Misleading publicity24 hour fitness offers a 3 day pass to try the gym. I used it at this location and I liked it. So I started my membership. I invited three new clients and they got their gym pass and the person in front desk denied the access (9/12/21 at 4:30 pm) his excuses were not satisfactory mentioning a glitch in their website and not being able to remove this gym from the list of gym that accept gym passes. All of us are brown color people. It is extremely weird that suddenly the policy changed. I can’t cancel my membership as I have it for a year but definitely when it will be over I’ll move to a more inclusive gym.
I had just started working nearby but would advise anybody new not to come to this gym due to bad location, limited facilities and an overall terrible first experience:Inaccessible location along Zanker road which is a really messed up road. They did not accept my 3 Day Guest Pass despite it not being explicitly stated anywhere on their website. Instead I was offered a one day pass at the door. No running water fountains and lack of cleaning stations. Personally, I’m okay with being around nude people but I’m a bit reluctant about placing anything on those locker room benches.Front desk was unable to provide a temporary locker and all their locks were sold out. And despite the large size of the facility, I’m disappointed that there were only four square racks tucked away with no weight clamps provided.I’m trying City Sport next. For about the same price, hopefully I’ll have a better experience.
This is about a reach-out call from one of their representatives around 5:11 PM, Sept 7 2021.They pronounced my name wrong, calling it /ji/ which should have been /gə/, I corrected them and they immediately hang up.This is not acceptable, as it is not only rude but also discriminative from what I can tell.
The facility itself is great, but DO NOT USE THEIR PROVIDED LOCKERS. People will steal your stuff even if you have a decently secure lock. If you go here make sure to keep everything on you that you dont want stolen.
Really good gym with a classic vibe but not too overcrowded like 24. Plenty of free weights and machines, clean locker rooms. Best to come during work hours or after 9pm.
This location is a bit worn down. Its my least favorite location of all the super sports. Dated machines with less than ideal motion. Could use a refresh. If Im on that side of town its ok for a workout occasionally but dont leave anything in your car. Could use more functional lockers in the main area.
Excellent experience. Such a great atmosphere here
Great people, great vibe, great gym. Tory and the rest of the staff are passionate as well as knowledgeable, creating a fun, health conscious environment. The gym’s aesthetic is on point, it is well designed, organized and clean. Would recommend to all, from beginners to bodybuilders.
Managers don’t know about existing policies and overall stuff seems less than helpful.
Signed up for the 3-day pass through the website only to be told they aren’t honoring them when I arrived. Thanks for wasting my time… next gym.
This gym used to be very professional and people used to be very cool. be mindful the employees will tell you to leave before your workout time is over and theyll start interrupting your workout I certainly think the employees need to be trained better. Especially when someone is working out not to interrupt them so they do not get injured.
Its an older gym but its more spacious than most 24 hrs fitness. The fact that they have a separate male and female sauna/steam makes it worth it to come here.
Staffs service as counter check-in are very nice to help you to change TV channels.
Attempted to cancel my membership for several bc we moved back to east coast. I keep getting charged bc their website has a broken link to “cancel my membership”. Gym itself wasnt bad but the corporation is awful and poorly run. They dont reach out when i attempt to contact them. Its unacceptable and i do not recommend them to anyone
Some of the equipments, at least to me, could use for some upgrades, some new additional equipments could be useful to attract more people. But all and all it is a decent gym and great place to work out. People who workout should always have a plan and grits to stick to the plan. In this gym I would say about 85% of time you could draw a plan before coming in to the gym and allowed to stick to it.
Awesome gym . Staff and customer service are excellent. Manager Cory went out of his way to help me solve a membership problem.Great equipment. All members aware of covid protocol and wipe down machines before & after use.Thumbs up
Good location. Not a lot of traffic since its not at a shopping center and as long as you follow the guidelines its pretty safe overall during these uncertain times. Only downside is you have to make appointments. But at this location I was able to make one quick.
24 thats great place to get good results on bady working out
Here they asked me to $1 for the mask.
Signed up for the 3 day trial pass, drove over to the gym only to be told they’re not honoring them right now. Could just take it off the website
The best outdoor gym that I’ve seen during this pandemic. Great job!
