My first spin class and it was awesome! Staff was helpful and the instructor, Casey, was super enthusiastic and fun. Comes with towels, showers, and a locker. Shoe rentals cost $2-$3. Overall a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to a friend!

From the STELLAR teachers to the AMAZING staff, this is my favorite place to work out. They really make you feel at home and welcome every time you come to the studio. This is a great addition in my life as the workout is great and the energy in this studio is even better. Keep up the good work. Also - plenty of parking since this is at Santana Row!

The facility is clean and the staff and instructors are amazing! My personal favorite instructors are Roger and Casey. They have 2 different styles but the one thing they have in common is that they motivate you to always break a sweat. I started in August not knowing what to expect and now I ride 2 to 3 times a week and I am so happy my friend introduced me! Also Soul Cycle has a wonderful inviting community you will feel right at home which I love!

Was in town with work and popped in to see if I could join one of the classes, everyone I spoke to was super helpful and I got booked onto a class the following morning. The class itself was amazing - Casey the instructor is so motivational and I loved the mix of spin and weights exercise and the music was awesome - one of the best Spin classes I have ever been to. If you are close to one of their studios then a visit is an absolute must - you won’t regret it

Usually a great experience here, however, after signing into my bike today, a member of staff found me in the locker room and informed me they bumped me from my bike so another staff member could ride it instead. I had reserved it ahead of time.By the time I got my new seat sorted, I went from the front row to the back row. Luckily only one of the two cup holders was broken on my bike. Pretty disappointed.Roger still gives a great class though - amazing! I might just go to the Los Gatos location from here on.

Great studio, just like all other SoulCycle studios but newer! Instructors and staff are very friendly! The only thing is I wish they had more showers!
