After waiting 3 hours for a driver, my vehicle was then taken to the wrong drop off location. After calling back to get it towed to the right spot they refused to reimburse me for the mistake and still wanted me to pay 100$ out of pocket to get my car towed one mile. I would highly advise against using united for towing needs.

These guys were great. Came quickly and were able to help me with a difficult tow. Would definitely use again anytime I’m in need.

Super bad service, the towing company arrived 20 mins earlier than the estimated arrival time and they wouldnt wait for 1 minute and didnt let us know ahead, and they just left, what the hell?

Geico roadside assistance sucks, and this company has a bad attitude!