Lots of machines and options, open late, friendly staff and clean!
Only 24 Hour Fitness within an hour drive thats open. Gets packed every day but better than no gym at all.
Love This Gym Its large enough that all the Machines arent taken but when in the Steam room there Need to be Something to prevent Guests from Poring Water Into the Thermostats. I was enjoying sitting in there for a Few Min until some Unconsederant person Dumps a Full water bottle Onto it and I feel like Im Suffocating from the Excessive Heat. i had To walk out.
If it was not crowded, I would have given 4 stars. I think thats why it makes the price cheaper (~50/month)The weight room is spacious and good variety of equipment. But very crowded at peak hours. The free classes are also very crowded. The swimming pool for laps is good size. But the surrounding was not attractive to me. I need nice surrounding. They put pressure on me when I wanted to sign up for trial period. They were trying that I sign up prior to trial period which does not make sense. They called me before my trial was over... It certainly had a negative impact on my interest to join.I think they are much better off if they give at least a week of free trial. They give me basically 2 days and an evening.
One of the great locations
Always great gym. Good equipments, awesome peoples.
Its a harsle to get in the second section, even the outdoor workout facility is not full.
Very large 24hrs super sport, lots of people all the time, and it is easy to park here. Male and female may go their own area for Spa, Sauna, Steam. There is Bay 101 casino next to the building so it is good place to go exercise before you call it a day. If there is a fast food restaurant or something here for dining, then it would be even better place to go. The cleanness compared to Fremonts Super-sport is slightly worse. 4 star place to go, enjoy !
They have outdoor gym but it’s sucks too crowded and dirty
I had an excellent customer service experience with the General Manager here who helped me with an incorrect charge to my card. He was very willing to help me out, and did everything he could to fix it, and he did!! very thankful that he was nice to me during the whole experience. Thank you so much! The place seems outdated compared to other gyms such as crunch fitness and planet fitness. The environment looks and feels unclean. Memberships are also more expensive compared to other gyms from my experience! I like to work out in the room with the mirrors but its kinda gross with dirty floors that look old and not maintained. Glad they have trx but wish they had more TRX areas. 2 stars for convenience. The facility could use some work for sure.
Good workout considering covid
Great place to workout. Friendly staff. Relax environment.
Staff member Jose was extremely helpful!Very impressed with the spacious workout platform. Nice four- lane lap pool. Excellent sauna, spa and steam room area. Very friendly staff. And friendly and engaging guests ...Excellent experience all the way around!
A lot of thought was put into my 4 star rating. I go to many 24 hour fitness locations throughout the bay. Wherever I need to start my day, I go to the nearest 24 really early. This location is my number 1 choice. The biggest con is no towels. They tell everyone all 24 hour fitness locations stopped towel service. and that is a huge lie.Bring back the towels, find a system to make it work.Besides that, great layout, equipment, pool, sauna/steam room, all pros. The only other con is cleanness in the mens lockers. A little too much mold, razors/trash/and just straight up crud stay for weeks if not months...dust...everything needs to be scrubbed down. Its getting bad but I also dont care that much, just an observation.
This is my first time to visit this club. The receptionist is nice and allow me to access this club without supper sport membership. Very clean and nice place, lots of new equipment and I would consider to get my supper sport membership from Costco since then.
I have visited this place a couple times and it gets worse every time. Ive been to quite a few 24hr Fitness Super-Sport, but this has to be the worst maintained one. I did not get to interact with the staff too much, partially because there werent that many during lunch hours. (I guess they are at lunch as well). This is supposed to be 24 hr Fitness upper level gyms, sans Ultra Sport. But it was so poorly maintained. Broken water fountain with water running all over the floor. The towel dispenser was empty. No sign of maintenance crew around. A couple of staff at the front desk checking in the customers (staff was aloof and disconnected from the patrons). I have been to a few exceptional gyms from 24; Irvine Ultra Sport. It really shows when the managers and staff care about their business and take pride in their work. This one has little to no pride.
