Does anyone know if they ever gonna open again?

Loved the smaller less crowded gym. its not intimidating like large gyms could be. Cant wait for it to reopen.

Does anyone know if this place is permanently closed? I’ve been trying to contact them via phone and email and no luck

Great gym. Their machines are always available because they have so many. Great energy by the staff and patrons. I felt really encouraged to get a good workout. I look forward to coming back for their stair machine.

Same experience as some of the people below have been sharing - tried to cancel my membership and was still being charged. Caught it late because I wasnt expecting to still be charged for something I had asked to cancel. Checked my credit card to make sure I wasnt being charged again and there was still an amount being paid. Called them to check why this was happening as I had only been told I needed to pay a $10 cancellation fee. Was told I needed to provide 45 days notice of intent to cancel. Even though I requested to cancel back in May. Manager I was talking to tried to blame this lack of information on another employee.As other reviews have noted - terrible management (or maybe just one person). No where else would it be this much of a hassle to cancel something. All a customer should have to do is say that would like to cancel.Dont get drawn in by the deals - theyll get you on the back-end.Its a shame because the rest of the staff are pretty friendly.

This gym was good one year ago. Now the gyms group classes are always crowded and you can not even find a spot on the yoga class. As others commented, its always a pain to cancel your membership and the manager never replies your email.

I love this gym and cant wait for it to reopen!

If someone asks me about this place, I definitely says there customer service is very poor and thy charge you over without your knowing. I don’t recommend!

Everything went well until I decided to stop the membership. The gym showed that my balance due was zero but the head company Town Sports International showed that I needed to pay 48 dollar. I only found out of this after I received the collection company notice. After 10 calls to different places and over two months, this issue is still not resolved. The management of this company is really low efficient.

I really love this gym. Mainly because no men. Sorry, not sorry. I used to go in the afternoon where theres no one but classes would start later but now I go when the gym opens and 2-3 hours before it closes. I always take the effort to check if workout classes are in session via TW app, just so I know what to expect traffic wise. Most of the time, the gym is clean. I always see one of the staff cleaning and checking the bathrooms regularly. If you see something run out like toilet paper or paper towels, dont hesitate to ask the staff. Only bad encounter I had was when I had an emergency call while on the stair master (I was trying to handle it quietly) and one of the personal trainers went up to me to tell me to get off the phone, only moments later, an older woman next to me on a treadmill went on a call and was super loud and the trainer did not act on it.There were many encounters where there would be so many older women on their phones and the same trainer that told me to not be on mine, didnt do anything about it. Welp, still love the gym because I think the manager is super nice and her staff are great. Just watch out for the personal trainers. They are pretty rude.

If you are searching for a place with privacy for women only, then you might like this place. The memberships deals are good. The spa is amazing, I love it. The place is clean and simple. Classes are the best. The staff are nice. There are private lockers. However, one star is missing because the Wifi is horrible.

They run kids club for mother exercisers but it is often full. Don’t waste your money there where you cannot go, mothers!!!!!!

Love this womens only gym! So happy to not feel worse about my body as I work out! Plenty of machines and classes!

Very bad experience. They save your credit card and charge you as many times as they want. If you tell them their mistake instead of returning money right away on card they ask you to wait for more than a month for reprocessing.

I love this gym! I have been a member since it opened a few years ago. The gym and locker room are super clean and well maintained. The locker room has spa qualities complete with steam and sauna room. The showers Include complimentary soap and shampoo.On weekdays the gym can get busy during peak hours 5-7pm so you need to be patient with the machines and sign up early for group fitness classes. Peak season is jan-march where it is always the busiest but then tapers off. The group fit classes are great but fill up quickly so make sure you get there early to sign up! I hope they listen to their members and add more classes especially during peak hours and morning times. The spa facility is also great. I get services 2x a month and have not been disappointed yet! The cost of the gym membership can be pricey, but if you exercise often its totally worth it. I love that fact that it is women only and a judgement free zone. The trainers are there to assist you and dont make you feel dumb asking questions on form and proper weight use. Overall I would highly recommend this gym to women looking for a nice clean place to workout and stay healthy:)

This should be a negative star but theres no option for that! I would never go back to this gym after being treated rudely and was disrespected by a staff member! Well most of their staff are, not a very friendly and welcoming environment at all!!! And apparently you cant share a space with people who has a private session with a trainer! We were rudely interrupted by a trainer named Gilet, as per her opinion we were occupying too much space and we should move since she and her client were on a private session! So me and my sisters packed up our stuff and left the gym!! Cramped environment and you cant even share space to paying monthly members?!!! And they also dont have enough equipment, Gilet even took our resistance band that we were using so she can use it to her client!!! Very rude!! Dont ever go there if you dont want to be stared at by trainers who think you cant share their space since theyre with their paying private training only members!!!P.S. gym is also very dirty, not well kept! People leave their stuff everywhere! Not worth your money!

