. I would give it no stars if I could.

Had a great experience with Jenny! She stayed late on a Sunday to make sure my nails looked amazing. She took her time and was very sweet and pleasant to chat with. I booked another appointment on the spot and look forward to seeing what we do next time.

Okay this place is so unprofessional its not even funny. I am a stickler on time. If I schedule an appointment, I expect to be seen with 5 minutes of that appointment time. Maybe 10. However, I waited 30 minutes before they did my nails! I booked an appointment, and they took a walk in before me. I do not understand where they think that this is okay. As for the nails, they pressure you into getting more than what you want. Its annoying. Then my simple nails chipped within a day of getting them done. Usually I get at LEAST five days of wear time before they chip. My sisters acrylics broke off the day after she got them. She wasnt even rough with her hands. I will not be back. I could have done a better job myself.

Highly recommend the #3 pedicure at $50. Ah-mazing!!

They came out cute from afar they were super chunky and when one of the people drilled them it sliced into my nail all the way on the side and they are very uneven

They refused to give my friend her money back, AND charged her a fee for a fix. She got her acrylic nails done there twice in a week and they kept breaking. When she asked for just the fee ($30) back they said it’s against policy to give money back. She started crying and they called the police on her, and 5 cops showed up. My friend is black. You can see how this is beyond unprofessional...when normally nail places just give you money back. She didn’t want additional “fixes” at this point she just wanted to leave. (San Marcos Location)

I would give a 0 if it was possible. I got a French manicure done and was charged 45 even though their stated price at the front says 30. They are crooked and not even a week later they’re cracked, lifting, and have bubbles all in them! Don’t go, find somewhere else

Had advance appointment scheduled with Holly. Arrived early to learn Holly doesn’t come in on Wednesdays. I even saw my name with the time in their book. I’d been a regular here for 6 months with another technician who recently left. They took 2 walk ins in front of me and 30 minutes later I’m still waiting.

I went about 2 weeks ago and tried a dip for the first time. I went home with my thumb looking darker and after a couple days the color already chipping away. I was told that dip lasts just as long as a gel. If that is the case then my nails should still look great. They are almost all chipped with most of the polish gone. I’m giving 3 stars only because the place looked clean and the instruments used were brand new. I went for a eye brow wax and they had some water issues. There was hoses everywhere and the wax room looked kind of a mess. Under the circumstances, I’m not judging the wax room. I’m just really disappointed in the job they did on my nails.

Jenny is my favorite nail tech here she does amazing acrylic nails she is very sweet. Not alot of small talk but her work is always incredible. They last for a long time. My nails have never broke or cracked. She is very sweet and I cant wait to go back in to get another set done.

Good service 👍 reasonable prices 👍 and Very Clean shop. I use Dipping Powder and its not popular in Calif. My tech Jenny was Very Knowledgeable and did Exactly what I requested. If I lived here it would be my go to shop. I will say I had a Extremely Positive experience.

I wish I would have seen their review score before I had my nails done because I wouldn’t have gone. I do not live in the area but needed a manicure and this was the closest place to where I was. I had a gel manicure 2 days ago. Initially I was really irritated because I paid $35 (which is their cheapest option) for a manicure that didn’t look great. I can see polish streaks in my nails and there is polish on my skin that if I were to remove would mess up the nail even more. The reason I decided to leave a review is because 2 days after getting a manicure that is supposed to last for 2 weeks I just had an entire nail peel off. Super frustrating that I will now have to waste my time and more money to go to my normal manicurist and have her fix this. Save your time and money and do NOT go here.

Why does it seem men are better manicurists? Vincent is great. He makes sure you are comfortable and takes care of all the details. The salon is clean, bright, and comfortable.

The nail technician was so rude. The prices were too high, and she didn’t do a good job. I paid seven dollars less for the same service at a salon closer to my house and they did a better job.

