This Planet fitness wants the customer do all the work to get checked in up front and when the customer does not understand the stupid technology they all set behind the counter and laugh underneath there break at you. The professionalism at the Planet Fitness on Del Prodo store is far better. I will never go back to this location

My name is Elida and I been loyal to this gym for 2 years. One of the reasons I’ve been loyal to this gym is the amazing equipment, motivating staff. Blake at PF is honestly one of the best of the best. Top tier. He is one of the reason I keep going on this fitness journey. I love his energy and the way he makes me feel & others costumer! Great experience especially for those who starting their fitness journey!

Very clean facility and friendly staff - great value for the price!

I have been a member of Planet Fitness for over a year. And even though I havent been going very much at all because of the health scare, I have been paying my membership fees. This morning they deducted a yearly maintenance fee of $41.34 so i called them up and was told I can cancel the membership, but in person and they would take care of the fee which would be for this coming year, so I went up to Planet Fitness. But when I spoke to the person that said he was the general manager, He said that even seeing that I cancelled the membership he wouldnt reimburse the money taken out of my account. I guess they must be hurting for the money pretty bad. Make sure that you check the fine print on their agreement seeing that they really lack in customer service. I also plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Employees are Nice and usually available. They arent very outgoing to offer assistance.John H

I love going to planet fitness but theyre cleaning products that we use to clean the machines after we get done using them it makes my nose constantly run and I also spoke to another lady at the gym and she said the same thing I think planet fitness needs to change their cleaning products to something different

Solid Planet Fitness. Not usually busy, even before the pandemic, so its good to have access to equipment! Pretty clean with good bathrooms

This is to the owner and manager you need to get on top of all the equipment that is not working properly or has a out of order sign on it . Some equipment has been out of service for months. I home you address theses problems in a timely manner.

Just started back after a break due to Covid. The staff is fantastic and it is very clean. Along with each person cleaning the machines after use their is a staff member going around hourly cleaning all the equipment thoroughly. I was highly impressed. If you havent been back since the shut down go back and check it out.

This is a great place to lift, stretch, and move the body! Lots a machines to test you, and free weights available. Also, friendly staff, and very clean.

Im very impressed with Planet Fitness. I have never seen a piece of equipment that was marked out of order like so much of the equipment at another gym to which I used to belong. Planet Fitness has a large variety of resistance training machines and a large cardio section. The gym is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. I will recommend it to my friends.

Everything was working, I would just love to see more people wearing masks and cleaning the machines after themselves 😬

We highly recommend this location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of machines and not too crowded.We joined for 4 months while we were in Ft Myers. The club is very clean, the staff worked tirelessly to keep it spotless. They even made sure the shoe treads were clean on the elliptical machines. The equipment is in good shape and we didnt see anything sit waiting for repair for very long, if ever.If you want a clean place to work out and a reasonable cost then dont bother looking at the competition. I can say from experience you will find them to be very dirty and not well kept up.

Gym is always consistently clean and the personal are friendly. Caleb works overnight ( since my spouse and I go there at 3 am he is who we encounter the most)He is a bundle of energy, always cleaning, always greets everyone by name and always has a smile on his face.I manage about 20 employees in my current career. I wish I had a couple of Calebs to work with me. Your people are you most valuable resource you take care of them and they will take care of your business.Im proud of my gym and I brag about it others every chance a I get.Keep us the good work.Terry S

I have worked out at many gyms. Gotta say this is the cleanest, best managed place ever. They have more than enough equipment, programs, trainers.etc.. Wouldnt work out anywhere else. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Thanks for the great place to get rid of my stress!!!

I have been a member for a year and a half. Love the facilities, but Im tired of waiting for someone to let me in the black card spa. I time my workout so I can relax on the hydromassage bed. I dont think I should have to track anyone down to set it up. You need at least two people on the floor to solve this problem. One person can not do it all.

Well, we just started here as black card members once everything reopened. The facility is clean and very nice. No complaint with that...However. The staff is the most undertrained I may have ever seen. I’m talking about behind the front desk. I realize most are likely new after reopening but TRAIN THEM. 4 visits. All different employees. Always bewildered. No supervisor to be found.2 people behind the desk could not figure out how to schedule us on the hydro massage. That’s their only job is to check in guests and assign black card area reservations. The blame here is strictly management.We are going to try the location in the Cape. Hopefully better.

