This place is super friendly and reasonable! I’m telling you they can literally tow ur car anywhere u need it. he fit the HUGE truck through the smallest places and i’m just amazed. 10/10 Highly recommend going to them for towing!

The driver Ben showed up on time which was approximately 15min after ordering the tow for a company vehicle. We had a 40min drive together to the drop destination and had great friendly conversation to make the time go by faster. His driving was safe and the tow cab was kept clean. He was very quick and thorough loading the vehicle as well as unloading the vehicle. I usually don’t write a review on companies but this one was worth mentioning as I found it the best tow experience i have ever had in my 40yr lifetime. Thanks for the great service and conversation Ben! Keep up the excellent work!

Amazing service! Dispatch team was extremely helpful and the driver was the best ever. I was in a very hard area to find (San Pablo Reservoir) but he took his time to find it, called me to keep me updated on this ETA. He has the car loaded in mins and we were off. He was extremely careful with my car, drove really well. We had a great conversation all the way to San Jose. Unloading the car at the shop and parking it in safe location was handled professionally. Highly recommend Toro Road Runners.

Martin C was professional at all times. He is a very cautious driver. I was impressed by his skills. He has a lot of experience and took the time to not only help me but also educate me about my car and what to do if something goes wrong. I will definitely call Toro Road Runners and ask for Martin C again!

Not sure how Google gave them above 4 stars. Fake reviews. Avoid if possible absolutely. Dispatcers are liars and crooks. They said pick up an hours. Over 3 hours did not come. They say you can not cancel services or you will be charge $50.as other people have complained. Very shady. Avoid as possible.

I do have to say i was very impressed by the quality of service i got from this company. The dispatch Kristine is very nice and worked with me on the prices. The wait time of the tow truck was about 35 minutes as promissed. If I went with my AAA i wouldve waited about 3 hours! Awesome job guys!

I called for a tow service and I was to it would take about 45 min but my the truck driver Ben came in less then 30 minutes, not just that but he really nice and helped me close my roof with no power.

Driver arrived fast and did the job quick, and was not even that pricey. Recommended!

Stay away, I was quoted a range when called for service ($49.99 for the call + $55-$85 for the job). For a 0.3 mile tow I was charged $140. Why would you even provide a range if you are going to charge the maximum quoted? I called to dispute the price and was told that the driver sets the final price. I asked the driver and he said that it was actually the dispatcher. It all just didn’t feel right - very dishonest, felt like a total bait and switch. On top of that, the dispatcher was rude and hung up in the middle of the conversation.