This place is very unprofessional. We were told to wait for 15 minutes so the guy can come to do my daughter’s acrylic but never showed up. We were told to wait again another 5minutes but cancellled last minute. It is very inconvenient for a guest waiting. No professionalism at all. If you have another place to go to, I wouldn’t use this place. This is Go Bhali #180 store in San Marcos, Blvd. I just hope the owner would address this problem. It is no joke to waste someone else’s time.

Went here with my wife to get Pedicures. The Pedi was good... the leg massage was freaking amazing! Facility was clean and professional. If we are back in this area we would return here for sure.

Great place. On a Saturday, I thought that no nail salon would be still open. But to my surprise gobahli nails were open.Ive been getting manicure and pedicures professionally for many years. This mani-pedi was one of the best I have received. They are more expensive than other nail salons Ive visited. But they did a wonderful job.Im sure I will be back again.

Im never a fan of writing bad reviews, this place however has no customer service and their products they use might not be the best quality as to my experience. After 10 years of getting my nails done, the past 3 at the same location in OC, I have never had to go back to get my nails redone (the paint at least). Ive broken a nail here and there but thats just my fault cause I like my nails very thin and they are more prone to braking. Needless to say, this time I came here because I recently moved to the area and I needed to get my nails done. On Satuday, the day before Easter I went to GoBahli because its close to my house and the price seemed comparable to what I paid in OC. I did like that the lady left my nails thin, but once she painted them she was not painting the full nail. Ive never liked it when you see nails from the side and youre missing paint. Maybe Im too picky but I feel the painted should cover your whole nail. She made corrections to her painting job which was better than how they looked the first time. I left the place satisfied, however at the end of the following day (Easter Sunday) my nails were looking somewhat dull. I find this surprising as this has never happened to me this quick. My nails stay shinny for over a week and even when I go to get them redone after 2 weeks they still look shinny. I called on Monday and let the lady on the phone know what had happened. She asked me to go on Tuesday due to how busy they currently were. I told her I started my training at my new job and Friday is the next day I can go in. She said it was fine. Friday at 9am I walked in and was greated by an older lady. I told her why I was in. She began to argue that my nails are fine and thats what paint does. She acknowledged that my nails are looking dull and its because thats how paint and wear are. I asked if they could repaint them even if I have to pay (which I dont think thats how it should be but in this case my nails look like Ive had them for over 3 weeks and its embarrassing the way they look). She calls a younger girl to translate because at this point shes getting so upset, shes not even looking at me or even speaking English to me. Mind you wed only been speaking for about 3 minutes. A young girl comes from the back of the salon and shes asking me what the issue is (the older lady is speaking over me as I am trying to explain) and the young girl looks all confused. She grabs my hand and looks at my nails and says the same thing thats how paint and wear are. I mentioned to her I just got my nails done Satuday and that by the following day they were turning dull. I couldnt come in on Tuesday due to my job (the older lady still talking over us, very upset). The girl seemed to understand what I was saying based on how my nails looked however because the older lady was yapping away the girl said she said it would be $35 to redo your nails. I was taken aback and asked her if this price was just to repaint my nails? At this point the older lady had walked away upset over something so simple as to just repainting my nails. The young girl looked so confused and I couldnt believe that it would take all this just to repaint my nails. I wonder how they can retain a business with this kind of attitude. Perhaps its the limited English and their misunderstanding of customers but at the end that shouldnt be my fault and an issue this miniscule should have not resulted with someone getting upset and talking over customers. I just walked away. I didnt want to mirror her reaction nor her bad behavior. All this was a very unpleasant experience and I hope no one has to go through this over asking to get your nails repainted (even if you offer to pay for it after less than a week of getting yours nails done here). Their customer service was hidious. Hopefully this doesnt happen to anyone else, good luck if you venture to this place.

Never going there again, I gave them too many chances and I kept going because the salon is close to my job, but never once have I come out of there happy with their job, but this last time I really had it, they messed up on my nails and didn’t even say sorry or tried to make it up, they kept saying it’s my fault and talking about me in between them, they’re rude and they rush they’re always on their phone, and the salon looks dirty, I rather walk 15 mins to the salon down the street where they’re at least friendly,
