Super nice staff. I expected to go in and be greeted by angry people, but the person that helped me out was extremely polite and patient. Same story goes for the person I talked with on the phone. They must have had a staff overhaul recently because my experience there is nothing like what most of the reviews here say. Their easy to reach location in the middle of town, large sign to see at the end of the road, and branded tow trucks make them easy to reach.

Young lady that seemed to run the place was very nice and very professional. Play by the rules and theyll do what they can. Thanks guys

Dispatch person was so rude. Very condescending tt.MouthyI was parked in front of Ulta Friday night and went to Applebees for my Birthday dinner.My car was park in a regular parking space.We Went home with a neighbor because were drinking.I went back at 2:00 to get my car and it was Towed by this Company.The dispatch woman who I spoke to has a trash Mouth.Rudely she said if you have a problem with it then call and make dispute on Monday and Hung up on me.she wouldnt let me talk to anyone in Management!!!!!!!

Everyone is right that this place is ghetto and trashy. Did not feel safe coming here alone. I feel sorry for the workers, must be a very depressing environment to work at.

Took them 3 hours to come. Dont call them. Drivers are rude!

Warning!!!They towed my vehicle and the reception can’t locate it, what a joke, unprofessional service

I called to get a tow truck, we had an agreement of where we were going to meet at, prices, eveerything was set up, we told them we really needed the tow to a tire shop to get our tire fixed.. 1 hour and 15 mins past and they called us that they didnt have a tow truck anymore and so we missed the tire shop because they closed and it was a Saturday so now we had to wait until Monday. I was extremely disappointed and will NEVER take into consideration using A & A towing service.

Timely service but they charge a lot for towing, gate, and storage fees

They tow car illegally and extort money out of you by threating to take you so small claims court. They treat you as if you’re a criminal. Please stay away from them

Driver jumped into his truck, threw it into gear, and took off without looking where he was going, cutting people off and not seeming to care in the least.

Parked at Target parking lot near other stores. Dudes takes a photo of my vehicle and drives away-I caught up to him and took a photo of his vehicle. He then approaches me in a hostile way and flashes light in my face. I ignored him and kept going to my vehicle.

Trash at its worst, uneducated rude staff. Car was illegally towed and they dared me to take them to small claims. They know most people do not have the time and will just pay up than contest the ticket. Avoid at all cost.
