They are a predatory towing service. Parked in my own resident parking spot but I forgot to put the permit on the mirror. Yes I didn’t have my permit up but I was in my own spot. Nobody called to have me towed from my own spot. My car has been there everyday for over 6 months. No way their driver hasn’t seen it before. Easy money when what you do is theft and extortion. I gave two stars because at least they are courteous as they extort you. So I guess they have that going for them.

Weve all been there, the unintentional illegal parking, the act of doing without clear thinking. This silicon valley rat-race makes us rush around (not to mention COVID craziness) and my mom hadnt realized her handicap placard had expired. So, like any ordinary day, she pulled into the handicapped spot, hung her (expired) temporary placard on her rear-view and went about her day. Frantically searching for her car upon her return, my mom called me thinking initially that someone had stolen her car. WRONG! Her car had been towed. So why 5 stars? Despite the circumstances, the staff was friendly. They were unbelievably efficient and extremely professional. I got there right about closing time but they worked with me in ways I never imagined and I remain so grateful that people like Pablo (the manager) exist. Thank you for working with me to make sweet lemonade with some bitter lemons. Thank you!!

Abel is the most kind and understanding technician! The guy Is reasonable and understanding, I have never complimented a car tow company but this guy had me feeling compelled to share and spread his kindness.

That place stole my car . Said they couldnt see my handy cap plackerd. When it is clearly on the dash. Then take it not 2 miles and 10 mins later charge me$435.00 outragous

I got my car towed went down there got my car out no problem of course cost 330.00 dollars but the lady was very friendly it was quick and easy.

It isnt their fault my car was towed. They just doin their jobs. It was honestly an easy process once I got there. Just that I was told on the phone it wouldnt be over $275.00 and it ended up being $320.00 when I got there. I guess the other dude went home? Idk but it all effed up my day so 2 stars theres an imaginary .5 there also bahahah

I hope they dont believe in karma. I wouldnt want to work for them. They do the job the are allowed to do with kickbacks to local apartments. But again I wouldnt ever want to be them. Such a horrible job.They towed my car one time with the guest pass in plain sight. Had to drive there and they wanted to charge me. Finally let me into the lot to show them the guess pass was right in the window and they let my car go without fees (like they were doing me a favor) lol.

Heck awaits all those who work there. Predatory towing with massive add-on fees. Contracts with apartment complexes to remove resident vehicles if their tag is not visible. Charges hundreds, which in court they will have to return... but they count on you not wanting to go through the trouble. Karma demands retribution.

My parents went to Target on Capitol Expressway and King and they parked in the handicap Zone with their plaque they were only in there for 10 minutes they came back and they towed their vehicle when my father called the tow truck company they said his plaque was expired so they ended up Towing it my father and my mother have an updated plaque they just had it in another vehicle and they thought they got the right plaque so when I call to see if they could you know work with us on the towing fees because my parents are on a fixed income and they do have the correct plaque they said they couldnt help them my parents had to wait at Target for two to three hours just to get picked up at Target because rebellos ended up Towing my parents vehicle away for having the expired plaque that expired last month or the beginning of this month but they do have the correct plaque they even took it to the towing company and they still didnt want to give them a break they were rude when we went in when my father got into his vehicle all his stuff that was supposed to be in his glove compartment was thrown out in the front seat and on the floor

Their manager Pablo was the rudest management I’ve ever met. When your car gets towed, you’re already having a bad day. They should expect customers to be upset. He made a point to counter my frustration with unprofessionalism and pettiness. If you don’t want to ruin people’s days, don’t work at a tow company. He should know what to expect. his unprofessionalism and rudeness is everything a manager SHOUDN’T be.

They sneakily towed my vehicle from a location that was in a so called fire lane that was poorly marked as such, late at night where cars always park with no problems, where it had only been parked for a few minutes after it was unloaded at a friends apartment. Tow truck driver had to use a flashlight just to take a picture in order for him to see the marking in a picture for their proof my vehicle was in a fire lane.

They will give you the run around.

My car was towed from my brand new apartment parking space. Moved in 1 week ago and was towed due to a supposed wrong parking permit. The parking permit had my parking space on it.... These Guys are thieves, just out here stealing cars and holding them hostage to make a quick $320.00 off of a single mom.

Even if you pick up the car within 10 minutes of them towing they will charge you a 112$ fee for a gate charge and a 95$ fee for holding the car. Looks like this is their business model to make money.

They work with spotters. They charge unfair fees. Literally seeing your car getting parked in the towing parking doesn’t justify waiving storage fee. They charge unreasonable and unfair $112 late fee. This business is scam and has nothing to do with public safety.

This company is horrible they towed my van infront off my apartment and it had a visible decal. I told them I was a single mother and they had my carp seats in my van. They said to figure it out. It seemed to me that they take GOOD care of the client, the only thing I felt upon entering was sadness, it lacks a little more joy, that office.if it had a little more atmosphere to at least feel it ..I would gladly go to turn off, because as I saw them without offending anyone,. They stole my aunts car. She is elderly dropping off and picking up food due to covid since we cant go visit. Everyone is financially struggling and they had the audacity to steal her car infront of our garage door that was open. $500! Thats how much they stole from her. Its a private neighborhood. Will take this to the homeowners association.

These guys have a scam going with Avalon Willow Glen in San Jose, I strongly suspect. They randomly tow your car from the parking lot; the signage is poorly written and ambiguous in order, I assume, to entrap people; then the garage charges $450. Totally unethical.