If it were not for the bathrooms and the showers this place would get 5 stars. The juice and food bar is amazing. The huge range of equipment and places to work out here make it mostly easy to get your workout in even during the busy times.However... One must ask the question.... why would you put in bathrooms and showers that are in no way big enough for the massive size of this kind of super sport gym? You know you have a problem if there is a huge line for both the toilets and the showers every day. Also some of the things I have seen in terms of cleanliness of the toilet and shower area might make a normal person question if they are in a third world country... Quite disgusting. On a final note though, the staff is quite friendly and helpful. If it were not for the bathrooms this place would get 5 stars
Disclaimer: I rate 24 Hour Fitness locations relative to their classification (i.e. rating a Super-Sport against an Active location isnt that helpful IMO)For a Super-Sport, my biggest gripes with this location is (1) the lack of towel service and (2) only 4 old Olympic Lifting platforms. The Olympic Lifting area lacks a variety of bumper plates; if you want to use 10 pounds plates there are only metal hex plates. However, this place has a full-size basketball court thats pretty active. I also see a swimming program for kids, so that should be good for families.
One of the best 24 fitness gyms. Other ones in the area suck! So even though this one is pretty far away - I still go here because its so much nicer. It sucks that the chain cant make all 24 fitnesses nice or at least with a towel service because its super inconvenient to bring so many towels with you and wash and dry them at home all the time. Anyways - this Gym is clean, staff is friendly, 2 different saunas - pretty good vibe. I come there almost every day. I recommend this one for everybody!
I was a 24 hour fitness member 5 years ago. I wanted to try the super sports with a friend, who is currently a member. I printed out the 3 days trial and handed it to the sales. He gave me a tour, and sat down. He then gave me 3 types of memberships and asked me to pick one. I told him I wanted to try it out first before deciding. He actually said this. You have been to the gym before, whats the different between a 5lb weight here then the 5lb weight at other fitness center. They are the same, you dont need to try. Besides, I cant sign you up for the trial because you have been a member [ 5 years ago at a regular 24 hour ] before.NOTE: The fine prints CLEARLY states, you can use the 3 day pass if you have not been a 24 hour fitness within the last 6 months.I guess these sales cant tell the differences between 6 months and 5 years. I am avoiding this 24 hour fitness and so should you.Try City Sports, or Fitness 19.
One of the better gyms, lots of equipment, all on one floor, hard to park. Update on 12/30: Towel service discontinued! Dirty place. 1 star at best.Update: Went back recently. Even more of a dump than before. Try to find working water fountain and it’s warm spit. Keep trying the cardio machines and you might find a working one. Since no more towel service, the staff stands around talking to each other.
Plenty if equipment for all sorts of training. A variety of areas to train in and the equipment is usually clean and functional. One star off because they definitely dont maintain there bathrooms. Sometimes its absolutely horrendous and the smell is overwhelming. 🤨 Dont let that deter you from working out here though. Theres plenty of classes to sign up for and they offer trainers to those that can afford it.
I came in at 6:40pm today and am a little surprised at how unclean it is.1. There is hair left in little piles in the women shower room2. Near women jacuzzi there are ants.I guess ill update review as i spend more time here but at least hire a cleaning lady during busy hours...
Came for a trial- will probably not recommend this place. They are open 24 hours but the cleanliness of this place makes me want to take 2-3 stars away. The locker room for men is not well kept. Maybe they are cutting back on janitorial services? Anyway- cleanliness is important to me so I will pass on this 24 hour. Some are better maintained than others. Their equipment is up to date and is up to par with the standard 24hr equipment rotation.
I love this 24 Hour Fitness location. It is my favorite location, located near where I work. They have plenty of equipment and their Olympic power rack area is the best Ive seen. The layout is not cramped. My only complaints are that there arent any water bottle refill stations, entering/exiting/parking can be annoying, and the dumbbells could be laid out better like the new 24 Hour Fitness at Newpark Mall in Newark.
Super-Sport?? LOL! This place doesnt even do towels - Ive only been here 3 times at lunch so it is not very crowded but key equipment was broken including showers which no-one warned us about. I had to go back to work after drenched in sweat and no shower. Also, for 1 PM it was pretty gross in the locker room, but hey, that is most 24-hour fitness gyms. I just wonder where the money is going from the money saved eliminating towel service?