Don’t get me wrong it’s a really nice gym, everyone is nice and very helpful but I am so annoyed. Last year I had to move to Georgia and then someone stole my debit card so I canceled that card. My membership was still connected to the card but was not being paid. I moved back and paid what I owed not once but THREE times. When I went to cancel I was told I STILL owe. Paid for a fourth time and canceled. Fast forward to today and I was charged $41.78, so I called and for some reason they “don’t have any record that I paid anything today.” So where is my money then? Absolutely terrible payment system

My all time gym when they say judgement free at this gym they mean it I went in at 220 had no clue what I was doing. I am at 160 very comfortable at this gym and enjoy my work outs

I called on 12/20/20 to N Ft Myers PF AT 10:03am. I spoke with Zach. I asked him if they had classes. He hesitated and said he didnt think so. I asked for personal training. He said a guy might move up to PT in Feb. I asked if they would trainers soon or are hiring. He said they only use one trainer in that club and he wont be certified till Feb 2021. I asked how they will have no trainers come Jan the biggest exercise month of the whole year. He said he dont know. I asked if I can speak to his general manager he told me he is not taking his GM AWAY from important work to answer these unnecessary questions. I then asked for GM NAME and Zach told me He refuses to give out that info. I then asked Zach if he thought I was calling from corporate ( bc his behavior was horrific just service) and maybe he assumed I was someone he worked with. Zach said his GM DOES NOT HAVE TIME OUT OF HIS BUSY DAY TO ANSWER THESE TYPES OF QUESTIONS FROM CLIENTS! Yes, my hubby and I are both clients and wanted to know about PT TRAINERS AND PACKAGES TO PURCHASE. Here is the thing, ZACH YOU DONT KNOW WHO WANTS THIS INFORMATION IN ADDITION TO MYSELF.Not only did you solicit a Corp review, you just lost two clients prem memberships and 6 months of personal training. Hubby and I were going to get three months each. Never got that far bc u refused to pass me on to a manager than can actual provide customer service.You are not appropriate for this job. You are contributing to the loss of members, you turn away new members and lose thousands on PT. WHY IS ZACH WORKING FOR PLANET FITNESS? GM- take note, start listening to calls, and stop hiring those who are just there to answer the phone, hire those who actually put effort in for paying (years) clients. DMP AKA Ms. Helen Hunt. 24 hours, you can come and workout any time and they have a lot of great equipment and kind staff, the people there are nice to, if you ever have a question dont be afraid to ask, a place with no judgement.

Coming from out of town to this club.1. terrible surroundings not comfortable2.they make you wear eyewear that you have to bring or you purchase them even when you tell them that you have it they need to see it.In my clubs in Ohio they don’t do that.You think they would make him some concessions to people that are not from here and they do it differently.. Always clean, friendly night staff, everything works.If I do notice anything Ive told Will and he always takes care of it. I love PF especially the open 24hrs. And cant forget the AmAZinG hydro massage beds!!!!

I absolutely love my Planet Fitness. I love how its well-lit! its spacious, its clean, the showers are always clean, its just a really nice atmosphere. Its great that the music is never crazy or loud, also everyone is very nice and hospitable. The water is cold, the machines are always working correctly and the lockers are good good-sized. Its close to my home!! I love it!!

While on vacation used my Black card to workout in the cape coral location. Stay pumped!!!!

I love the staff! They greet me every morning and know me by name, even got my preferences for tanning memorized 😁 The variety of machines is perfect. Only down fall is not having more classes in weekday morning for us early birds to participate in. Other then that... A+++ in my book! Thank PF and team!

Went at 1 in the morning and the man up front was very nice. The lockeroom was clean as was the workout equipment. Bonus points for the cleaning stations on being very clearly labeled.

This gym is always clean and machines are in working order. Proper social distancing and sanitation is in place. The staff is friendly.

Excellent customer service. Love the massage chairs afforded to Black Card members. The Circuit makes a 30-minute workout worthwhile and fun! Nice air-flow, good music and ESPN on the TV!

Ive my gym, always clean. The staff is always helpful,and available. They continually check and fix anything broken. Its a gym for real people, not just the skinny, muscular ones.

In two years, I never used the facility. I signed up online and when I got to the Cape Coral location to pick up my card, the people were so put out by my presence that I didnt even enjoy the thought of going back. Then the NFM location opened in time for me to close the account. However, I will say BRIAN was the nicest guy on the Planet Fitness when I stopped in to close my account. Kudos to Brian. Brian is 5 stars!

The staff makes rude and unprofessional comments about people that come in to work out. If there was another gym closer I would go there instead. You get what what you pay for.

It is the cleanest gym i have been to and everyone there is friendly. The equipment is in great shape. No torn seats. There is a great mix of people age wise. This gym is a great fit for me. If i had any complaint i wish they had location closer to where i live in East Fort Myers Riverdale area and maybe they will in time. Well worth 30 minute trip now.