Im thinking about signing up but I just need to know do you need to take part in the group sessions to work out because honestly I do not want to be apart of the group work out I like doing my own thing.

I signed up earlier this year, happy to know that they also had a location closer to where I was moving. But after I’d paid for membership signup and a full $700 plus package of personal training, I found that not only were they closing the closer location, they did not disclose that yet let me pay for it all. It’s been months of back and forth emails requiring my proving address change, proving payment by way of submitting my credit card statement, only to get more requests only after I enquire about the refund promised now months ago. To date I’ve had no response and it’s been months and more weeks since I’ve given them all of the info they have demanded. This leaves me with a feeling that I’m being played. Not a good way to do business, Total Woman gym corporation.

I give a one because, teachers are very good, but it is impossible to get into class! You have to register online two days before at 10 at night but also then it is hard to get through. You have to show up 40 minutes before class if you hope in a second chance to get in. Machines are all full, so you basically pay but you cannot work out! And do not even try to ask firmly to talk to the manager (who is always absent and cannot answer to the phone) because she will call you back telling you that it is not ok to yell (???!!!) at the front desk... Very bad customer service! Anyway they will tell you they cannot do anything...except taking your money!!!Either this or feel free to go to another gym, this is what I have been told.

This place is convenientSince I got a good deal IAM sticking with the gymIt is average cleaniness,shower always messyI only go afternoon so not very crowded which is a plus .I use the stairmaster.The staff are rather cold

This gym is nice, it has a sauna, steam room, kids room, plenty of weights and machine. I wish it had more space and a dedicated TRX area.

12/01/19Iafter dealing with bad $ management for few months. I cancelled my membership in September They are still charging on my credit card.Dont ever do business with them.:-(6/28/19I m feeling sad to change my reviews today. I was happy with it, till I got 10 month notification. I told manager that I want to cancel my membership. She told me that she has fixed everything and my monthly fee will remain same. But now in my credit card receipt I see extra charges of $140 and $20 increase in monthly fee. I m so disappointed.Wish they had told me I make an informed decision rather than a surprise and inforced fee.7/1/19Ok. Time to change it.There is $70 yearly membership that they didnt tell earlier. System made a mistake and charged me twice. So they fixed that. However they have not fixed monthly payments yet, but manager said that she will fix it. Thanks for checking it and fixing it.Btw, please inform others about yearly fee. Surprises are not a good thing to have!!

AWESOME place!! Love the classes here. The facility is well maintained and the staff is really nice.

Great gym for women only.

The worste communications skills which really disappointed me as a single mom. They changed the system and we have to make a kids club for our kids before we show up. They made this silly decision with out even send their members a clear email about it so I went after a long day work with my doughter whos 9 years and they refuse to keep her in the facility at all plus they way the employer talked to me was really unprofessional.

I like it.. clean, privacy, zomba classes are too nice, front disk employees are nice most of the time.. Recommended 😍🌹

Life happens you can be all healthy one day & next day go to hospital... I called over 2 weeks ago & left a message for Maria who is very nice lady that due to medical reason I need to put my membership on hold. I thought its done & when you are going through health crisis you are not going to be worried about your gym membership!!! I was not answering phone been in & out hospital and.... so didnt check my vm on top of it my card was compromised so on June 12 that they normally withdrew membership the card was frozen! That I am glad otherwise I would have been at loss of $45. Then last night I started to check my vm from nos that I dont know to find out that I have 2 vm from their collecting & one from gym itself!!!!! Today I am calling & spoke with another nice lady yet to find out that my membership was not on hold then I need to take a note from my doctor saying that I cant go to gym!!!! You got to be kidding me! Where I am worried to get better and fight my health battle I need to add a pressure that oh doctor write me a note that how long I can not go to gym because my gym need that to put mymembership on hold!!!!! This is RIDICULOUS!!!! Its a gym membership for God sake not my work place!!!! So I canceled my membership today & I will never walk to another Total Womens Gym for their unbelievable policies! I should have read it! Plus they charge you up front $98 to join them!!!! I should say the staff are very nice & I will miss them but very bad experience!!!!!!!!Do not join this gym! & I hope all the beautiful people who are working there find a better job! If they have these kind of policies for members that pay to use their facilities I only can imagine how they treat their team!Everywhere I go I will make sure to let everyone know that this is not a place to join!!!!People get sick & life happens!!!!! A gym should not be a stress on peoples life!!!!

If you want group classes, this is the gym for you. If you want to work out on your own, be expected to give up equipment & work out space to the personal trainers. If you have a plain gym membership, they dont value you as a customer and are too happy to bump you out of your work out space for premiere paying members.
