So much to say about Niko Nails. First of all, they do beautiful work. You can bring a design and their artists will be able to match it perfectly. With that being said, this place has zero customer service. So many things to list. Lets start with the appointment system: youll call for an appointment, which theyll take and confirm with you. When you show up for the appointment they do not greet you, look up from the work their doing, or even just acknowledge you, youll stand there for minutes before greeted. When they do acknowledge you they have no record or your name for the appointment, and are told to come back another day. IF they do acknowledge your appointment you will sit and wait for 30 minutes waiting. -I simply dont understand the point of appointments if we are still waiting this amount of time. I once called to confirm my appointment, and was hung up on 3 times. Unfortunately this has happened to me a few times, I chalked it up to them being busy. Secondly, man are they rough. They will cut your cuticles over and over, if you complain they will ignore you with an eye roll. Thirdly, THEY DO NOT CLEAN ANYTHING!!! I watched technicians use the same cutters from one client to the next with not sanitizing it. Fourth, they are over charging. Plain and simple. What once was $75 (including tip) is now $100+ for the same service, same design, same length. I used to love getting my nails done, and now I do them at home. The owner Niko literally does not care at all about the clients who fill her shop and pay the excess amount she charges.

Please do not go there horrible Customer service the lady that sits up front has horrible customer service its totally overprised .To top It off they Overbooked appointments for the same time make you wait for hours and dont even care to apologize or make corrections. I had a terrible experience I will never ever go back again do not go there.

I have my own nail place, but I don’t like the pedicures there so I tried this place since I just moved in the neighborhood, the first time I got a pedicure it wasn’t great but it’s convenient so I thought well maybe somebody’s having an off day so I’ll try again. I got another pedicure the other day it was just OK, I think $40 for a pedicure That is just OK it’s highway robbery, I guess it helps them out that their location is considered “Willow Glen”, it’s probably just worth me driving out of the way to get a really good pedicure for half the price, I go to the best nail shop in the area and I don’t even pay that for my nails.....Perfect 10 nails on Almaden expressway $33 to get my nails done, and they’re always perfect... by the way, how do you pay taxes and keep track when you guys only except cash, How are you OK with customers walking in and walking out because they don’t have cash and you’re OK with it.

Good work but terrible customer service. I’ve tried going back because I thought maybe the person was having a bad day but nope.. TERRIBLE customer service. The last time I went they cut me after I continuously made it clear she was hurting me.

Been coming to Niko for years, she is the best by far! No other nail lady comes close to the quality of the nails and her designs. Youll need an appointment so call ahead. Her Instagram says it all.

Wife loves this place. Niko is the one she always goes to and I gotta say her nails always come out looking good. Not exactly the funnest place for husbands who chill with their wives but the wife likes it so then so do I.

I have been going to this nail salon for a long time. I really like the work I have had done. But, today not only did the lady that did my nails burn me over 6 times with the electrical nail filer, she did my nails a total different shape that I asked for. Midway, I showed her the picture of the nail shape I wanted (again) squareoval- she did mine -ballerina style. She said she would fix it. She did not, when I let her know they were not the shape I asked for, she asked me what I wanted done. She said to leave it or take off and someone else do them. I opted for her to remove them and I would wait. She removed them and burned my nails again another 3 times. The owner Michael said everyone was booked for the rest of the day,I said sure, I can come back another day with someone else. As I was walking out I saw a dear friend of mine getting her nails done, I started chatting with her. Niko, the salon manager from behind started yelling in front of everyone to my back you dont listen, youre trouble- mind you, Ive been coming here on and off for years and think theyre great. I did not engage. At the same time, I was told I had to pay for the removal of my old set of nails. I paid, said goodbye to my friend and left. I also spent over 1.5 hours getting ny nails done the wrong way, total waste of time. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB, and if you experience something similar, please do so as well.

Today was my first time visiting this salon and I was so impressed. I will definitely be back to visit -Niko Nails- and get my dipping powder nails done again!

I had made my appointment early in the morning because I had other important things to do that day. I scheduled my appointment at 10:00am, but did not get attended until 10:50am. Niko did my nails and they came out beautiful, but she also cut me horribly with the electric nail filer. She cut me on three of my fingers, it burns constantly, and it’s getting infected... which scares me because I did not see her clean her equipment when she finished with a client prior to me. I am devastated because I would love to come back to get my nails done again, but this past experience will prevent me from ever coming again. Mind that the place is very unsanitary, dirty, and stuffy.

The people that work there are very rude and not professional at all. She need a whole new staff that knows how to treat customers.

They do great work. Youre recommended to make an appointment. But walk in are always welcome.

Really bad customer service and they wont let you pay with card. They are not upfront about that btw. Cash only and the lame excuse is that the machine is broken. I hate this! I dont like using these ATM machines that charge fees, plus my bank fees. Screw this place. I dont recommend and I wont be back.

They do a good job on my nails but the lady who I think is the owner is so rude I hate going here. I keep telling myself to go somewhere else but stick w it bc I know it. They only accept cash and if it is the first time they will let you use credit. I went this time and forgot to get cash on the commute...i tipped the lady the 10.00 cash I had on 33.00 nails which she put on my card. Only to have the owner walk over and scold me telling me she told me no cards last time and not to let it happen again. I dont think it will as I wont be back.

Today I experienced something a bit more touching, a connection with having my nails down with a person that understood me!

Communication gets 1 star. Service is shabby as the interior is and lacks consistent help. The products used are cheap. A pie hole of a place. Thats my words.