I was rear ended this afternoon along 85 and slammed the car infront of me. My car was damage and i was shaken with what happened. After exchange of information i slowly drove home and park my car in front of our garage. Went inside to inform my family what happened and called my insurance. After few minutes got a call from neighbors someone towing my car. This is apartment complex compound. I paid $112 for the guy to let go of my car. I even called their office what i had been thru but useless as these people are SCAMMERS! I Work hard even at times of Covid and these people just took away my hard earned money just like Muggers do. Shameless people!

Parked my car for 3 minutes to go to the restroom and it was gone right after I came out. Unreasonably high price and unethical business practice. It seemed like they practiced their hooking skills really well so they could get away quick for people who does temp parking that is less than 5 minutes.

Horrendous.They towed my car without leaving a note. I was working hard and didn’t get out out my house for 2 days.Got charged for $95/day, then +$112 because it’s a weekend. It’s very clear they do business on weekend.... it’s fully staffed....Fml

Lets preface this with no one is ever happy to go here. If you are here, it means someone called these guys to take your car away.That said, I had a perfectly reasonable experience with this company. They towed my AWD vehicle properly (all 4 wheels off the ground) as to prevent transmission damage, and they were quick to process the release paperwork.

My only experience here was with my dad. They have auctions here I guess almost every Saturday. So my experience Id definitely say they deserve 4 stars. Sorry if your car got towed, mine has gotten towed plenty of times.

Very rude service....terrible terrible people. I think they intentionally make wait till almost the towing driver leave...of course I was force to pay him 1 hour waiting time. When I try to explain my situation to the reception deck, she kick me out of the room and closed the door and roll down the window curtain, mean while she keep talking to me in Spanish as if she doesnt speak english. I come to know she does speak english when she ask me my ID...the service was terrible and the people are very rude...plus I been have been rip off more than $1200 by rebellos...very terrible people.

Charged me 420 to get my car. I was parked at a friends apartment. I was there for less than 15 minutes. My car is gone no notice no nothing. I call police they tell me it was towed. They tell me it ll be an additional 90 if you pick it up tomorrow. I needed it for work even if cost was lower in morning. Complete extortion

Predatory towing practices. They have people looking out for them watching you so they can tow your car right away. They have contracts with apartment complex and business so you don’t even have case. Police won’t even help you in that case. Just be careful when and where you chose to park your car.

Rebellos lurks around apartment complexs to see if any vehicles are parked on a red line. If so they tow your car immediately. This is a scam they have with the apartment complex. They both profit from it.

My truck was towed in a private property, where their private security department worked with their towing department to create a practice of predatory towing practices.

Worst front facing people I have ever seen. Without any question from our side, he was irritating on us. At one point thought of going legally on his behaviour.

Easy and quick. Vicki helped me out and explained everything, she was great.Always sucks to get towed but they made it easy! Car wasnt marked up at all, wasnt dirty, wasnt damaged.

This company is an unfortunate example of what human kindness look likes. People make mistakes; I parked my car partially on my driveway and partially in the street. The entire street is considered a no parking fire lane. I had my hazard lights on and my garage door open as my boyfriend and I were unloading his suitcases and using the restroom after a coming from the SF airport. We were upstairs for about 5 minutes, maybe 6 or 7 and my car was towed. I got to the lot with my hazard lights on. Any individual could tell the driver would be coming back, but not Rebellos . I got to the lot within 25 minutes of my car being towed from in front of my home and they charged me $310 dollars. Thanks Rebello for allowing me to start 2019 off great! Additionally, one of the workers proceeded to laugh at my boyfriend and I as we were picking up our car. Your lack of empathy for people in tense moments is disgusting.

Theyll drive around and take cars from apartment complexes in the middle of night, mine was over New Years, I guess they target holidays?Theyre in violation of the General Authorization signed with the property owners. Cars may only be towed without property owners consent IF:parked within 15 feet of a fire hydrant, ORparked in a fire lane, ORparked in a way to interfere with the entrance to and exit from the property, regardless of posted signs or lack of permit or whatever BS they tell you.

I guess its more important for the owners of this company to make money even during this crisis where people are staying at home not working than anything else!!! My truck was towed from the apartments where I live because it was parked on the common parking spaces I have a parking permit on the windshield of the truck and yet they just towed I GUESS THEIR JOB IS ESSENTIAL!!!

Woman working at front desk was rude. Drivers were nice enough but coulda reversed my suv out thr back of the lot from behind other cars instead of just moving it just out of hiring distance by an inch and having me reverse it out the lot

The worst towing company ever. My friends car was towed even though it was registered for parking in a community. What was surprising is my two other friends had their car parked without registering and towing company only placed warning signs on them.! They cherry pick the cars! Dumb A**holes!

I got charged $420 to get my car back on that same night. Absolutely nonsense. I will def visit this place soon with my attorney.

They took my car from a parking lot that had visiting hours. They took it during visiting hours, and then lied about how “they never give warnings” even though I’ve seen them give warnings to other people including my bf... they charged $310 for towing my car a couple of miles. They are thieves. They make a living by taking people’s money. I would feel ashamed to work at a place like that knowing that my paycheck comes from the theft of other hardworking American’s money.

This company is horrible. If you want to to tow someone thats park at a visitor parking spot make sure you have a sign at the visitor parking spot. My mothers car was park at a visitor parking spot for 30 mins n they towed it. You cant be making money like that.