Great experience so far!...Joined about a month ago and have really enjoyed the experience. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. All of the exercise equipment is clean and functional and best of all my wife is enjoying it!

I have done a lot of travel and been to many Planet Fitness locations. Most locations are essentially the same, with the exception of the locker rooms and showers. This is one of the best locations. It has good water pressure and actual hooks to hang your towel. If it had separate dressing areas attached to each shower it would rival the best marinas Ive been to. Ive never been to a Planet Fitness location that had attached dressing rooms so 4 stars. Thats something that corporate Planet Fitness headquarters should look into.

Love the gym, very clean and spacious. But your staff OMG!!! You need to hire people who are more professional and polite when your clients call. I just called to ask questions about billing, because my membership was set up by my husband. And your assistant manager was so rude and unprofessional. First she yelled at me accusing me that I was yelling then realized that her volume was high because it’s loud at the club. Then treated me like I was an idiot for having billing questions. Well I’m sorry for protecting my money. You don’t judge people for their appearance but judge people for having questions. I bet if you were getting charged an annual fee after only being a member for 2 months you’d have a lot of questions too.In conclusion, your staff sucks!

Great gym with lots of equipment. Even when it is busy still no real wait for machines. They always keep the locker rooms and main gym very clean. The staff is very helpful. If you sign up as a black card member you can Use the massage chairs aqua beds and tanning booths.

This is still a fairly new facility so all of the equipment is in good condition. I will say that the staff was not very friendly when this location first opened but they have gotten better. I like the layout of this location better than the Cape Coral location and they seem to have more equipment than the Cape as well. The only downside is that the capabilities of the treadmills at this location are not as good as the Cape. They are new but a lower-end model compared to the others. Another perk to this location is the Black Card member area. This location made it more private which is pretty cool. Overall this is a really nice gym and I enjoy going here.

I Love This Facility. I was hesitant about working out again but I feel so comfortable and come 3-4 times a week. My husband and I spend about 2 hours each time and were Black Card Members so we always bring a guest too, making it more fun.We enjoy going at night so the 24 hour access helps 😊

Honestly if I could rate this a million stars I would. First they have the beautiful beautiful ginger man in the red shoes welcoming you and making you weak in the knees. Then the beautiful man I think his name is Kevin there so handsome. The girl who works late night is so friendly. Like I literally drive from Lehigh because it feels like home. Beautiful ginger man if you’re reading this I love you and you are the love of my life. Also other beautiful man you’re pretty high up on the list. Keep up the good work.

The great thing about this place is the fact that they inexplicably live up to their promise of coming to workout without the judgement. It is a gloriously clean facility that cares about its clients and they are excited to prove it to you. I have never, throughout all the many times Ive been here, heard a negative comment come out of ANY of their staffs mouths. It is their policy to protect their clients from negativity. You come to work out and thats exactly what you are going to get. Ive noticed that at alot of gyms, the customers come in dressed in all brand new gear and they spend their time flirting with each other. You came to Planet Fitness to workout, lets get to it!!

I love that I can do my exercise and then get an enhancement, jet massage, or a back massage to alleviate any muscle discomfort after the workout to relax my body. I can have massages done before or after or both.

I go to the one in North Ft Myers and its a further drive for me but so worth it.The staff there are awesome especially the morning early afternoon they are so happy to see me.I love this gym, the members are nice as well.Great parking as well.Being a black card member is so worth it.Love the hydro massage bed at the end of my hard work out.Im a plus size but working hard to not be one for long.

Great Gym, fair monthly fee open 24 hours a day, what more can you ask for? Just a warning if you change memberships from another PF Gym, makes sure you get a new key chain bar code. When your old PF gym stops receiving payment they mark your PF gym membership as cancelled. Friendly staff, new equipment, you cannot beat it!! Get off that couch and go work out

Im kinda upset with the new staff they hired here. I absolutely love this gym Ive been coming here for a year and half I chose the North ft Myers one to because it works with my busy work schedule being open 24-7. But I as a black card member I reserved a hydro bed at 1:01pm for a bed at 1:12pm. So I was waiting to see which bed to jump on. Told me its gonna be 20 mins from the time I reserved it.i swear if I go up their in 20 mins and the bed is being used Im calling corporate. The last few months Ive been coming here Ive seen so many people canceling their membership here now I can see why. I miss the old managers!

I was very impressed with this gym, the amount of equipment that it has and also the cleanliness. The trainers are very pleasant and willing to take the time to answer all your questions