A great place to beat yourself up for gaining all those holiday pounds. Thats why nobody loves you... its because you are like 20 pounds overweight. Just look at yourself! Throw up that ice cream you just ate right now and get to the gym.Im sorry, I didnt mean it... we all love you. You are perfect.Just put down the gun!
Just tried this place on a guest pass. Not returning, DEFINITELY not paying.SUMMARY: The company has a history of annoying and questionable business practices. This is a Super Sport in the same way a McDonalds is a Gourmet Restaurant... except Dennys provides free napkins and this place doesnt even offer towel service. So you have to bring your own or just sweat on the floor (and I saw a bunch of the latter).----There are a few good points of this gym:- Spacious- Convenient parking- The Ujam class I tried was really fun, with not one, but multiple energetic instructors leading up at the front! But the rest of the gym is a thumbs down:- Locker rooms that have the cleanliness and ambience you remember from high school gym class.- High-pressure sales tactics. Look, Im here on a guest pass. Welcome me warmly, invite me to talk about membership, give me your business card, but dont pester me at length on the way in AND the way out.- Day passes are $25. Are you kidding me? I can go to a high-end, posh gym for that!- No weekend-only memberships. A ton of us in the Bay Area are lucky to have free gym access at our work during the week, and I bet a great many of us would be happy to fork over some cash to a private gym for weekend access. But nope.- To join, they told me Id need to pay an initiation fee, a yearly fee, AND a monthly fee. Um, seriously? In what world does that make logical sense?!Oh, and lastly, let me note the pathetic bait and switch experience I had with 24 Hour Fitness years ago:- Paid a lot upfront for an All Club membership.- New gym got built near my home, but I was told I wasnt allowed to access it because -- get this -- my All Club membership was apparently only good for all the clubs that were around at the time I signed up. Uh, right. So I cancelled my month-to-month membership.
Despite it not being the closest 24 Hour Fitness to where I live, I probably go to this location the most. It is large and features just about anything you may need for your workout. I have yet to wait on equipment like I do at other locations. Staff is friendly and inviting and even wish you a nice day on your way out. Could be a bit cleaner, but not enough of a problem for me to complain.
Great gym but way too crowded!
I like the range of equipment, a good mix of free weights, isolation machines and cardio. 24hr opening is great. Only downside is weight hoggers which theres quite a lot of! But can always find something else to do as its so big.
Good space most of the machines in working condition. Unmatched showers to occupancy ratio, often times there is a waiting line to shower. Higiene wise management needs all hands on deck, you can actually see mold in showers area. Restrooms area most of the times stink. For the price you pay for membership and what you get in return this place lacks behind.
Has lot of machines, staff seem friendly and helpful. This place does get very busy during the weekdays, so better come later closer towards close time to use machines without the wait
Attention members; don’t spend your hard earned money at their “super sports club” for those of you who don’t know, they don’t provide towel services anymore. They’re are now selling them at a ridiculous price. Dumbest idea they came up with. The owner of this facility is trying to make money from the members in any way, form, and shape possible. Now they sell towels rather than free towel service. What is the point of “Super sport clubs” if there’s no towel service? What is the point that members pay extra ? We can also just downgrade to regular sports club or just switch to LA fitness. Most people who have super sport clubs are mostly there for just few minutes of run, swim and shower. You’re no longer proving towel service to dry ourselves. You are rather selling towels at a ridiculous price. I am not going to be the machine to make you’re living from. I will cancel my membership and move to LA fitness. Your staffs are also rude and unfit, unprofessional, & careless to help.Gym is always dirty, wet, and slippery floor. No more towels, I don’t believe this!
IF a place is ran good all should be in working condition. Management needs to be on top of everything in order for members satisfaction. the spinning bikes are in poor condition, the day I decided to visit this club, 4 bike computers had dead battery and on the fifth that I tried it felt like it needed maintenance. It should not take too much to keep a nice club up. Please keep 24 Super Sport Clubs top notch, dont let it run down.
Overcrowded, too many lockers but not enough showers. Theres usually a line for shower. The water pressure of the toilets are so strong when you flush. Water splashes up on you. Whatever that water got mixed with will splash on you. Over crowded, gross, poorly managed...!The front desk people dont even fold the towels. They just hang around and chat.
