This gym is absolutely amazing! The trainers are great, always pushing you and motivating you. I love the workouts! Each class is about 30-40 minutes, but intense. For those who need a modified version, the trainers are there to help. I just got done doing one of their classes and I burned 493 calories in 42 minutes. I definitely recommend this gym, and their products!