Ive been to almost all 24 hour fitness locations in the San Jose and surrounding areas and this ranks at the top of my list. It does get busy during the rush hours, but if you can avoid those times, its worth it to make this your daily gym. Other reviews mention things like trash on the ground and smells in the bathroom, but that cant be avoided during rush hours unless they have a cleaning staff working 24 hours a day. During slow hours, this place is pretty clean. This gym is so big that I rarely have to wait for any equipment I need. The equipment is fairly new and when something does get marked as out of order, its usually back up fairly quick.
We need some more weight equipment to work out in swimming pool area. Please could your guys provide more heavy weight equipments for 24 members in the club to work out
I wanted to get a 3 day pass or a week pass to check to gym because I was interested in getting a membership. I got the pass emailed to me but the people at the front desk and also the sales people (Anthony) gave me such a hard time about using it that I dont even want to come back here or get a membership. I choose this gym for the location because its right by my work but I would rather go out of my way to another gym than get treated like that.
I just got robbed inside the gym in the womans locker . A Wallet, 2 phones. The gym said we just have to go home and file a police report.???I feel so unsafe. Im afraid to go outside. What type of city we are living and what type of business is this gym that it doesnt take care of their customers. THIS IS HORRIBLE IM SO SCARE NOW this people know where we live. What is going to happen now?.And the worst part is when the employee is telling me that he is calling the cops ON ME because I was crying and disrupting the peace. They know where we live now. How do they think I;m going to sleep this nights. Im just mentally disturbed right now, hyperventilating. :( In two hours they have done disasters with our credit cards.
This one is big enough: just cleaning has problem. i think don’t blame the stuff for clean. some people went there are not keep it clean. one time, i went in woman’s jacuzzi, even has poop inside. how that happens? any adult knows it is not proper to do it in public place. after that time. i called stuff, they clean and change water right away. that’s why i say, if the customer can not keep the place clean, how the stuff keep it clean. has to be both way. i never went inside jacuzzi any more.
Its easy to assume that the larger the gym, the more space youll have to work out, or more open machines you have to hop on. Never the case. Its a nice facility and things are pretty well kept. However, no matter what time Ive been here it always seems like a cluster of people on every treadmill, elliptical, or bench.Tip: there tends to be open space to stretch out and do abs in that weird secluded room to the left of the cardio machines.
Fairly good sized gym, although the free weight section is usually in disarray and limited in core items. A little too much fluffy equipment. Only one rower. Overall nice but the pool areas and water could be cleaner. At the price to be a member of this level, i expect a bit more than a towel . Parking does suck here.
I enjoy working out at 24 Hour Fitness Locations, but this particular location has BLACK MOLD all over the women’s bathroom shower walls. It’s disgusting. Cleanliness of this facility needs to be addressed ASAP!!! #HealthViolationI will gladly remove this review if they clean and address the issues. It’s not safe. It’s so disgusting to shower in a bathroom at a facility you pay a monthly fee for it to be maintained clean 😡🤢
Generally clean gym I think good classes and plenty of machines. The only issue is that women clean their feet in the steam and sauna which is 1. Gross and 2. Prohibited.
I visited this gym from out of town and those that complained about the smelly and dirty parking lot are accurate, however, most of the smell comes from the traffic on the freeway and airport which are fairly close. However, that doesnt excuse the dirty parking lot. The gym itself is large and it was easy to move from one piece of equipment to another between 5:30 and 7:30 am. The equipment was clean and was being cleaned while i was there. The front counter employee was not welcoming at all as he sat there with his feet up on the counter listening to his tunes from his phone. Regardless, I was there to workout and was able to get that done without any issues.
I thought initially people were being picky before visiting here on a business trip, but indeed it smells funny and there is basically scraps of paper, gum wrappers and dust bunnies under the equipment and floors. The equipment seems okay but why not just hire more janitorial help which would make things so much better. I wonder if anyone from 24 corporate reads these posts...
This is the better 24 out of the ones in San Jose. It is a bit of a ways from where I live, but theres the extra space, equipment, lockers, and parking that make it worth it. Lets not forget about the towels. Most of the amenities should really be provided at Sports, and all 24 hours should be the same I think, but beggars cant be choosers. If you just ignore all the old people their to relax, you can get a great workout.
Great gym with complete facilities including a lap pool. My only complaint is that the place, locker room especially, is often a pig sty. They need to clean more regularly...
So far, this place is barely ok. Just joined, and have been there for only a couple weeks. Super crowded during the times most people would be looking to use the place, disorganized, and filthy. I mean I dont really care how dirty a gym is, it doesnt need to be pristine, but this place is grimy. Ive been watching this one area under a locker I regularly use to see if the pile of dirt/hair/dust bunnies is ever going to be swept up or not. Ive not actually showered there yet because I need to get shower shoes before walking through there, its nasty. The weights are in complete disarray. Finding a pair of matching dumbbells is only possible if you take them from someone who is in the process of putting them back :). The weight plates are scattered and racked in a jumble. Also, seems to be full of people who didnt really learn gym etiquette. Youre likely to find someone just resting on a piece of equipment, not actually using it, browsing their phone. Or people who just leave their equipment on the last place they used it, rather than re-racking. Because of the crowding issue, youll also find people with 3 or 4 sets of dumbbells at their station, that theyve gathered to avoid the problem of someone else taking the next weight they need for their next set.IDK about this gym yet, Ill revise my review if things get better in the following weeks.
I’m so happy, because customer service very nice and they know how talk to customers. They’re not ugly very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys.! 😉
Horrible Customer Service. I had plans to workout in the morning on a guest pass. I called in the day before and they told me I would be good to go. I walked in the next morning and they refused to let me in on a guest pass. Horrible gym. horrible customer service. Ruined my trip plans.
No more towel service, not the same anymore, But less ppl around which is great 👍
Other than this gym, I have tried 24 hour fitness in Florida and Washington DC area.Negatives:This one is definitely the dirtiest. There is always a strong smell of urine in men’s bathrooms. There is always a line to use the showers and the members take very long showers, which is different from other places. Wet towels empty shampoo bottles, and sometimes even underwear and razors are all over the shower area! There is just one centrifugal drying machine and it has been broken for more than 2 weeks and there is no plastic bag for wet clothes. On the membership side, even when they say you can bring a guest, you cant. They just want to make the guest sign up and the gym manager is rude.Positives:It is a large gym with good number of equipmentsIt has a good size swimming poolThere are good personal trainers in the gym but their service is expensive
Use Costco 2 year coupon to start. Awesome deal. Super sports clubs are good, active and sports are useless (too many people too few working machines)
This placed was pack around 29000 membership in Crane ct. However the management lack of upgrade and remodeling interior and exterior this placed very dirty smell horrible and stolen. Outside parking lots breaking windows no camera capture drugs trafficking, many customers lost theirs valuable items very badly sadness!
Very friendly, great equipment, great work out space. Perfect for any level of working out.
The dirtiest 24 Hour Fitness location I have ever been to so far. Many shower rooms are broken and need to be fixed. Its a good thing the restrooms are cleaner than the rest of the other areas. They have too few basketballs you can borrow and most of it are worn out. The basketball court was quite a mess everytime I visited.
Towel service removed. Excuse: To conserve water and help the environment. Real reason: To reduce water cost and reduce service to the customer. What made super sport different from sport is the towel service. Now its just sport level. When I first started, all sport level had pools, jacuzzis, saunas some with steam rooms and basketball courts, etc...then they were re-branded super sport to charge more...nefarious business practices...so sad. Now that you have to bring your own towels, watch out as people will steal them.
Has a squat brigade with Olympic style plates. Towel service. New treadmills. Parking was easy. Came here after landing at sjc and it was quick and painless.
Love the spin classes here. Great stafff
Use to be good. Discotino towel service.. not best for super sports. Usually crowded.
Came in for a 3-day trial and the staff mainly ignored me for the most part. Had to wait around about 20 mins for someone to give a tour and apparently only certain kind of staff are capable to do this job. only gave 2 stars because the equipment looks nice.
Your typical 24 super sport, has a good selection of cardio, machines and free weights. Just be aware that this location gets extremely crowded during peak times. Popular classes will fill up. If you can, go during off periods.
I wouldn’t sign up for this gym; a recent story reported this location is on the same racist “they are not members/didn’t sign in/they are thieves” BS, when it comes to people of color! This location is NOT “for all people”!!! *PLEASE TAKE YOUR FITNESS AND NUTRITION BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!*
I have been a member for over 6 years and yes they have great group classes offered every day different times of the day and evening. The class instructors are exceptional. Yes they have a pool and offer kids day care service. They offer towel service provided they are ready when you get there. They have a juice bar that is actually very good. I have to wonder about it though. If they dont have even warm water to wash your hands off in the bathrooms how clean are the containers and machines. Hmm! Are they washed with hot water? They dont have hand dryers that work properly and some dont work at all. The gym is not maintained as it should. The spin bikes; most make loud noises which mean they need tuning or otherwise. They run out of paper-towels and hand sanitizer quite often in different locations throughout the gym. The womans bathrooms are disgusting and I have seen them this way as early as noon time and late as 6:30 PM. Understand this gym is busy but I have seen management come and go this is a direct reflection on the management at this site. Management should take pride in providing a healthy, sanitary place for customers to get fit as much as possible. With just a little TLC this gym could be 5 stars hands down.
They received new elliptical machines over a year ago. The new ones have never worked correctly. The only program that works on them that works is the manual one. None of the other program routines work. I have told the staff this several times and nothing has ever happened.Otherwise the place is OK for a 24 Hour Fitness Super Sport. Parking is limited after work, but almost all the rest of the equipment works. The mens showers can be overcrowded and for some reason they have a hard time keeping the soap dispensers functional.
Don’t recommend to anyone to sign up at 24 hour fitness!Try city sport, better customer service and much cleaner area to work out!
As a Super Sport, this 24 has everything you should need. Power rack, squat rack, benches, dumbbells, etc. It even has things nobody needs, like that fake grass area. My favorite area is the room with the 4 power racks and bumper plates. Since they opened this, I find myself coming to this location often.Unfortunately, the mens locker room and sauna area are kept shockingly dirty. Its a mess. I dont understand how a super sport location with so many employees cant take turns mopping for a couple minutes each every hour or so. Apparently such work is beneath them. Not me. If they had a mop there and a bucket of soap, I swear Id spend a couple minutes cleaning myself before using the sauna. Since they dont I have to go all the way to the Fremont location.
Good amount of equipment. Some times busy but not always. Not the cleanest, parking lot included. Usually friendly staff.
Its big, has plenty of equipment, and is in pretty good shape. It can get crowded-ish during peak hours - 6-8am, 4-7pm but not too terrible, its mainly reflected in you, maybe, having to wait for the benches or squats racks. The only downside is the showers (in the mens locker room) - there arent enough, and one is usually out of service. As a result, during peak hours, you *will* end up waiting up to 5 minutes to get in the showers...OK, a second downside is that the wifi, when it works, is *slow*
Huge gym. Everything youd expect. Very clean. They have towels available. Nice! Great staff. Worth the extra drive.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place would have been great when it first opened back in its hey day. Now, its very used and dirty. The floors inside the locker room and sauna are dirty, and look like they havent been mopped in two weeks. There are used towels everywhere on the floor in the locker rooms, on the equipment, and in the shower stalls! The sauna is not hot. The steam room stinks. The toilets in the bathrooms have urine everywhere. $50/month? Awful because they really do not take pride in cleanliness. :( Extremely disappointed. I want a refund.
The gym is always dirty nobody wipes down their equipment or puts their stuff back aka weights, etc. The locker rooms are hideous always dirty I ask the front desk if they had somebody that walk through and the person only comes through and deep cleans at night when when the gym is closed. I put my shoes down what youre used and and worn stepped away came back and they were gone. The people just do what they want their its a mess
I converted my two years Costco membership to monthly. One of the manager told me that I have enough balance to cover one year annual fee and two months monthly payments. Then I put my membership on Freeze, but they charged my for the full amount anyway. I went there for several times, there were three managers non of them could help me out, i was told that I will receive a call, but never even canceled it upon my request. And now I want my #REFUND regardless!!!!
